Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a moving company (and I've had some really great experiences!) This tops them all. My cousin used their services a few weeks ago and was highly impressed, so they not only came highly recommended, they also did not disappoint. It started with Manny, who called me less than 5 minutes after I put in a request on the website. I also received a text and email (!) with the quote. In less than 15 minutes, I paid a deposit and was confirmed. All questions answered! Such a relief. Everything was confirmed again the day before and Walter and William called to say they were en route and arrived on time at 7 am. It was an out of state move and a very long day for them, but they both were warm, friendly, confident and utterly professional. I didn't have to do anything but tell them where to place my items. If I could give this company a million stars out of five I would! I had such a great experience with this company from my first call for a quote until the truck pulled away. Manny, the owner, is incredibly responsive and personable. He has a great team of guys working for him who impressed me with how fast, strong, and professional they were. Not to mention the extremely competitive prices and flexible availability (you can reserve a specific time slot for arrival). I have moved several times in the past and this time was easily the least stressful because of how great this moving company is. I hired East Coast Boston Movers for a 1 bedroom move on a very hot day in August, and they were absolutely great. I admit I was a little nervous because they didn't really have reviews before I made the booking, but everything ended up going really well. The team arrived within the pre-specified window and was so efficient. Furniture were all wrapped in padding. The estimated time range was on point and the price was definitely fair (I was moving within the same zip code). There were other companies that quoted me hundreds more, and I don't know if they could have done any better of a job. I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon, but if I have to, I'll plan on booking East Coast Boston Movers again! read more

There is not one single thing that I have to complain about when it comes to East Coast Boston Movers. They turned what could have been a very bad day into an amazing one. They showed up earlier than expected and once I was given a rough estimate I told them what I was taking they disassembled the furniture, loaded the huge truck and we were on the road. Once we arrived at my new house they unpacked everything and set up my home so that all I needed to do was make the bed. I'd recommend Miguel Alex and Jose in a heartbeat. Just unbelievably good. Came in, explained what we were doing to rearrange the furniture in the house for a renovation, and they were halfway done before I'd packed a small bag in a side room. Never heard a bang, bump, scrape, and they got nearly all of it into a small bedroom that still had other furniture in it, even leaving a sufficient path to get to our router. As others have said, fast, efficient with the time and in the space, responsive to requests and worked with us to problem solve. Asked questions if unsure, which I consider a plus instead of faking it. Just could not recommend them more. Get your moving needs met stress-free with this company. read more

This is our second time in 6 months we used East Coast movers. We sold our house, rented and then bought another house. So they helped move half of our stuff into an apartment and then into storage, and then back out again. We originally lived in Framingham then moved to Northborough, so they do travel. Walter and his crew were amazing, wrapping everything up, they let me keep clothes in dressers so I didn't have to pack them up. The guys were sooo nice, and easy to work with. Book them. I read a ton of positive reviews for their local moves around the Boston area but didn't see a lot of reviews for long distance moves. Went for it anyways and hired them to get my family of 4 to Florida. They were very competitively priced (probably got 10 other estimates) and they did start to finish in 4 days (vs some that were up for 21 days in transit). I'm not exaggerating when i say not a single glass broken or scratch on the wall. Walter, Luis, Edgar and Manny were all great, friendly and reassuring during a super stressful time. Exceeded expectations; highly recommend Boston East Coast Boston Movers. We had a 3 bedroom move including needing to empty a nearby storage unit. Getting an estimate was fast and easy. Best of all, BECM was one of the most affordable quotes we received. Miguel, Juan, Jason and Milardo showed up on time and worked efficiently to make the move seem-less. They have a tremendous amount of patience and put any concerns you may have to rest. The 2 men arrived on time and carefully packed and wrapped the furniture in padding, taking great care not to damage it. All delicate items were wrapped in paper and put into boxes. Was apprehensive about this move for my BU grad school student daughter while I was 700 miles away. These guys exceeded my expectations by a long shot. movers were amazing , they came in time actually early because we expected snow . They didn't damage or leave a single mark . They wrapped everything so well . Friendly and professional. I highly recommend this local moving company. Runda and Sergio were fantastic. They were on time and called 30 mins ahead of arrival as promised. Very patient and accommodating with our last minute changes. Landlord of our building was also very happy with the care they took when moving furniture out of the building.
