This place is a gem and worth every dollar spent! I've been to quite a bit of nail salon places in Concord/Pleasant Hill/Walnut Creek area. There are some that are good, but unfortunately some that makes you not want to treat yourself in getting your nails done. That was what happened to me last year. A place I will not name, just shellacked the acrylic powder on my nails extremely thick, making me look like I have some nail related abnormality. And as a people pleaser, I just decided to deal with it and cry on my way home. That experience made me not want to get any more manicures. Fast forward to now. I missed feeling pretty and got super inspired by the nail art that the IG algorithm threw at me. I wanted to treat myself to a manicure with some art to celebrate Lunar New Year. This was a last minute game day decision, so during my appointment at Beau Den Spa, I surprised the owner with a picture inspiration... and she went above and beyond! She could've told me "I can't do them within the time frame of our appointment" or "nope." She probably could say "oh hell no" and I'd completely understand. I even said she can simplify them...but she did it all! They are the best nails I've ever had! Not an exaggeration but legit! She is extremely talented and meticulous. If you ever want to get elaborate nail art done, this is the place to go. Just make sure to let them know in advance of the complexity so that they ensure ample time is set aside. My mother is a huge fan of their pedicures. It's the only place that I know in the area that provides the highest quality of service. They do not rush nor do they speed their massages. Their name fits their services. You do indeed feel that you're getting a spa treatment. There are probably cheaper places to get your nails done in the area, but this place is where the quality standards matches the price point.
I have a hard time spending money on myself, but after an insane month and with a trip coming up, I decided to treat myself to a mani pedi. Right when you walk in you are greeted with kindness, made to feel comfortable, and there is calming music playing while you select your polish. There is a FANTASTIC assortment of colors to choose from, along with styles shown such as cat eye, and even a few designs painted to show french tips and other fun options. I've never had such wonderful choices, it makes me so excited to come back next time. The shop is small with only two workers, and yet they do the best job I've seen in years when it comes to nail salons. The customer service was also impeccable. I left for vacation early Wednesday morning and realized that weekend I needed a mani pedi. They're closed on Mondays, so I only had Tuesday. I left a message that was returned on Monday, even though they were closed. She let me know they were fully booked for Tuesday, and could fit me in Wednesday. I told her I was really hoping to get it done before vacation and she called her coworker and was able to get back to me and squeeze me in Tuesday morning. I knew I messed up not booking earlier, but her making it work made a huge difference in my trip and immediately showed me how amazing they are. The milk and honey pedicure came with a big bowl of flowers and citrus that was both gorgeous and calming. The ingredients were also used in the massage which was lovely. I got to see all the brand new packages of ingredients which is a great relief when so many places cut corners which is dangerous and unsanitary. Everything here was clean and comfortable. The pedicure was meticulous, and a timer was even set for the massage at the end. The manicure chairs were a welcome change from the usual nail salon chairs, much more comfortable to sit in. They had UV lights on each side so both hands could cure, which made the process flow smoother and quicker. They massaged with lotion at the end, but also put it on at the beginning so it could soak in which was great. They also used enough cuticle oil which is rare these days. The end results were fantastic. All in all it was incredible. I cannot express how important it is that the manicure and pedicure are not done at the same time. This is a small shop so that's not possible, and I don't think that they would even if they could which is fantastic. This allows you to fully relax, take a break, and actually enjoy your pedicure and massage, which is just as important as the actual nails for me. I never expected to write such a lengthy, glowing, immediate review, but this blew me out of the water for any kind of establishment not just a nail salon. Although it was pretty pricy this was well worth it. I am a new life long customer!
Decided to get my wedding nails done here after reading all the positive reviews, and so happy I came across this place. Not only was Kimmy attentive to my needs, she even asked me if my extensions looked even to me. Also, I got a chrome gel pedicure, which turned out great. I would have posted a picture, but I'm good off posting pics of my feet. LOL The pedicure also came with a 10min foot/leg massage, and you know it's legit cuz they pulled out the timer and everything.
After 12 years with the same nail tech, I suddenly had to find someone new when he changed careers. I decided to take a walk during the local farmers market, and that stroll led me down a street where I spotted a new nail salon, Beau Den Spa & Nails. From the outside, it looked inviting (plus it's right next to a boba shop, bonus!). I walked in just to take a peek and was greeted by friendly, welcoming faces who kindly invited me to try the spa. I didn't have time that day, but later I looked them up online and was impressed to see all 5-star reviews. That sealed the deal, I immediately booked an appointment, and I'm so glad I did! The salon is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and every detail shows they take pride in their work. During my pedicure, I noticed how meticulous the technician was. For my full set, Kimmie (the owner) introduced me to Gel-X, which has quickly become my new favorite! It lasts longer, feels natural, and doesn't lift when it grows out. I'm so happy to have found this place, it's now my go-to spa! The environment is relaxing, the service is excellent, and the team genuinely cares about their clients. Whether you're planning a girls' spa day or just need some pampering, Beau Den Spa & Nails is a must-visit. Thank you, Kimmie and team, for your amazing service, cleanliness, and care! I'm hooked.
This salon is by far the absolute best I have been to in years. The ladies at this establishment are so hospitable and focus on client care. Every time I come here I am greeted warmly and feel well taken care of. My favorite service is the pedicure because it is so relaxing and the technician always takes the time to make sure you are comfortable. I recently got a manicure + gel X set for the first time since I am used to always getting acrylic. It is definitely far less damaging than acrylic and I will be switching over to gel X. I highly recommend this salon due to their hospitality, cleanliness and professionalism. I will be re-booking!
I came in for a same day appointment pedicure with my fiancé and it was an absolute treat. Very nice staff, quality service, and my technician was a 10/10. I had a few surgically removed ingrown toenails from childhood that still grow out in a "hanging chad" fashion, and she knew exactly how to clean it up without significant pain. We'll be back!
Once again, Kimmy and her salon did an absolutely beautiful job! Thank you so much for making me feel amazing. Your talent, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly appreciated!
Truly one of the best nail spas in the East Bay! I have gone back time and time again for my pedicures, and every time the results exceed my expectations. Kimmy and her team are so lovely and carry themselves with professionalism. I highly recommend this place to friends and strangers alike. The selection of gel they have is one of the largest I've seen carried ranging from regular to sheer jellies to marbled, and duo chrome catseye. Beau Den will remain my go to spa!
Absolutely best, cleanest, and most attentive to the details of any nail salon I've ever been to. I love how clean and sanitary everything is and they really take their time making sure they execute your vision and that your nails come out perfectly. And the best part, the owner is lovely and so passionate about providing the best service. I love this place!
We love this place Such a beautiful great job clean place all natural definitely recommend 100%
I came here first my first time after a few bad experiences at my go to salon and I was blown away! Kimmie (the owner) I hope I spelled that correctly was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and did an amazing job on my nails. I got the gel x on my hands and gel on my toes! I believe a woman named Anne worked on my feet. My hands and feet were so soft after my treatment and when you get a pedicure you get a 10 minute foot and leg massage. Granted, they are a bit more expensive than my old salon but I go once a month and do not mind paying a little extra for a piece of mind and great treatment and beautiful hands and feet. Thank you!

