We hired Trust Moving and Storage to move a studio's worth of items from downtown Boston to Charlestown. In the middle they were supposed to house things in storage. On the pickup date they arrived ~3 hours late. The crew (who was bounced around from job site to job site all day) was exhausted and it took them ~4 hours to pack a studio apartment (taking breaks every 5-10 minutes). They didn't finish to well into the night. During the move it was clear they cut corners, and we constantly had to remind them to pack things properly. They also damaged flooring and walls that we had to repair before move out - so as to avoid the complex's fines. For drop off - we scheduled the drop off two weeks before delivery. The week of the delivery my husband called to ask them to shift the time by ~30 minutes to enable him to go to a doctors appointment. It should be noted that this was only a request - and we were clear that if they couldn't make it happen that I would take off work to be there to greet them. They initially said that they would check their schedules and get back to us, but they never did. Then late the night before the move, they sent us an email saying that they were cancelling the move - because they could not accommodate the request. Appalled we called them to follow up and were met with a very rude Andrew Rosenberg who stated that they were 'overwhelming' busy and that my husband's doctors appointment conflicted with their companies schedule. When I told him that I could be there instead, he ignored that commentary and just repeated that the time was already cancelled. Andrew is now refusing to uphold the contract and refusing to deliver our property at all. We highly suspect that the reason behind this behavior is that Andrew is aware of the fact that there is a series of insurance claims pending (I have been gifted a set of very expensive china) due to the poor way the movers packed the materials. If a third party was to pick up and deliver the items - this would invalidate the insurance and let him off the hook. While a court will clearly find in our favor, it also means that our stuff is locked up on 'property court jail' for months while this is underway. Essentially leaving us to either buy new furniture, plates, silverware, towels, clothes, etc. or live without them for months. I did not listen to my husband and opted to go with them because of the cheap prices. My husband correctly pointed out that this is what I get for trying to be cheap. He was right - hire a legitimate (licensed) moving company. It is not worth the cheap pricing if you are not able to get your items for months as the owner tries to scam the insurance system. ware, towels, clothes, etc. or live without them for months. We used Trust Moving to move from one apartment to another in Salem on 5/24 -they did a GREAT job! Setting up the move request online with our item inventory was super easy (the customer portal/page for each job is detailed and breaks everything down in a way that is easy to understand), and the owner was responsive to all my follow-up emails and promptly answered all of my questions. On the day of the move, our team of three guys showed up on time, wrapped all of our furniture perfectly and carefully, and moved everything swiftly and deftly. The total price came in right in the estimated range, and the guys who worked with us were all kind and professional. Absolutely no issues - it was an easy and perfect move from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about them - we would hire them again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend them highly! read more

I am surprised by the other reviews for Trust Moving. We just moved from metrowest Boston to an apt in revere. It was a small move but lots of items including furniture, boxes and lots of art. The guys showed up right on time, they were extremely polite and efficient, and the move went without a hitch. They wrapped the art really well and took care of everything. We were very satisfied with this moving company, from the very easy booking process to the actual move. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. read more

This has been my second time using Trust Moving and Storage. Every time the customer service was excellent - they provided me with an accurate quote within the same day and were very communicative at each stage of the moving process. I had a crew of 3 movers that moved my entire apartment in less than 2 hours!! The team arrived on time, were fast, polite and careful. Moving is tough but with them everything went so fast and stress-free! I would highly recommend Trust Moving and Storage to anyone! read more

Trust Moving and Storage made my move from 1 bed to Studio stress free. They helped me pack the mattress, cover furniture in damage free covers, packed the boxes and it was all done with a smile. I was not stressed at all, they took care of everything. I contacted a lot of moving companies, but Trust Moving offered the best value for money. I highly recommend them, you'll not only have stress free move, you'll have fun:) read more

They arrived 3 hours late for pick up and were insanely unprofessional. They left scratches all over the wooden floors and literally threw furniture and boxes into bins. The guys on the job took breaks every 10-20 minutes (on an hourly hire) - causing them to drawl out a 1.5 hour long load to after midnight! My neighbors were infuriated as the loud and obnoxious crew kept them up half the night. read more

Excellent service from very professional men! The movers showed up at their scheduled time and immediately started packing and loading my things into their truck. The entire job took around an hour and a half and was a reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to friends and will continue to use their services in the future! read more

Great experience! Movers were on time and worked very efficiently. They followed the exact instructions given to them in a very special situation that involved moving my stuff out of my dorm without me being there because of COVID-19. Really appreciate the help in a very stressful time! read more
