I've been here a few times. It was my go-to since it's down the street from my house but... My last visit, I was in and out in 45 minutes for a shellac manicure. The staff was very nice and my appointment started right on time. 9:30am on a Friday; I was the only one for the first 30 minutes. The ambience was relaxing. Everything was great until the nail tech cut me pretty bad. My finger still hurt and was sensitive 3 days after my visit. The thing that really disappointed me was my manicure didn't even last 2 days and was already chipping. I usually expect this a week after a manicure but 2 days later?! Anyhow, not sure if I will go back. If only I could remember the name of the tech who did my nails consistently for a few months last year... read more

The price is a bit high but the area is convenient and the services are good. I will say that they kept it a little warm inside but was able to acclimate. I enjoyed my visit to Deluxe Nail Spa. I got my pedi done by Eric, who was incredibly attentive and sweet, while the 'tips were tended to by Annie, who was just as attentive, kind, and straight up adorable. I got a gel polish pedi with a bit of a scrub and massage enhancement, which I felt was well worth it (and well-deserved!) after a long day even if it costs a lil' extra, and an acrylic fill with gel polish. The total came to $137 with a tip for both Eric and Annie ($9 each, if memory serves), and the service and ambiance alone was worth the extra coinage. I'll be honest, the polish job on my 'tips wasn't exactly stupefying, but the cumulative experience definitely was. I'd be glad to return and spend time soaking in those cushy pedi recliners while getting pampered by the sweet staff here! And you should, too. read more

Awesome nail salon! I didn't have an appointment but they still took me after someone was available. The place is clean and the lady who did my pedicure and manicure wore gloves. They have nice music playing and it is easy to find on the street corner. I loved the wax add on for my feet. I've never had the wax before on my feet which made them soft. Other places use a scrub and Saran Wrap or scrub extra but wax was a new one. They also do gel nails and they have lots of colors to choose from. This was a great find. I am picky about nail salons since I don't want fungus or a nail infection. I highly recommend this salon if you need your nails done. read more

I came here last week to get my nails done for my birthday. The staff was rude and very clearly making fun of customers. They did a rush job on my manicure - it's already chipped and I left with uneven and spotty nails. I'd have asked them to fix it but wanted to get out of there as soon as I could. This place is more expensive than others in the area but the experience left a lot to be desired. Silver linings: The gentleman who worked on my manicure was a lot kinder to me once his coworker was done doing my pedicure and left the area to help someone else. Quality is amazing, Annie and Ruby both did an amazing job on my builder gel nails each time I came here! The inside is relaxing with a lounge area and is nicely decorated with separate areas for pedi vs. just mani. Cat eye gel is ~$60. read more

Walked in with no appt needing a pedicure for 2 ppl. I was greeted with superior customer service and no longer than a 5 minute wait time. My nail tech was gentle and did an amazing job. The space is clean and gives off a very lux feeling. read more

I've always gone to the length of driving all the way to discovery Bay, but no longer do I have to because I found this amazing place.. Do not ever get your eye brows done here! The owner did my eyebrows and she couldn't take a bit of adcountability. I asked her to do just a clean up. No shaping and to please not leave them thin as I like the thicker look. She not only thinned out my shape, but left me a bald spot. She had the audacity to still charge me. I paid of course but explained to her that she left a bald spot and made my eye brows super thin. She could not take an ounce of accountability and stated it was my eye brows not the wax. The bald spot is very clear as it is lighter in the area where hair previously was. I'm so disappointed on how the owner handled this situation. Everyone makes mistakes but the fact she couldn't just say "hey I'm really sorry I made a mistake" I will never be coming here again!!! Even after years of being a loyal client. read more

I got a toe infection after they removed a ingrown nail that I did not even notice they were going to remove until I felt the sharp pain . I had to get on antibiotics! This is not a smart thing and they should know better as a nail salon that they are not certified to do so. read more

Our favorite nail salon! My brother and I love coming here. The ladies are always so kind and remember my brother Charlie and I each time we visit. My brother has special needs and they totally work with him to make sure he is comfy and happy with his nails. He is known for loving fun designs on his nails, and the ladies always take their time to make sure his fingers look great. My acrylic nails always come out beautiful. I recently got married and accidentally dyed my wedding nails purple (hair color, don't ask). Deluxe Nail squeezed me in to fix my nails and made them even better than before, free of charge. Came in for a deluxe gel pedicure ($75) and it was so worth it. Van was able to take me instantly when I walked in. She always checked if the temperature was okay and did an amazing job on my pedicure. The inside is very clean and there is a parking garage right next door making it super convenient. So happy we stumbled upon this place! My wife and I were walking in Todos Los Santos and saw through the window how beautiful, clean and modern the salon looked - from that moment we decided to give them a shot. I gave them a call and got scheduled for 2 people for a mani and pedi before Xmas. I knew it would be busy and was nervous we would have to wait even though we had an appointment, but we didn't. True to their word we got seated right away. They were soooo kind and accommodating. They were clean and professional and we even upgraded to the deluxe pedi. They use the same gel colors for their regular mani pedis so that was awesome. Definitely will be my new spot! read more

Had to keep asking to open window because it was stuffy and smelled like chemicals. Finally after the 4th time I asked, someone from the front desk opened it. The energy was not good and it just seemed very rushed. The lady did not give me a foot massage after my pedicure which Ive never experienced in my life and because I said no to extra services (salt scrub and wax) she decided not to give me a massage at all?! WEIRD. My friend got gel manicure and she also did not get a hand massage after treatment. Is this no longer the standard? Do we have to pay extra for that too? How do you pay $100 for services (yes I still gave a $10 tip to each technician) that are mediocre results and not actually feel like you got good service? I feel like I could have done a better job myself. I also got cut in the process of getting my cuticles cut. Never going back unfortunately. read more

I have been coming to this nail salon for years since the name was still Bollinger. They did a great job on the pedicure (Vivian is the nail technician). However, yesterday I had an appointment at 2:15pm and Vivian had me sit at the chair, but she disappeared and came back at almost 3:00pm!. She made me wait for almost an hour!. I asked and she told me she had to do an eyebrow for a client who walked in after my appointment. Then she did something on my right toe and it hurt and bled. All in all yesterday experience was the worst experience. Every itme we had appointments here they always took us in 10-15 minutes late, but yesterday was the worst experience. This is a very bad customer service and is not acceptable. I am very disappointed especially I have been a regular here for many years. read more
