Admitted I haven't been back in a year because they damaged my nail beds so badly, the ridges haven't fully improved. In the 6 or so times that I went in for services, gel polish on fingers and toes, I had 3 different incidents. 1st, during a pedicure, one of my feet broke out in hives from the upcharge foot soak. They got me some ice, I took Benadryl at home, thought it was just a me thing. But then the next two times I went, they left the acetone packets on my fingers to "soak off" the gel that I finally had to ask them to remove them. I'm talking 45-60 minutes, two different times. I'm a working and licensed cosmetologist. I know that what they were doing was not ok but I was letting it slide because I also understand being busy. I'm writing this now because I just saw an ad for a beautiful nail color that I cannot use because two different fingers/nail beds were so damaged from the over exposure to acetone, that I now have extreme vertical ridging. Do not let them do this to you.

She is a perfectionist and has great attention to detail. After painting each nail she would look at it from different angles to ensure they were flawless - my nails look absolutely beautiful! I'm so happy and impressed that they look so much like the picture I showed her. If you're looking for a place to get your nails done, I highly recommend Natural Nails Salon.

Gel-X extensions and tortoise shell nails

Got my nails done here before my vacation in Mexico and was so happy with how they turned out! They lasted a whole week in water both pool and beach types and are still in such good shape. They were so sweet and fast. Could not recommend enough:)

This place is very clean and well maintained. It's hard to find a salon that doesn't have busted chairs, cracking covers and just a disorganized look. This place has none of that. This is my third time visiting this establishment and the service and quality is always great! On my recent visit, I decided to get a gel manicure and I've waited a week before posting to make sure that the quality is still there and it is! No chipping, no peeling and no bubbles. Because I was there for Christmas, the staff were also giving out small trinkets for guests of the salon. I got to take home some cuticle oil. read more

I had a great experience at Natural Nails Salon. The salon has an uncluttered and clean atmosphere and wasn't very crowded when I walked in around opening time on a Sunday. My sisters and I stumbled upon this nail salon while waiting for our car to be worked on at Les Schwab across the street. We walked in with no appointment on a Saturday around 11:30 am. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted and shown to the center of the salon where there were seats for us to sit and choose our nail polish colors. We took our time picking the polishes we wanted and didn't feel rushed. Once we chose the colors, we each went to a station. As as soon as a nail tech was finished with their previous client, they started on our manicures. I went last, waiting about 20 minutes for mine to start. My nail tech was gentle and very detail oriented. The salon is clean and spacious, with relaxing piano music playing on the TV. A regular manicure is $25 and a gel manicure is $40. They charge a 3% credit card processing fee. We avoided this by paying cash. Overall, I enjoyed my experience! read more

This is my favorite nail salon. I never experience anything but perfect manicures and pedicures. I usually get shellac pedicures and gel manicures. This place is family owned and they take a lot of pride in providing excellent service. It's always clean and welcoming. It may not be as "elegant" as other places but I'll take friendly, clean and competent any day over fancy but problematic. read more

I have been going to natural nail salon for almost 2 years now. My nails always last at least 2-2.5 months. Today I got a pedicure and manicure by Pearl... when I say this was the BEST pedicure I have ever gotten I mean it. Hannah did a great job. I got a basic manicure and she did not cut off all of my cuticles!! My skin isn't all hacked up and peeling like other places when they completely cut off any extra skin or cuticle. Love it! She really took her time. The shape was perfect. The lady that did my service seemed to do a fine job. However, my nails were all very chipped and peeling within 3 days. I got a gel manicure the expect it to normally last 7-10 days before it shows wear and tear. Disappointed I spent $50 for something that last a few days. Waste of time and money. read more

Worst pedi I've ever had. The girl rushed it. There was almost no massage. She left color streaked a cross 2 toes and I had to ask her to fix it twice. Manicure looks good but I have a sore on my cuticle today. Also, the guy never said 1 word to me or smiled the entire time. Everyone seemed disinterested and annoyed. Won't return. read more

This nail salon literally saved me after so many "botched" nail salon visits in East Bay. Clean, good parking and so nice and accommodating. Hannah recommended "Gel X" nails after overdrilling from other places put me in excruciating pain. So thankful I found this place. I love this place! Tina and Hannah helped me out today with my manicure. I love a natural nail that looks elegant, but low key. Hannah chose a color for me that fit my skin tone and was exactly what I was looking for. Tina did a great job on my manicure and even gave great advice on keeping my hands soft and healthy. Additionally, this is the ONLY place I go to now for my eyebrow wax. I never get any redness or hives anymore because their waxing procedure is always clean. read more

They gave me a beautiful set of powder nails and gel toes. I only wish the manicure was like the pedicure-you don't get any soaks, scrubs, cuticle trim, lotion or massage ( which is my favorite part!) when you get a manicure. Pretty much just nails. read more

Lee has done my nails for years! I followed her to Natural Nails, she was previously at Lucky V. This move was ideal for her and any of her previous clients. The owner Hannah will actually take time to talk to you as a person and not just treat you as a transaction. The products they use at this salon seem to be better quality than her previous salon. I had an amazing experience at Natural Nails Salon! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and the salon was clean and relaxing. They got me in and out in under an hour, and my nails lasted a full three weeks without any issues. My nails looked fantastic, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail. For anyone complaining that their nails fell off, it's clearly due to outside factors, not the fault of the salon. I love coming here! They are so welcoming and kind. Today I got a gel pedicure from Rose and she was so meticulous and made me feel so taken care of! I will definitely be asking for her each time! literally the best pedicure I've ever had! My toes feel so clean and look so neat.
