Booking service is very easy, either directly with my stylist or with another person through their websites reservation system. The place is clean and the stylists have been there a while so you recognize the same people. They are also funny and you just get sucked into each other's conversations while you're getting service. Larry the is the absolute best. Previously living in OC I had blonde hair, doesn't everyone? Or one could say possibly yellow hair. Oh and also extensions. He always pushed for me to go a little darker, I was always against this, but after the first year and much trust, I started taking his advice and my hair is the healthiest and prettiest it has ever been. I would have loved to spend a day here with getting everything done (hair, waxing, nails) while drinking wine at their cute wine bar! chandeliers and wood accents with old Hollywood celebrities on the wall. So classy First off I was planning on getting my hair done twice before my wedding but then COVID happened and I was beginning to think I was gonna have to home bleach myself I live in Santa Clara where things are still shut down. But hair was allowed in the east bay where my cousin lives, she booked this appointment since she is a long time customer. Her hairstylist (Robin) referred me to Andrea who LOVES doing blondes! We did a phone consultation a few weeks earlier and I was set for July 21. In the phone consultation, she mentioned a few products I should buy for after the color to either order online or buy from her! This is huge since it's not pushy at all to buy from her, but wants you to use the right stuff to keep your hair healthy! Well on July 13th, the Governor said salons in the east bay must shut down again immediately. Andrea remembered I was getting my hair done for my wedding and called me ASAP and asked if I could come in that afternoon before they shut down!!!! She went out of her way to call me for my special occasion when I'm sure she has a long list of repeat clients that she could have called. I am so happy she was able to fit me in! And she did an amazing job!!!! Plus gave me a leave in treatment to take home before the wedding to make my hair soft! She really knows what she is doing! Was even helping out the other stylist who stayed later with his client going blonde as well. The other stylist was Larry and he is literally hilarious! She's spunky and fun and original and gives me the best recommendations for my hair but will do whatever I want. She always listens to me and I'm picky.