This review is long overdue, I have been coming here for about five months so far and I absolutely love the care, quality and cleanliness of the Salon. I have been getting my nails done my whole life religiously every three weeks, at other salons I would experience Nails breaking, lifting and polish chipping. at Beau Den spa I no longer experience any of those things and my Nails last even longer. I extremely appreciate the cleanliness of the products used here and of the Salon. The tools are all brand new, products are non-toxic, and organic. I've never had any kind of skin irritation here which I have at other places. If you value the health and quality of your Nails, then this is the place for you. They genuinely care about the result.. Did I mention the nails are always fire too. Hands-down top-tier quality. i've come here with multiple design request, and they always kill it so grateful that I found this Salon they make me feel pampered. read more

Warning read before come here: I moved 3 months ago from the east bay. I really like my pedicure experience the first time I came here. After that unfortunately the quality went downhill. I received a gel manicure from Hanna with one hand nails bubbling up. I came back and Kimmy fixed it. While I was on a time crunch since I had a vacation to go to I appreciated her fixing it. The next day the other hand done by Hanna the entire gel polish came off of one nail with another finger happening thereafter. I came back from vacation, again I was annoyed but really wanted to give the salon a second chance because accidents happen but ... I came back and Kimmy had a new nail lady named Mandy fix my nails. Kimmy was going to fixed the nails originally but she moved Mandy to me because the other client complained. I had to correct Mandy multiple times at the end, you could tell the tip of my nails were messed up. I flagged it to Kimmy and she told me to come back at 6. I had been there for 3 hours ?! She asked me what I wanted to do and I told her to just give me a refund. She gave me $50. I think if you have Kimmy or one of her veteran nail techs do your nails you should be okay but she has a few nail techs that you can tell aren't that great. Kimmy should prequalify them and not put customers through this?! One of the other nail employees told me I was the 6th person that had come in with their gel coming off. I've done my nails for 20 years and this has never happen?! read more

