I love walking into Ruby's it's a clean, beautiful, soothing and welcoming environment. Ruby knows everyone's name that walks through the door. I normally get my nails done but I have also gotten a couple pedicures. And the chairs are very comfortable equipped with massage settings, side tables and pillows. All staff offer you a comfortable experience. I will add that Ruby's offer payment with Venmo via QR code, debit card or cash. I personally, like to make my appointments to reserve a spot but walks are welcomed. What a bad nail Tech I got from this salon. It was my first time to get their service and not impressed at all. I wanted a gel manicure, took her 1 hour and 30mins to do, which it would have been okay if she did a good job but NOT at ALL! The gel polish she applied was so thin that I could still see my nails, it's so thin that my nails are bending. One of my nail broke already the next day! Most of their customers are elderly, I don't think they have experience doing Gel manicure whatsoever. read more

Found my new go to place! All the workers were so sweet and welcoming. I got a builder gel manicure and gel pedicure for $95 a great price and they did a wonderful job! Haven't been able to pamper myself in a long time and this place made my day so much better! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Tiffany did a pedicure for me, and not only are my toes beautiful, the experience was so nice. Then I left my Stanley in there, walked to CVS. She came and found me to let me know, then went back and got my cup for me. Over the top kindness. Highly recommend. read more

Nice workers, but it hurt a lot and they didnt get my shape right. I asked for coffin and they gave me square. I also wanted a diffrent color, and the nail art isnt that good. The hearts on my nails were so ugly i cried for 2 hours straight. So if u wanna cry, then this place is for u!! read more

I love Ruby Nails. The shop itself is nice, clean and light, much nicer than the place I used to go to in Pleasant Hill. Ruby is so nice and makes a point of knowing customers' names. I have probably gone 10 times (regular mani pedi) and I've only had one manicure I felt was not careful enough. And the fact that they take cards and Venmo is a real plus for me! I don't carry much cash, so having to pay cash is a hassle. read more

Great service, very friendly and rarely have I ever waited for my scheduled appointment. They have music playing in the back ground as well which I find to be a nice touch! Only thing that would make it better is if they'd offer beverages. Definitely recommend this nail salon and the staff. read more

I love this business! Huge thank you to Ruby and her staff. Ruby was very accommodating to me and my terrible schedule because of caregiving. The salon looks so beautiful and they have every color you could imagine of polish and dip. The service is professional and Eva gave me an amazing pedicure scented in jasmine and gel toes! This place could definitely use a make over. The massage chairs are old and don't work well and it wasn't very clean overall. They are running a special for 20% off... that should be the only reason to consider going to this salon. read more

I decided to go to lavish nails because they had good reviews and it was easy to make an appt online. When I arrived, I was surprised by how messy and unsanitary it looked. I have never seen a salon with so much stuff everywhere. There were nail polishes in boxes stacked on the floor and counter space in the back looked messy and cluttered. My gut feeling almost had me turn around and leave, but I did not want to be rude. I was seated next to the fridge in a pedicure chair. My pedicure was actually really nice. The lady took her time and gave a great massage. I probably would not have taken the time to write a review if I just had the pedicure. My terrible experience was with the nail tech, Simon. I asked for an acrylic fill and asked him for natural looking nails. Half way through, I looked and they were thicker than I like. I asked if they could be thinner and I thought I heard him say mmhmm. When he finished shaping, he showed me them and said he did a curve and that is natural. He stated he was skilled. I did not want to be fussy and now that I look back, I should have said something again because I went home and could not get over how thick my nails were. They looked bubbly and I could not put on my own jewelry on because they were so thick. I convinced myself to go back the next day. I went right when they opened and Simon asked what was wrong and I told him I loved the color and the shape, but my nails were too thick. I was very nice and he told me my nails go up and that is why he had to make them thick. He then said they will break easily once he shaves them down and can't gaurantee them next time. I said, that is fine. (My nails are very sturdy 1.5 weeks later). He begrudgingly filed them down and told me I should never get fake nails if I want them to look natural. I did not respond, but I have had so many fake nails that looked great. He went so fast that my nails have ridges. He did not say bye or anything. The cost for my nail fill and pedi was $120 and I tipped $20 btw.

Nobody rushed me with "hello what do you want" or shoved a color wall in my face before I even sat down. I actually felt like a person, not just another number to get in and out. It wasn't until I was sitting there that I realized how used to bad treatment I'd gotten. Other salons trained me without me even noticing, packed into a tiny space, treated like I'm on a conveyor belt, rushed out before my nails even had time to properly dry. I had honestly forgotten my time and my experience mattered. Delane's brought that back for me. The professionalism was on another level too. No games with the price going up if you don't tip in cash, which is honestly tacky and rude and tells you exactly how little they think of their customers. Nobody crowding me in next to three other people either. It was calm, it was peaceful, it actually felt relaxing instead of stressful. And the cleanliness. Towels were fresh, equipment looked properly cleaned, none of that murky blue water sitting in a dirty container that's clearly been there for who knows how long. Even the bathroom was clean, and that alone tells you a lot about how a place is really run. Once you go to Delane's and get treated with that kind of value and respect, you won't want to go back to anywhere else. And honestly, you shouldn't have to. Ask for Brandi.

Ruby is incredibly sweet and thoughtful! She made me feel like a princess bride! I brought a few of my bridesmaids in for mani-pedis, and others joined us later just to hang out and drink wine. Ruby welcomed us all and even let us bring our own wine, making the experience feel extra special. As the bride, she made me feel truly celebrated! Ruby recently purchased the nail salon by Nob Hill. She is so good!! She gave me dip/powder nails and they lasted 5 weeks! Not one single chip or loose nail. She has fixed up the salon and it looks very nice and clean. I highly recommend her. I had my nails done today after 5 weeks. Plus she doesn't ding you for extra fees for using zelle or a credit card. Ruby is very sweet and interesting to talk to. read more
