I highly recommend getting your nails done here. Jennifer (Trinh) is amazingly kind, contentious & does a thorough job. I really love her (my) nails & her pedicures! Yelp is asking me to describe the shop: clean, small, not fancy, which means reasonable prices. You will love your hands & feet if you get them done here! Cheers! read more

I used to be a customer at Naturally Nails and unfortunately for me I do not go there anymore as I have moved to Central California. I really miss this salon. I've taken my nails off, which I've had for more years than I ever wanna say and just haven't had time to look anywhere else as I'm not looking forward to doing that my nails were almost done very professionally, and I would get compliments all the time on my nails. I never liked choosing a color and I would always leave that up to Jennifer and again. I got many many compliments. Well who knows maybe the day will come when I can come back to the salon I would recommend her to anybody up there. She does an excellent full grooming service. read more

I get my pedicure here. She's so friendly and professional! I recommend her to all my friends!

Lin and Jennifer are the sweetest ladies I've ever met! They did such a great job welcoming me, as it was my first time getting my nails done here. Lin did a great job on my full set and pedicure, and she was very nice and patient as I decided on the prefect shade and nail shape! She took her time and made sure I was happy with the service, which I appreciated. I will definitely be back for another great experience! read more

Pros: Incredible customer service, fair prices, great quality work Cons: A little inconvenient since it's cash only, and they accept walk-ins but you may end up waiting a while because there's only two people working, and the quality of work between the two sisters can be inconsistent. ***** I've been coming to Naturally Nails for a couple months now, and I absolutely love this place!! So much so that I've gotten my mom and sister to start coming here too. Jen is definitely customer service oriented. She even goes so far as to save your phone number, so when you call she answers by greeting you with your name. And whenever I get my nails done, the conversation is light and easygoing. Also, she never gets defensive over her work. If I want her to correct something, she listens with an open mind, which I appreciate. Not to say that I often have to ask her to change things, though. I've also come to her with nail designs I've seen online and she's open to recreating them for me. I also have never felt like she's rushing my appointment. Her sister, Lin, gives good manicures and pedicures, but for acrylic sets I find her application a bit too thick for my taste. If I'm doing a full set or a fill, I'll go to Jen, who's made my acrylic nails look so natural that people have asked me if they were real!! Pricing is average for the area, which I'm okay with. It's cash only, so I usually ask how much it'll be when I'm making my appointment, to be sure I'll have enough including tip. read more

I had heard nothing but great things about this place, but unfortunately going here never fit into my schedule when I worked in the city, however now that I'm in the area during the day I decided to take a long lunch and see what all the rave was about! Well it's everything I was expecting it to be and MORE! 5 STARS all around! Naturally Nails is owned by two sisters and are actually the only two who work there. They are the nicest ladies and do a wonderful job!! Their service is great and I love that they prefer appointments, as they don't like for people to wait for their service. My pedicure took 1 hour and 15 minutes. It started by soaking in the water for about 15 minutes and was followed by all the usual feet maintenance procedures for pedicures, except with EXTREME and precise detail! The leg/foot massage was longer than most you would receive and was by far the best I've ever had! And to top it all off, after they paint and dry your toenails they dip your feet in paraffin wax to give your feet that extra smooth and clean feeling! The best part?!?! It was only $20!!! Cash only, but HEY! you can't beat that! If you're needing a manicure and/or a pedicure at a more than responsible price, I would call and make your appointment TODAY! :) read more

