The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice. I went back the next day, sliding doors were off their rails, but at least I could get in. A couple of weeks later, went back. Doors worked, but no lights in elevators. Rode in the dark. Which was better than the last two times I went: elevators completely broken, had to haul my stuff up and down the stairs. I have complained, but nothing has been done. In addition, there is trash everywhere: parking lots, stairways, aisles. Enormous hole in the wall in the stairway. I don't understand how this place has deteriorated so fast.

There was an issue with their truck when our move was scheduled and Otto let us know right away and made arrangements to get another truck for our move. I was told a cleaning crew was going into my unit and had the right to dispose of any damaged property. I gave $5,000 of appliances in there. No one will return my calls. My next payment is due in a few days. I should be reimbursed for December and January payment should be waived. Why is there NO communication?!?!

They offer good online deals and once you're all moved in , two months later you get a tiny white postcard ( the kind you get for junk mail) increading the rent by 75% . For example you rent storage unit from r $125 , 2 months later they tell you in 2 weeks the increasing the unit to $225. Hoping you can move your items and are forced to pay the hyperventilated rate. I found another storage unit as the original price for same size unit so we rented the new one with lower rate or $125 and moved all our belongings into new unit. Only to have them raise the rent again 2 months later. I called our state rep De Leo but he said he couldn't do anything. All I know it's horrible, I'm forced again to pay higher amount and get my belongings out of there. Don't go there no matter how good the online price is, believe me they do this to everyone, it's shouldn't be legal. Stay away I'm warning you
