I think this might be the best place to get a pedicure, especially in this economy!!!!! The staff was so nice and accommodating to me! I came a few minutes late and they were still able to make time for me and make me feel relaxed, since I came in so flustered. This place is extremely affordable for a pedicure, and it honestly felt like a luxurious pedicure with a hot stone treatment, warm towel wraps and foot/leg massage. It would be cute to see them renovate a little bit, or upgrade for the aesthetics, but otherwise they are AWESOME. I can't wait to come back! read more

We feel truly blessed to have found this salon. They don't just provide nail services they offer genuine care, warmth, and hospitality every single time we walk through the door. Whether it's staying late to accommodate us or sharing food from their culture, they always make us feel welcomed and appreciated. Anna, Anne, and their family have the biggest hearts. Most of my family and friends go there now, and they always go above and beyond even hosting birthday spa days for us and thoughtfully providing complimentary gifts for our guests. This video doesn't do the nails justice (one of my cameras is broken)-- these nails I cannot stop looking at! The guy there always takes his time to make sure each nail is perfect! Excellent pedicure. Best I've had in years. I am so grateful for someone who listens to what you want and then does it instead of just going through their routine by rote. This place is gross. They do not sanitize or use single-use files. I booked an appt a week ago for 2pm today. I arrived and was hardly greeted. I said I had an appt, but that didn't matter. Finally, after 15 minutes of being ignored, I was seated. I told the tech not to cut the nail, just shape with a file. The tech pulled out a file that had clearly seen better days and countless nails. I asked the tech to use a new file on me, and she started yelling at me. I took my feet out of the water and left. This was my first time at this salon and I will definitely be back. I called ahead on a Sunday because my regular place is not open on Sundays and Ana answered the phone and was able to get me in about an hour later for a pedicure. When I arrived the salon was friendly and welcoming and clean. Leanne did my pedicure and she was great! She understood everything I asked and really helped to personalize my experience. Most importantly I walked out with a great looking pedicure and relaxed feet. Thank you Ana and Leanne you have a new customer now! read more

I had an appointment with Anna at 10:15 am and she walked in the shop at 10:30 and said hello with no apology for being late! Then she went in the back room for several minutes and came out to answer the phone! She finally started my pedicure but continued to answer the phone not letting anyone else in the shop pick it up. After finishing my pedicure I walked out bare footed because I had to leave to pick up my grandchildren and I was late!! Needless to say, I will never patronize this place again; extremely rude!!!! read more

Tonight! I called to make a Spa Pedi for tomorrow, the nice lady told me to come now if I could. I am like ok! Well it was the Best last minute decision I've made in a long time. I had a New to me Technician. He was Amazing! I didn't catch his name, my bad! But he took the time and made my feet not only look wonderful but feel really good too! It had been a while since I had them done. So this was a real treat! But better yet was His attitude, and it was closing time and he didn't rush! This place has been my favorite nail salon for at least a year now. Anna and her staff, of at least 4 other ladies plus herself, takeTHEE best care of my mom and me. They're always very nice and since I always make an appointment first, they try not to keep us waiting. They have great massage chairs and the manicures and pedicures are so relaxing and divine. I usually thread my eyebrows, but I didn't have time to go there so I went down the street to wax them. The lady named Cathy took me right away and said "just a clean up right? Your shape is beautiful, I'll just take the baby hairs away." Which is exactly what I wanted. She waxed them really quick then I felt her plucking my eyebrows in random places, but thought she knew what she was doing. When I looked at them, I told her she completely took my arches away. She acted like she didn't know what I was talking about and said she could take the other arch off to make it even, so then she started to pluck my eyebrows while I was standing up. I told her again that I'd just have to wait for my eyebrows to grow out to fix them because there was nothing else to do to fix it so she did say I don't have to pay which was okay but now it takes me 30 mins to pencil them in. My eyebrows are now all uneven & have no arches. She even took patches of hair off in the beginning of my eyebrows from the top & bottom, and took too much hair off of the middle of my two eyebrows. First off I will say, I am only giving 4 stars today because I have not tried all their services, and they do not seem to have air conditioning, so if it's a hot day go early or late? But I have had two great experiences here and even took my daughter in to get her nails painted today! My gel manicures have looked awesome, and lasted me almost 3 weeks!! they are very friendly, and they do not overcharge. $25 for gel manicure, $30 for gel French (Kathleen did an amazing job on my gel French manicure!), $25 for pedicure, I think. I have been very happy with the quality and service....TIP, make an appointment, they are not always able to accept walk-ins, especially on the weekends. I have made 2 appointments and have not waited at all, but I've seen them have to schedule others for later that day who just walk in. read more

