I went one just for a pedicure it was good. Went back a second time for acrylic and Dianna or Danna I can't remember her name but she was older did my nails and I was very disappointed so much so I had to come back to have her fix everything. I'm sure there are other nail techs there who are better but my experience was so poor I'll probably never be back. First off I should've known something was off when I said I wanted acrylic and she told me "I'll do gel x" .. didn't ask told me I was getting gel x and tried to make it seem like it was better for me when in reality it was faster and easier for her. I showered her a picture of a nail with a flower and I said if you can't do it it's ok I'll pick another style I said this many times and she told me she could do it. When she started my filing my nail it hurt SO bad she was filing into my cuticle so much two fingers started to bleed to which he said I had thin skin.. um no. I said ouch many times she never stopped. My hands hurt for the next three days feeling like my skin was breaking. Anyway I told her I want the base of the French to be pink she picked this regular color never checked in with me to see if I liked the shape the color or anything. Then when it came time to the flower she said we have flower stickers... I said if u can't do the 3d it's ok I'll pick a different style. She refused and gave me horrible hack job that looks like it's been done by a toddler. I told her many times it's my baby shower I'm going to Hawaii and I'm getting proposed to these nails have to be perfect and she gave me this ... nothing kkke the photo I had shown. When she was done I was so upset I almost cried walking out ... I called them and told them how upset I was and asked if I could come back another day because I was so tired after getting off work etc I'm pregnant. He said to come back now.. when I went back she immediately rushed into helping me and I told her I want someone else and she told me everyone else busy I said I can wait or come back another day she said no. so I did and I asked her to take it off and start again she just filed the one nail with the flower and painted over everything so now I have like 5 layers of paint and too coat.. let's just say the experience was not relaxing and not what I had planned for being my proposal / engagement nails. I got a Gel X set ($65) and a gel pedicure ($50). I wish I had read the bad reviews beforehand. I was assigned to an older lady who was very rough -- it hurt when she pushed back my cuticles and shaved my nails. Plus she was twisting my fingers and trying to reposition my hands under the UV light. My thumb ended up being wounded so she didn't want to fix how it turned out. My nails look huge, and the underside is messy. One nail isn't even properly glued down, and there's a visible gap between my nail and the extension. While I was there, another customer was complaining that her nails were burning, and she ended up leaving mid-service. My pedicure was decent, but the polish color didn't match what was shown on the display. I didn't mind that too much, but I would test out the colors before committing. Overall, I felt uncomfortable during my visit and wasn't happy with the results. I wouldn't come back. read more

My first experience here was excellent, my technician was excellent. The person I got today (after scheduling an early appt yesterday yet still had to wait 15 minutes) ) was terrible, rude & unprofessional. She didn't remove all of the old nail polish which left a deep ridge in the new manicure. Careless, rushed, she tried to fix it with a third layer of nail polish which helped but in the light outside the old polish line can easily be seen. I left my appointment feeling really frustrated. I came in for a gel manicure, which ended up taking a little over 1 hour and 30 minutes, and unfortunately the end result did not feel worth the time. Several of my nails are lopsided and uneven, and toward the end of the appointment I honestly just wanted to leave. The cuticle clipping was very aggressive, I felt stinging afterward, which shouldn't happen. A large portion of the service (the last 30-35 minutes) was spent filing and clipping, which was frustrating because these issues could have been addressed properly from the beginning. When it came to the color, I could tell early on that it wasn't going the way I wanted. Each time I tried to look between coats, I was rushed to put my hand under the light and told to check after. I ultimately had to ask for a third coat because there were still visible patchy areas. It was clear she didn't like this. Otherwise, she would have gone straight to top coat with the uneven color still visible. The application itself felt sloppy. There are visible gaps between my nail bed and where the polish starts, making the manicure look grown out already. On my pinky, there were also gaps along the sides. When I pointed this out, she started to aggressively file and remove, starting to take off the polish entirely and even moving on to another nail. At that point, it had already been over an hour and 20 minutes and I needed to leave, so I had to stop her and explain that wasn't what I was asking for. She then began mumbling to herself, which added to the uncomfortable experience. I do give her credit for trying to fix the issues, but by that point we were far too gone, and the overall experience felt rushed (but drawn out for not reason) and uncomfortable. read more

