I went back the next day, sliding doors were off their rails, but at least I could get in. A couple of weeks later, went back. Doors worked, but no lights in elevators. Rode in the dark. Which was better than the last two times I went: elevators completely broken, had to haul my stuff up and down the stairs. I have complained, but nothing has been done. In addition, there is trash everywhere: parking lots, stairways, aisles. Enormous hole in the wall in the stairway. I don't understand how this place has deteriorated so fast.

Coordinating our move was seamless and easy. We even had some last minute changes we had to make and they didn't hesitate to move things around to accommodate our change when they didn't have to! The guys who moved our furniture were timely, careful, and so respectful of all of our furniture. I was amazed at how much they were able to get into the storage unit. Ottos Moving and Storage went above and beyond for us and I would truly recommend them to anyone and will be calling them for every move in the future.

There was an issue with their truck when our move was scheduled and Otto let us know right away and made arrangements to get another truck for our move. Gabriel and Louis let us know when they were on their way, had our third floor apartment emptied in less than an hour, drove to the next site promptly and unloaded. We were really pleased with how smoothly this move went! Lots of anxiety leading up to it just dissipated as the movers got to work!

Terrible experience. I was moving out of state and had to deal with rude, unprofessional behavior…read morefrom an employee named Joe. Due to rain, we briefly parked near the elevator to unload. Joe was aggressive, refused to let us finish (despite us being almost done), and unnecessarily called the police over a verbal disagreement with my friend--who I apologized on behalf of and tried to de-escalate. Later, Joe falsely accused my movers of a hit-and-run for a minor dent in a gutter (even though we were clearly coming back). He called the police again when my friend--who stayed in the car--returned only to translate for the movers. Police clearly thought the situation was overblown but had to enforce Joe's trespass order. Despite staying respectful throughout, Joe told me I'd be evicted in a month, knowing I was moving out of state. When I asked why, I was told I was "responsible" for others' actions. No opportunity to speak with a real manager--just more dismissiveness from another employee, Thomas. I had to move everything again, pay more for movers, and reschedule my travel. Absolutely do not recommend this location. I'm taking legal steps due to how unfairly I was treated.
