The quality of the nail treatment is hit or miss, even with the same technician. Owners Jason and Cindy are friendly enough, but use various upsell techniques. Not worth the pressure to add services or increase frequency of visits. read more

Wonderful best customer service. Jason does my nails and he and his staff are the best.

I've been coming to this nail salon for about two years now and I truly cannot recommend them enough. From day one I've felt so welcomed here. It's a family run business and that warmth shows in everything they do. Jason is my nail tech and he is absolutely amazing. His attention to detail is next level and he consistently delivers beautiful clean long-lasting work. I bring in inspiration photos or ideas and he always executes them perfectly sometimes even better than I imagined. My nails are always shaped flawlessly and I get nonstop compliments every single time. What really sets this place apart is the atmosphere. Every employee is kind friendly and professional and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working together. It creates such a happy relaxing environment which is rare to find. I never feel rushed and I always leave feeling calm and taken care of. I also love that this is a place my whole family enjoys. My husband and my dad both come with me for manicures and pedicures and they always have a great experience. The staff makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome no matter who they are or what service they're getting. If you're looking for a nail salon that is consistent talented welcoming and truly cares about their clients this is it. I'm so grateful I found this place and I'll be a loyal client for life. read more

Love them so much! They're a little far from where I live but after trying other salons near me I had to return to them for their quality and attention to detail. Still a great place to go to! I got a pedicure and opted to pay $10 extra dollars for them to really work on my calluses. The machine they used had a sanding disk that she replaced with a new one in front of me, which goes to show you that they are a sanitary business. The machine was kinda loud, but looking at my feet now, it was worth it. read more

I called in the afternoon to see if there was any availability to get a dip powder manicure and was told I could come in 30 minutes. Once I got there, I was able to find parking in the little plaza. When I got inside, almost all of their pedicure chairs were full and one other person was getting a manicure. I was sat down and they started on me immediately. I love how my nails turned out! Very friendly staff. My only criticism is that I didn't get a hand massage afterwards. Would love to come back for a mani/pedi next time! Also, make sure to bring cash for tip! read more

My mom and I saw this place while hopping off the freeway and thought of going to try it so I can get a manicure and acrylics done for homecoming. We went on and there was plenty of people but we didn't need too wait to long since they led us into a chair quite quickly. We sat down and their mani chair and it had the option to massage and it felt really nice. she did a really good job with painting my nails and she had these hot towels and hot stones she rubbed and put on my feet and lotion too with this oil which she massaged really nice. Afterwards I went to the chair to get my acrylics done and I showed them the design and a worker told krystal (a worker there) if she could do it and she was very happy and looked forward to doing it. She sat down and looked at my nails and noticed I am a nail biter so i had a really short nail bed, so she put a double layer of the nail that u glue on to my nail so it can make a longer nail which i really liked that she considered doing. She would always check if they were straight and she would rip them off if they weren't which i liked cz it showed she cared more. When she started doing my french tips i like how she did it she just put a big blob of the white and she would clean it up which made it seem even better. When she started doing the design she would mess up a little bit but then remove it and make it better which shows a lot cz most nail techs would rush through it to get to the next client but she really took her time and tried her best which made it turn out really nice and i liked how she put the glitter which made it turn out even better. Another worker came after she was done and put lotion and gave me a hand and arm massage which felt really nice that other nail places don't do. I will definitely be going back to this place. read more

the best place to get a gel manicure. always good no matter who you get and they last. definitely recommend.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to because I never had such beautiful nails! first off, Jason was very welcoming & friendly when I came in a few min late for my appointment. I got dip powder for the first time for a special occasion (engagement coming up), and Anna was really wonderful overall. I showed her my design inspo and she knew immediately what color matched the picture; she went above and beyond actually by finding another color that complemented my skin tone more. She nailed a design she's never done before too. She was so efficient yet very meticulous and checked in with me throughout the app. The nail prep of filing, shaping, etc. was really great as well - I had come in with neglected uneven nails. Most importantly, my cat is very happy with the result. read more

Scheduled an appointment with Jason for an acrylic full set. Not only was the salon open and functioning at 10am, the whole staff greeted me when I walked in. They were so friendly and welcoming. Then I showed him what I wanted and he delivered! Before he started he confirmed the color and the design and went straight to crafting the perfect set. Jason was meticulous with the length, thickness, and shape of each nail. There was friendly small talk in between, but it didn't distract Jason at all. From time to time he'd pause what he was doing to give his full attention to the conversation. To say I'm satisfied with the service would be an understatement because of the lasting impression. The salon is clean, welcoming, and has good air circulation. I'll definitely be back and probably treat myself to a pedicure too read more

Very clean and cute salon! I got dip nails with extensions and design with Jason. The shape I asked for was short almond. I went with my friend and they honored my request to let us sit together (she got regular gel manicure with design). The first picture are our nails and the next two are the inspiration pictures I specifically used. My nails came out PERFECT and exactly as I asked! My friend asked for a similar design but on a gel base. Jason was very attentive to fine details and was not afraid to start over on a nail if it wasn't up to his standards. The design I requested was very meticulous and he nailed the sweater design pattern on my ring finger and the glitter bow on my thumb. These are probably the best nails I've ever had. All of the other technicians were also very friendly and helped each other out. Overall a very great salon that I highly recommend, get your appointments in! read more

I'm new-ish to the Concord area and have been trying to find a new go to nail place. A friend recommended I try this place and said how great the pedicures are, so I booked an appt and ... I have found my new nail place!! My feet have been so embarrassingly bad and Iv had a few pedicures in the last few years but NO ONE has been able to help with my dry, cracked, peely feet until I came here. It's a week later and my feet are still soft and not white from dryness. Lynn was amazing. She really got up in there with my toes and fixed a few ingrown that I had, and shaped and painted my toes so well. I got the deluxe pedicure for $75 and I'll do it again in a few weeks if it means she will help maintain my feet! I was so shocked at how nice they looked even a few days later, I kept showing my husband and saying "look how pretty my feet are!" I'll be back and I'll be booking with Lynn! read more

Came here one day after looking on yelp and I just left my third time going here and I left with some of the best nails and pedicure I've EVER had each time I've come it has only gotten better and better. The deluxe pedicure was the best one I've ever had and left my heels and feet so so soft after the wax treatment and was absolutely the most relaxing I've ever had. And we nailed (haha) the color for my acrylic fill that I was looking for and they're absolutely flawless. Found the perfect mix of 2 colors. So happy!! My forever nail place. Thanks!! read more

Came here to get my bridal nails and everybody was so nice! I had seen great reviews for Jason specifically so I decided to book my mani with him and it was pretty good! I think it came out pretty but the reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is because it didn't come out like the inspo pic I shared. I even mustered up the courage while he was doing my nails to ask if he could make sure the flower petals would touch because they weren't and he assured they would, but did not at the end. However the final product was still nice! Also Tina did my gel pedicure and was super detailed and made sure everything looked nice and clean! read more
