    Let's talk about how great Jason did my nails on the weekend before Christmas on a Sunday evening when I was his customer. So clean in details. I got so many compliments and I loved my nails.

    I have tried SO many different nail salons in the area and this one is by far the best. Jason is so wonderful - he's quick and a perfectionist. My nails turn out perfect ever. single. time. Highly, highly recommend requesting him or Tina for an appointment, but honestly sometimes I just walk in because the entire staff is great. I'm a regular who has been coming in consistently for the past few years - trust me and give Glamorous Salon a try!

    I was recommended by my sister to go to Jason for a full acrylic set and I'm so glad I did! He was quick yet so attentive to details, and he gave me exactly the kind of nails I wanted. He did such a great job getting the shape and design that I wanted! Tina also did my pedicure and she did an excellent job as well! She is sooo lovely to talk to and it made time go by so much faster. I highly recommend her! I can't wait to return for my next mani and pedi! Do not hesitate to book with Jason or Tina!

    I am new to the area and have been researching a new pedicure spot and I found one!!! they offer jelly pedicures which I have been looking for in the bay for forever, I was so relaxed and well taken care of.     Still a great place to go to! I got a pedicure and opted to pay $10 extra dollars for them to really work on my calluses. The machine they used had a sanding disk that she replaced with a new one in front of me, which goes to show you that they are a sanitary business. The machine was kinda loud, but looking at my feet now, it was worth it.

    My mom and I saw this place while hopping off the freeway and thought of going to try it so I can get a manicure and acrylics done for homecoming. We went on and there was plenty of people but we didn't need too wait to long since they led us into a chair quite quickly. We sat down and their mani chair and it had the option to massage and it felt really nice. she did a really good job with painting my nails and she had these hot towels and hot stones she rubbed and put on my feet and lotion too with this oil which she massaged really nice. Afterwards I went to the chair to get my acrylics done and I showed them the design and a worker told krystal (a worker there) if she could do it and she was very happy and looked forward to doing it. She sat down and looked at my nails and noticed I am a nail biter so i had a really short nail bed, so she put a double layer of the nail that u glue on to my nail so it can make a longer nail which i really liked that she considered doing. She would always check if they were straight and she would rip them off if they weren't which i liked cz it showed she cared more. When she started doing my french tips i like how she did it she just put a big blob of the white and she would clean it up which made it seem even better. When she started doing the design she would mess up a little bit but then remove it and make it better which shows a lot cz most nail techs would rush through it to get to the next client but she really took her time and tried her best which made it turn out really nice and i liked how she put the glitter which made it turn out even better. Another worker came after she was done and put lotion and gave me a hand and arm massage which felt really nice that other nail places don't do. I will definitely be going back to this place.

    I never write reviews but felt compelled to because I never had such beautiful nails! first off, Jason was very welcoming & friendly when I came in a few min late for my appointment. I got dip powder for the first time for a special occasion (engagement coming up), and Anna was really wonderful overall. I showed her my design inspo and she knew immediately what color matched the picture; she went above and beyond actually by finding another color that complemented my skin tone more. She nailed a design she's never done before too. She was so efficient yet very meticulous and checked in with me throughout the app. The nail prep of filing, shaping, etc. was really great as well - I had come in with neglected uneven nails. Most importantly, my cat is very happy with the result.

    I called in the afternoon to see if there was any availability to get a dip powder manicure and was told I could come in 30 minutes. Once I got there, I was able to find parking in the little plaza. When I got inside, almost all of their pedicure chairs were full and one other person was getting a manicure. I was sat down and they started on me immediately. I love how my nails turned out! Very friendly staff. My only criticism is that I didn't get a hand massage afterwards. Would love to come back for a mani/pedi next time! Also, make sure to bring cash for tip!

I was told the Pharmacy Manager wasn't available, so I asked to speak with any manager. The manager told me he thinks the Pharmacy Manager's name was "Lau" (he spelled it) and that the pharmacist answering the phones might be "Shemma." I told him that I had already been disconnected multiple times and was just trying to get my prescription. The manager wasn't rude, but it didn't really feel like I was talking to someone who was concerned about fixing the issue. I expected a little more urgency since why are the pharmacy staff acting like they answering calls and disconnecting them on "accident". Instead, the only solution offered was to transfer me back to the pharmacy and let them know I was waiting on the phone. When someone answered, I asked if her name was Shemma. She immediately responded, "Nope," and transferred me. I was connected to Shemma. I realized she wasn't the same person that had disconnected my earlier calls because her voice sounded different from the employee who had answered before. Since Shemma stayed on the line, I decided to ask about my medication and a possible prescription transfer between Walgreens locations. I explained that my regular Walgreens told me that if this location had the medication in stock, they could request the prescription transfer. Shemma told me, "No, I can't do that. Call that Walgreens to transfer it." This completely conflicted with what I had already been told, and I felt like I was being talked over. My biggest concern is still the employee who initially answered the phone. After one of the disconnections, I called back and asked for her name first because I wanted to know who was disconnecting the calls. I figured if the call got disconnected again, at least I would know who I had spoken with. When I asked for her name, she responded, "Sure," and the call was disconnected. This is another reason I strongly recommend asking for the employee's name at the beginning of the call. I feel like people are less tough when they know you know who they are. If you need to follow up, file a complaint, or reference a specific interaction, having the employee's name can make that process a lot easier. With that being said, I don't need my prescription to be filled here anymore. Goodluck to ya if you have to call this pharmacy.

    Alright peeps so this will be short and straight to the point…read more If you can change your location to pick up your medication or anything in this store I suggest you change it immediately. Unless you want to wait 1-2hrs to get your prescriptions and 30min to check out in the front. The drive thru is not not open which makes it more difficult to get your meds. Not only that but there is one lady that looks Samoan helps one person and then goes and gets distracted for 10 min comes back helps again and goes off again. This is BS customer service sucks at this store. Not to mention almost everything is locked up so if you wanted to get something from nail clippers or nails stuff or make up or electrical toothbrush heads you must wait till someone hears the ring on the over head and comes to you after you waiting that long. Walgreens or to any store if you have these stuff locked up be sure to schedule people that can come and open these locks when customers need them. If not then leave them unlocked you wanted them secure but now paying customers are getting frustrated that we have to wait multiple times to get something at this store. Will we go back to this store sorry but no I just switched my stuff back to another location at a better place that does value customers and does want to make sales.

They claim it's an insurance issue, but my child's insurance hasn't changed in years. Then they lie and say they're out of stock. Which is mostly untrue. There was an incident when I requested to refill a prescription a week in advance. They sent me a text claiming it was out of stock. I had a feeling that it was bs so I drove to the pharmacy and spoke with their staff in-person. Guess what? The prescription that they claimed that was "out of stock" was in fact in stock. The tech told me that I just needed to wait 10 minutes. I had to explain to the tech the importance of my child's medication being filled on time, given that a missed dose can cause a life-threatening issue. About a month ago, I was in line inquiring on my child's prescription. There was another customer standing super close behind me while I was giving the tech very personal information. The staff did not say anything to the customer standing very close to me. There I was disclosing personal medical information not realizing that the customer was near me the whole time. (They should check the cameras; I can't make this up!) I only became aware that the man was standing extremely close to me because another customer in line pointed it out and told him to step back. There is no way that pharmacy tech helping me did not notice him. HIPAA VIOLATION! Anyway, if I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would.
