Overall my experience was positive. Sandra my nail tech was welcoming and took her time with me. I did not feel rushed and she delivered my inspo picture!
Just came back to Nailed It after a few months off from getting my nails done and they have done it again! I am absolutely IN LOVE with my latest set! The 3D effect on this floral design is mesmerizing and I feel so glamorous. Exactly what I wanted for my upcoming vacation!
Bridal Parties Beware! Do not expect even basic service when going here to prepare for your special day. Bride made app for 4 of us a month in advance so that we could enjoy this time together. it was horrible. None of us were able to sit together and visit and enjoy the experience. They were accepting walk ins which took precedence during our time and the bride's daughter waited an hour and a half without any offer for service or even a water. it was well after closing time before we were done. I initially declined a manicure due to them scalding my feet with a hot towel and rushing through my pedicure While I sat alone in my chair- defeating the whole purpose of our requested experience. The pedicure bench was filthy with someone elses lotion and skin cells. She did put a towel over it for treatment but... gross. There was a technician's baby running around who picked up someone's toe separaters and chewing on it. She was cute but i Felt bad for her. i will say that the hand massage during my manicure was one of the best. Unfortunately, the polish fell off by a whole piece by the wedding which was one and a half days away. The cheap polish I had to b in panic fixed it with is still on. my cuticles were a mess too. Not neat and clean as expected. The service was unprofessional, rushed and not worth the 2 and a half hours of time we were made to stay there. Definitely time wasted during the last minutes of go time for a wedding. I'll also note I passed on a full treatment in Idaho with expectations that this experience would be fun and memorable in a positive way. Felt like all they cared about was making money, not taking care of customers.
I've been getting acrylic nails here for 20-25 years and they always do a great job. They look great- and stay looking great. I've never had a problem with lifting or breakage. They have a wide range of creative looks and are updating their techniques and trends. Appts are always on time and quick but attentive service. They also take walk-ins.

Her attention to detail was great and she kept checking in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the nails. When it came to the nail colors she was able to recommend the perfect combination that I've been struggling to get from other nail technicians at other places. I will be back to Nailed It and I will be asking for Lisa every time! Thank you Lisa!
Nailed it is my go to nail salon in Concord, CA. Vicky and Vince are the owners, very professional and friendly . Along with their other technicians they all provide quality work and service every time my daughters and I get mani and pedi treatments. I have been going to this nail salon for almost 5 years. Vicky and Tina have a high level skill in artistry so if you are someone looking for hand painted designs ask for them. However all of the technicians can shape and style very well. I give Nailed It 5 stars and A+ service.
Nice and relaxing mani / pedi! Went with my mom, we both enjoyed a deluxe manicure and pedicure. I was late but they were nice about it and were still able to give us a good spa day together. My feet and legs feel soft after a sugar scrub and hot stone massage. Pampering felt great. Our hands and feet look great for our event tomorrow! They nailed it! lol
After 20 years Vicky still manages to amaze me with her creative designs and EXCELLENT service. Thank you Nailed It team!!
This was spectacular!!!! Love the caymans and artistry! Ask for an extra hour for 3D design for this type of work for 2-2.5 (fingernails only). appointment. add another hour is wanting pedicure if not at the same time.

I've been coming here for over 20 years, back when it was VK Nails, and I still won't go anywhere else. Vicky is my girl and she never misses. My nails are always on point, and she stays up on all the latest designs. I get compliments everywhere I go, every single time. I always go and get my acrylics done here. Vince always gets my desired shape just how I like it. They always hold up for multiple weeks and never break/lift prematurely. If you're looking for a new place for a full set def check out Vince at Nailed It. read more

My favorite nail spot!! Vicky has done beautifully each and every time I go I was recommended by my boyfriends mom and a coworker of mine and they have raved about Vicky so I gave it a try and let me just say I have not been disappointed! And the prices are so reasonable which is rare nowadays. Also if I may add my nails always last Vicky does quality work and my nails last 3-4 weeks at a time but never lifts!! (I only got two pics of sets I've gotten because I'm terrible ) read more