Went in to spoil myself for my birthday and I was able to book my appointment online. 11am is a great time to get your nails done if you want it quiet and relaxing. I got the deluxe gel pedicure and gel manicure, since it was my birthday, they give you a nice discount. Rose did my hands and Van did my feet. Both were very friendly and attentive. I typically go to Anna but she was not available, I highly recommend getting your pedicure by Van if she's available. Not sure if it was because of my birthday but that foot massage she gave was everything! The parking situation has changed so you may want to park in the garage a block down the road. My friend and I came in as a walk in and were sat immediately. We both got colored french tips. I wasn't super impressed with mine. They were a little uneven and not like the inspo pic I showed at all. The length of each nail was also uneven even though I specified what length I wanted each one. My sister and I just left this nail salon and we unfortunately did not leave smiling. Let me start by saying Andy was very welcoming and he attempted to fix my sister's bad nail job after I paid, filing her jagged edges and apologizing to us as we left. He was also kind enough to text my sister after the appointment offering a discount. My nail tech, Angel, was absolutely wonderful and if you do go to this shop I'd recommend her as she's kind and did a beautiful job on my nails. Rose, was the nail tech who worked on my sister's nails. Rose, seemed like she was having a bad day, was rude to my sister and ignored her request to do ombré nails. She was hard to understand and had an attitude when my sister asked for an ombré manicure. At one point, she said she couldn't do it but she ended up doing it (not the color she wanted) after I pressed her on the issue as my sister was trying to be polite and not say anything. She got up multiple times to go to the back, leaving my sister in the chair, left acrylic on my sister's hands, and left my sister's nails looking jagged. Angel, was nice enough to explain there are 3 ways to do ombré nails and mind you; my sister requested ombré nails at the beginning of our appointment multiple times. I had the best experience getting my short gel builder mani and pedicure! The service was clean, professional, and so relaxing. My nails came out flawless. Personally, since I have small nail beds the shape is perfect, the polish is smooth, and the builder gel feels strong without being too thick. Was very disappointed after looking for a local nail spa. Booked two appointments for the first time to have an express pedicure and see if this would be a nail spa that I could continually go back to, but after waiting to be served after 40 minutes for a 20 minute service, and then to come home and see that my cuticles were not even taken care of, I realized we didn't get the full service. After 1.5 hours, and an 18% tip, I wouldn't go back. Very disappointed. Not to mention, they could've had my feet soak while the guest who was with me was being served. They have some good technicians and nice management, but it's not enough considering my latest experiences- The first one happened when I scheduled gel-x appointments online for two people. When we arrived, they didnt have enough workers. I gave up my spot and waited until my friend was finished. It took the technician three!!! Hours to finish her nails. The second bad experience occurred last week when I got a Gel-X manicure. I ended up with the worst technician; although I don't know her name, she left my nails in pain, thicker than I requested, and shorter than I wanted. She filed my nails so aggressively that I ended up with wounds on them. She also complained about how my hands were resting on the table and kept pushing and twisting my fingers. I went to this salon on a recommendation from my coworker. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and was taken care of immediately. I asked questions about the service and price and they were very upfront. Linah did my nails and she was excellent. I told her that I type on a computer and I need my nails to last. She suggested using bonding gel. My nails lasted 1 month before I returned for a fill. Now I'm going on 3 weeks and my nails still look great. The salon is very clean and very friendly. Top-notch. Probably the first nail salon that I've been to where I did not have to call out and ask for a fresh sterilized nail kit. They brought that out by default. The salon is pretty clean, great massage and a perfect job on my basic manicure-pedicure with nail buffing ($60 + tip). For the impeccable service, they are pricing themselves a lot lower than other WC nail salons. People that work here are very pleasant to interact with as well. Deena, the co-owner of this family-owned business has phenomenal customer service skills while being a skilled nail-tech herself. The only downside for me (not specific to this business) are some loud and obnoxious customers. These customers are clearly *not* the most educated, accomplished, or civilized, and go on with their non-stop swearing and/or washing their dirty laundry in public (speaking about the dysfunctional personal lives surrounding them). Trash! It is very unpleasant, and I bring my business here because it is *not* a ghetto town. What a way to ruin an otherwise pleasant experience because of these dimwits. This review is based on difficulty in communicating with the staff on my needs, and the managers misstatements and inability to do the work he advised he would do personally. I wandered in on a Friday night and spoke to the manager, A friendly man, at length about getting a manicure and pedicure. I specifically asked if he could do it. He said he could, and made an appointment for me later in the day. When I arrived unfortunately he was quite busy. I was given a staff member who was not friendly and did not communicate. She also had a t-shirt that said ' not my problem'. To say the least, we did not get along. She repeatedly slapped the foot Jacuzzi (to signal I must move my feet into the foot bath)instead of grabbing the back of my leg and simply pressing with the index finger to indicate the feet need to move into the tub. I Told her " I am not a dog You can ask me to put my feet into the tub" The manager tried to do my nails but was constantly interrupted by the needs of the business. I immediately understood he should not have ever volunteered himself to do the manicure pedicure. I realized also that we had a difficulty in communication because I had expected that when I contracted with him to be the person to do the manicure pedicure, he was already trying to juggle a busy salon and the demands of all the staff as well as the phones and handling payment issues at the cash register. The overall job they did was satisfactory. Unfortunately my cuticles were left untouched. Overall I would not come back. I would also love to fire that woman with a t-shirt that said 'not my problem'. Luckily I'm not the owner . The customers seemed to be satisfied so apparently they don't have the issues I did. read more

My toes chipped in 4 days. I got a beautiful French tip set and my nails also chipped the very next day. Stunning work, but the quality is not the best.