Careful they assault minors here!!! Grabbed a child's hand and clipped the tips of her nails off when she stared she wasn't happy with the service provided and they didn't give the style or shape she asked for. I will never return and frankly hope that the family wrote a police report for assaulting the minor by clipping her nails off and grabbing her like that. read more

Yesterday, I went to nail, spa, and more with my sister and a friend. (By the way we are all teenagers). I wanted a pink/ white ombré nail for my birthday party, and the result was NOTHING like the picture I had shown her. I am not the kind of person to complain, so I paid and left. When I got home, I was very disappointed by the nails. My mom said she would take me and tell the one who did them, Anna, that I just didn't like them. We went into the salon and simply told Anna that they were not the right shape, and not anything like I wanted. She told my mother and I that I told her I wanted them "pointy". At that point, I spoke up and said "No I did not, I wanted them exactly like the picture" (I had shown her the picture before she started and said "exactly like that"). My mom asked if I could just get my money back. She grabbed my hand and began cutting the nails roughly (shown In images). She handed my my $50 back and I left, speechless. Walk-in appointment, had a gel fill. Within three days two nails lifted and broke. Called Saturday to see if they could fix them, they told me no that no one could repair them. Tried for Monday, they said come in at 7pm since they have nothing available. By then another nail lifted. I'm totally disappointed that they couldn't accommodate and at least try to repair my nails. Poor customer service. I will not be back! Treat customers with respect! read more

To give one star is being generous! My sister and I had an appointment and were 7 minutes late and the lady immediately gave our appointments away. They didn't even apologize. We have a trip to Hawaii and it's a holiday today and we made this appointment earlier this week. HORRIBLE! Do not come here! Staff super unfriendly! Go somewhere else!!! Came in as a walk-in, I had to wait about 20 minutes because they were working on people. It's nice to know they won't rush their job on someone just because they want to get as many people in as possible. Pedicure looks great! Staff is nice and friendly! My appointment was scheduled for 3:45 p.m., but I waited about 15 minutes before being seen. Initially, I thought the service went well. I understand that waxing may not remove every single hair, especially depending on the stage of hair growth, but I expected the majority of visible hair to be removed. When I got home, I noticed several long hairs between my labia that should have been waxed, along with a significant amount of remaining hair throughout the treated area. Considering I paid $75 for the service and left a $10 tip, I expected a level of service that reflected the $85 total I spent. Unfortunately, this experience reinforced why I no longer feel confident choosing European Wax Center. Each time I've visited one of their locations, I've left disappointed. I shouldn't have to go home and spend additional time tweezing and removing hair after paying for a professional waxing service.

This review is not for the owner- rather one particular worker. I have been coming to URS Threading for many years and have visited all of their locations. This is the first time I've felt the need to leave a negative review for this location (my 5th time here). I arrived at around 6:40 p.m. (the salon closes at 7:00 p.m.). A broad-built Indian woman at the front desk said she would do my threading. I asked her to start with my upper lip, and it was noticeably painful from the beginning, though I didn't say anything. What really concerned me was that she brought the thread inside my nostril while threading my upper lip. I immediately winced in pain. In all the years I've been getting threaded, this has never happened before. It felt very unprofessional and made me question her experience. She has no communication skills at all. The people who have helped me previously in this location were all nice. I told her what had happened and left immediately without completing the service. Based on my experience, I would not trust her with threading. Very unprofessional and unapologetic.

She helped me simplify my routine with products I already have and recommended others that I could get from a drug store. She didn't try to upsell me anything which is a plus though I did purchase a scrub from her worked well. Her recommendations were so good that I haven't been back in nearly 2 years. It wasn't until I was sitting there that I realized how used to bad treatment I'd gotten. Other salons trained me without me even noticing, packed into a tiny space, treated like I'm on a conveyor belt, rushed out before my nails even had time to properly dry. No games with the price going up if you don't tip in cash, which is honestly tacky and rude and tells you exactly how little they think of their customers. Nobody crowding me in next to three other people either. It was calm, it was peaceful, it actually felt relaxing instead of stressful. And the cleanliness. Towels were fresh, equipment looked properly cleaned, none of that murky blue water sitting in a dirty container that's clearly been there for who knows how long. Even the bathroom was clean, and that alone tells you a lot about how a place is really run. I now have a fungus thanks to Kathy. She goes to fast, and does not clean her tools. There might not be an alclave there. she is soooo rough, she makes you bleed. I might loose my nails thanks to her. Nice. Anna needs to screen her hires better. Who ever owns this place, be aware! I'm am sick about this. All the other lady's are so clean. Cathy, shame on you.