On January 29, 2025, at approximately 3:00 PM, my wife and I arrived at Nailed It salon to have her nails done for her 28th birthday. We went to the front desk; we were assisted by an employee named Carrie, who called a nail technician named Lisa. My first expression of Lisa is caring, active, and provides customer service from left to right. We were given red wine (for my wife) and champagne (for me). It was great service. With the background music, it was calm and relaxing. In my personal opinion, Lisa exceeded my expectations by providing service beyond what I expected, having witnessed her work at previous nail salons my wife frequented. I can tell you this is my wife's favorite spot to come for manicures and pedicures, as long as Lisa is available. Lisa, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Look for Lisa. She is highly recommended by me personally as a witness. read more

I have been coming here for years. VICKY is my go too, or Tina, or Lisa , or Vince. I have had my nails done by all these people which is rare to go to a place that have multiple people who are that good. Every time I have gone with a picture they have always executed. The vibe is very relaxing and comfortable. They offer drinks like tea or champagne which is always nice. I would highly recommend them they do awesome work and Tina can draw pretty much anythibg you want, they are fair with prices and always friendly. If you haven't tried them you must! read more

What: pink & white ombré acrylics How much: $65 Wait time: waited 30 minutes as a walk in - they are quite busy and had appointments so I didn't mind waiting 30 minutes as a walk in Quality: excellent. I love my nails. Service: pretty good but I was surprised that the nail technician did not push back my cuticles, cut the cuticles or shape the nail bed, no hand massage, etc. - no big deal. Salon setting: a bit odd - pedicure chairs or regular sitting chairs and they bring a container of water to you. Nail stations almost seem temporary, small, basic chairs, trash in the background, a very old looking Altoids tin that said "clean tools". Just looked a bit junky overall. But the service was good, that nails looked great. read more

I really liked the way Vincent asked questions and took his time with the finer details. My original nails were too square and I had asked for coffin so he understood and gave me the nails I wanted. Definitely ask for him or he said Vicky for art details. read more

Use to absolutely love this place it was my go to tried to give it another chance Vince is always so kind but his workers rush me you can tell I'm not happy still let me leave this will be my last time wanted pink and white ... she did what she wanted verse what I wanted did she ask nope. Over it I work in customer service so it just annoying when you don't communicate with your client also I'if your a n. A rush on because it's Saturday then close earlier. read more

LISA is the BEST!!!! she's a miracle worker. ask for lisa when you come. I got the most horrible gel manicure of my life for my bday and I came into Nailed It to get it fixed. Lisa took such good care of me & my nails, helped me out so much by walking through what she was going to do to fix it, and was so patient with me the whole time. Best nail experience I've ever had. I have been seeing Nathan for the past year and he's AMAZING! The way he shapes the nails is perfect. My nails always come out great with him. He is always very kind and makes sure you are satisfied with the job throughout the service. I believe he only does acrylic. read more

Came in for a last minute appointment with my best friend and our daughters. We had to wait about 15 minutes for 3 pedicures, the one full set was taken quickly. Pedicures were great, they were quick and efficient! I also got a gel manicure and loved how it came out. Lisa took her time to get the right chrome on top. It was a relaxing time read more

Yes. I think it varies. I had art done so mine came out to $75.
How much is it for a regular manicure and pedicure?
Hi there, yes the Classic manicure is $20 & the Classic Pedicure is $28 with regular polish on both. If you decide to get both, the Classic mani & pedi combo is $44. There are also many more types of mani & pedis ☺️wine & champagne 🍾🥂
Will you also take a 7 yr old girl for a mani-pedi?
Yes, you can take a young girl. I’ve seen them with kids and also took my granddaughter when she was much younger.
How much is an acrylic full set and also a fill? Also. How much for pink/white ombré
An acrylic full set is $35 and a fill is $25 with regular nail colors. With gel colors, they are $45 and $35, respectively. As for pink and white ombré, we charge $55 for a full set and $45 for a fill.
