Hands down best storage facility in the Boston metro area. Maybe anywhere. Stop looking and do anything you can to get a storage unit here. I looked at 20+ facilities all around the metro area and nothing comes vaguely close to the safety, cleanliness, and service provided here. Drive through bay for your car and truck makes you feel super safe even if you're a female going to and front the unit alone (most storage facilities are terrifying). The bay is also clutch for moving trucks especially if a rain storm or blizzard hits on moving day (we had one of each). It's well lit and bright. Units are all super clean as is the rest of the facility. It's well staffed and Leo is wonderful. Climate control will keep your precious belongings safe even in frigid Boston winters or humid summers. We tell everyone we know about ezstorage. I had just resigned to the fact that all storage units are terrible, sketchy places often with homeless people living in them if you're anywhere near Boston, oh and they'll rip you off too and raise your rates or never stop billing you. Storing your goods does not have to be misery, people!! Go to EZstorage now. They're honest and wonderful. You have actual peace of mind knowing your stuff is safe. Today was the last day with EZ Storage -- several months early due to their manager. Overall the place is clean, well laid out and easily accessible. Having had a small business in the same vicinity believe me my tendency would be to be as supportive as possible but the treatment I received was inexcusable. 1. I never missed a payment. During Covid, I mailed my monthly payment within days of being due ( even though my own vendors were months behind) and due to the mail service at the time being very slow, I was slapped with a late fee which took some discussion to remove despite the whole world at the time being exempt from late rent and eviction. 2. More recently I went to move items out and had an accident where my face was bleeding profusely-- no one was in the office or reachable by phone ( I sat by my phone with blood all over my clothes , crying and trying to reach a family member. Why the manager did not forward his phone to his cell in this day and age is beyond me and should be a security requirement, but the fact that I later learned it was he walking by me numerous times without an inquiry was unbelievable! The man with him later turned out to be quite kind and got me ice once I figured out that the manager was on the floor. 2. The next time i went to the unit was the 5th of the month and my check had been mailed on Monday the 3rd. I could not get in despite the fact there is a 10 day grace period. The manager told me he could override the controls but only if he were in his office which, based on past behavior, could have trapped me there. I was in the process of getting him a personal cc ( would also need to cancel my check) when he hung up on me-- seriously? 3. I was pretty upset when I called back and mentioned his neglect when I was injured and lack of safety to which he replied " I am not here to serve your beck and call." 4. Thumbs up for honesty to these guys! My bank made an automatic payment to them after I had moved out, even though I had cancelled the payment. (thanks, Everbank). Before I even called EZ Storage, they called me, saying they needed to refund me and asking where should they send the check. The guys at front desk are courteous and reasonable. The storage was always well lit, a good temperature, with plenty of carts, and several different options from 5x5 to 5x10 to 10x10. Auto access is easy, drive-in, drive-out. Good hours. Only reason the rating isn't five stars was they were a little trigger happy about putting an extra lock on the cube if the rent was a little shy. This would happen whenever the rates were hiked and the automatic payment hadn't been adjusted yet. A warning sticker would have been nice. But the guys at front desk were pleasant about getting it off... as soon as payment was made. read more

Super nice, CLEAN, well-lit, storage facility. Really impressive. Rates are so-so, and they MAKE you take insurance at an additional cost per month. , Still a nice storage facility, with a very friendly staff. No complaints at all, and I'd use them again! read more

Update 10/23/17 Yelp has deemed this review "not recommended" and all the page displays are positive reviews. My fiancee and I secured a storage unit here and paid our fee every month on time. Unfortunately this location had a structural failure on their roof during a rain storm and water leaked into our unit. A box containing 30 year old baseball cards that I planned to give to my son was ruined. I was heart broken and went to their office to speak to someone about a remedy; I was told they hold no liability and my best bet was to contact my insurance company. I realize that they tell you up front that they aren't liable for your stuff, but since their gross negligence caused me thousands of dollars in losses I assumed they'd act like a stand up company and work with me to solve the problem. From start to finish, the folks here were friendly and helpful. The drive-in access was much appreciated as was the security for our belongings. The facility is clean inside and out, and the climate control was much appreciated during this past hot summer. We will definitely be back to this business the next time we need temporary storage. read more

Very well run place. The manager, Leo St. Pierre is personable and very helpful. It is clean, well ventilated and heated. Has many choices for sizes of units, well lit, great security and because you can drive right in and unload, you never have to worry about the weather. The place is huge and can accommodate very large moving vans. Well worth the money. read more

This facility is as good as it gets - it's clean, well lit, and Leo and the other staff members are professional and courteous. Being able to drive in and stay clear of weather problems is a big plus, 24/7/365 access makes managing your units a plus, and there are plenty of places to eat/grab a coffee within walking distance of the building. Large entry and exit doors make it a piece of cake for large trucks to get in and out. read more