Today was my first time here, did some research on Yelp and called ahead and made sure I had cash. To all who give a 1* based on the fact that they couldn't get in because they didn't have an appointment, though it may seem rude to you, think of how rude it would be if you had an appointment but had to wait because they took everyone who just walked in? There is only 2 of them after all. I called before they opened and they called me back as soon as the clock hit 10:00 am. She was able to fit me in at 10:45 for a pedi for my mom and shellac polish for me. Also she mentioned beforehand that they are cash only which I appreciated. They had a HUGE amount of shellac colors. I got pink and whites. The lady who did my nails was very detailed and skilled, she was able to do my white tip with just a stroke! No brush with alcohol to clean up the lines. She was talking to the other lady there in their language and mentioned to me what they were talking about. I am not offended when people choose to talk in their language, in fact I wish I had that skill myself! But the courtesy on her part to mention was something I had not thought of before, and was appreciated. My mother who does not like nails salons or getting her nails done loved her nails and said she would come back! Please be fair yelpers and give people a chance. Try to see things from the business perspective. You might just find a great nail place, I know I did! Also their prices are tough to beat! read more

Call ahead and when you do call be sure to make it clear that you are coming in so they know to save your space. (As in don't call and ask how much it'll be and then hang up. Be sure to say you want to come and check the availability) Cash only! read more

Naturally Nails - Price posted on wall as of May 2016 - Nail Salons Near Me - Pleasant Hill, California

Okay so I read the reviews before going. I was a little hesitant because I have been trying to find a good place to go to for a while. I was a customer to place closer to my home and since my usual nail guy is only a weekend basis only now - I needed a more reliable place. I am SOOO SOO happy I went besides the few so so reviews. First thing you must know there are only 2 people working here - it is a sister duo team. Jennifer and Lin are priceless! And I did inquire since it is just them two if they preferred appt or walk in's OK? Jen did say it is better to do by appointment - since they are just 2. She really don't like people waiting so long or being inconvenienced. So with that in mind - make appointments better or call ahead to know when you can be seen. So upon my arrival there are 3 pedicure massage chairs (which was really comfy and relaxing) - and two nail stations. It is a small and quaint place. If you want a variety of colors THEY GOT IT COVERED! A huge nail polish selection for your needs and likes. $20 bucks for a pedi with paraffin wax included - which made my feet feel soooo smooth and amazing!!! Since, I was the only one there early AM, she took her time on my feet 45 min's and the care and detail she took was amazing! Jennifer did my fill and I recently had surgery so it is a bit difficult to sit up a lot and she was so accommodating - I don't know any other place that would do this. She had me sit back and SHE STOOD UP to file my nails down. I didn't even request this and she just was spot on with caring for her customer need. That kind of sold me too on this place. They were very friendly and talkative not like some places that are talking among themselves and you got no clue as to what they are saying...and just work on you. These ladies do want to know about you and make convo. to make you feel welcome. Nothing but greatness from these ladies where it comes to their customer service. So, if you want to be a customer of a nail salon that deals more on quality than quantity - this is the place for you! They are open Mon-Sat. Also, they are CASH only. Again call ahead! Worth it! Keep up the great work ladies! read more

They did not put a clear coat before adding a color polish and they told me to pick a dark color versus putting three coats of a lighter color that I wanted. They have a horrible selection of colors (no light grey... Really?). I told them I wanted color change ONLY and they proceeded to try and upscale me to a full manicure and started filing my nails without asking. They file back and forth versus one way which is horrible for your nails... Shouldn't they know that? I wouldn't come back here for my nails again... read more

I just recently moved to baypoint & was on the search yet again for a new nail salon. I looked on yelp & loved the photos I saw so I decided I'd go in & get a pedicure. I went in at the end of the day usually when nail techs are tired & rushing to get home but Lynn & Jennifer are nothing like that ! They take care of every customer & they are so fun to talk to. I had a great time at this salon & I will definitely be back. 100% recommend to anyone looking to try out a new spot! read more

I thought this place was very good. I've come once so far for gel nails. Tried this place for the first time and I liked it! I brought my baby and the ladies were so nice! At first I wanted to have my acrylics taken off and get gel polish. She said oh im sorry we don't have time right now because I have an appt and in order to soak off and do it right without rushing there isn't enough time. Wait what? I've never heard a place tell me that and I appreciate it so much! I prefer quality even if I have to wait. The lady was talking to my baby when he got fussy and even asked if I needed to take a break to feed or change him. Seriously the sweetest people ever, I'll be back! read more