finding a nail tech isn't easy -- especially in an area where there's so many options. you try a few, but it's kinda like cinderella... you're just waiting for the right fit. after doing some scrolling and reading reviews, I decided to give Beau Den Spa a shot. the photos looked great and the feedback seemed solid, so I finally worked up the courage to call. kimmy answered and was so sweet -- she asked what i needed and booked me for 10:15 AM the next day. when i arrived, i was greeted right away by a gentleman at the front, and one of the women immediately recognized it was me (happened to be kimmy), which felt really welcoming. although my appointment was at 10:15, i wasn't seated until around 10:30/10:45, but honestly, i didn't mind. they offer refreshments (tea, coffee, water), which was a nice touch. my nail tech was vi (i hope i'm spelling that right!). i came in with a full set from another shop, and i really appreciated that they don't let your nails sit in acetone forever. she removed my old set carefully and started prepping me for gel-x. i went with a stiletto/almond shape, which is totally new for me, so i was nervous but excited. long story short: i LOVE my nails. vi told me my fingers were made for the length and shape (maybe she was hyping me up, but i'll take it ). she also did my pedicure, and the experience was just as good. the bowl had lemons, lemon leaves, and i think even roses? the water temperature was perfect. it felt luxurious and relaxing. i spent about $200 (including a $20 tip). yes, it's pricey -- but in today's economy, that's not uncommon and it's pretty fairly priced compared to the other shops in the area. if you care about quality and the overall experience, i'd say it's worth it. and having Starbucks nearby doesn't hurt either. definitely coming back. read more
Looking for quality mani/pedi this is the place to go! Organic polish and they sanitize their tools the right way unlike most places that claims they do. The salon is clean and fairly new. Owner & Staff are friendly, meticulous, and professional. They're also hygienic and not sloppy when managing products. My new fav spot! read more

I am extremely impressed with this nail salon. After a 5 year search in Nor Cal, I think I have found my place. I have been through some obstacles finding a great nail place. Upon arrival, you have a seating area for hands and a comfy chair section if you're getting a pedicure done. The hospitality is amazing and the team offers tea or water so you can relax and get comfortable as you are getting your nails done. Kimmy is a true artist. All items and services implemented in her nail salon was designed with the comfort, care, and a high quality experience in mind . She is an experienced nail artist with 30years under her belt. She is thorough and truly gifted. Kimmy pull off my dip powder with gentle products and non invasive methods that did not dry out my skin. She took her time and didn't grind down on my nails. She made sure my original nails were lightly touched, and gel extender product over my natural nails. She shaped my nails the way I wanted, and overall looked amazing. I also had the milk and honey pedicure. I truly was in heaven. I loved every moment soaking my feet and legs in this tub of beautiful leaves, lemons, rose petals, etc. I was able to enjoy a good soak and feel totally relaxed during this warm amazing milk and honey pedicure. This place is amazing! Thank you for a great nail experience. You have my highest praises. I'm telling everyone about this place. read more

Second time coming here for a GelX manicure and they did not disappoint!! First time around the owner of the shop, Kim, did my nails and lasted me for over 5 weeks before one of my extensions fell off. I came back to get a new set, and this time around I had a new nail tech, Tee (I believe that was her name?). She was actually able to keep my previous extensions on and filled them in for the new set, which saved us some time (and money!). The nail salon is so cute, clean, relaxing, and very spacious! Their pricing is extremely reasonable in my opinion, especially for the quality and how long the nails last. They also have a large assortment of different colors to choose from. Both Kim and Tee are so friendly and try their best to really make sure you leave the salon happy with your nails. So glad I not only found a nail salon in Concord that does GelX, but one that does a great job at it! read more

Easily one of the most relaxing and beautiful pedicure experiences I've had in the area. Seriously already in love with this place! I called the shop and spoke to Kimmy last weekend, and booked an appointment for today. The vibe is very calming. I was immediately greeted by a lady and soft tranquility music with the smell of cleanliness and essential oils. I specifically wanted to come here because they pride themselves in autoclaving and cleaning their nail tools. The lady who did my pedicure, Ann, also showed me the autoclaved tools she'll be using. She also I got the milk & honey pedicure with a gel French tip. They use huuuge separate water baths and continuously fill it with warm/hot water from an electric kettle so it stays nice and warm. All of the ladies here are wonderful and so friendly. It's been hard trying to find a clean and consistent nail salon, but I think the hunt is over!! read more

Beau Den is my new and absolute favorite nail salon. I am, unfortunately, a nail biter and when I get my nails done I used to get acrylics but the gel x looks so much more natural. My nails look like the could be natural. I got my fill after 3 weeks and they still looked pretty good. They have amazing attention to detail. Even with the gel x manicure they still take care of your cuticles and give you a massage. My nails have looked amazing both times I've gone. read more

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 1000 STARS, I WOULD! For one, all instruments are STERILIZED & buffers/toe separators are all disposed of after use! I asked for a French tip set for my mani & pedi & they are sooooo thorough & PRECISE with their work! Even cleaned my cuticle beds & had a nice massage! Kim the owner & Tami serviced me & were very sweet & communicative!! Spa overall was very relaxing and clean!!
