I have purchased 3 trucks at trucks only. I will only buy From Trucks Only. And here is why... They have gone above and beyond EVERY SINGLE TIME. They have never let me down. Dave in Service is awesome. If you only need one reason to buy, Dave is it. But Tony in sales and Chris Sullivan in management is another. Bottom line Best dealership ever read more

Wish I could give a zero star. The lifetime warranty is a sham!!! I bought my suburban in 2016 and its been trouble ever since. This last July, My mechanic said my engine needed to be rebuilt. After a month is the run around, they came up up some shitty loop hole excuse why they couldn't fix it. They wouldn't even look at it. read more

If I wasn't ready to buy within the first 5 min of sitting in one of their trucks on the lot the salesmen would get all pissed off. Dude; slow the "f" down. I didn't even know what kind of truck I sitting in or how much it was. I don't know about most people but id like to take more then 5 min on a 30k purchase. It sucks because they did have a large selection but the service was so bad that I'm buying somewhere else. Also, look at the other reviews left for this place.... enough said. read more

Don't go here. They will rip you off and lie to you. We bought a 2013 Ford F-150, and we were moving back to Illinois, we asked if we were being charged Arizona taxes and we were told yes and that we won't have to pay illinois taxes. So I asked again, and said "if I'm not being charged tax, I won't put down $4500, and I will just put down $2000 to save money for taxes for when I get back to illinois". I was told again that I was being charged taxes and wouldn't have to worry about tax when I get back to Illinois. Come to find out I wasn't charged any tax and now I owe $1700 in tax to get plates for my vehicle and these guys are saying there is nothing they can do and that we have to just figure it out, you should have read your paperwork. They never call us back when they say they will. It sucks to not be able to trust what people say these days. I would not trust this dealership. Very disappointed. read more

Best truck/car buying experience I've ever had! The folks at the Apache Junction property took great care of my Wife and I. We got the truck we wanted and couldn't be happier! Susan was about as good as they come! read more

If you're reading this, do not go here!!! I bought a truck recently with no problem. Then two days later they want me to come in and put down a huge down payment. I understand if I didn't qualify, but why would they send me home with it and lead me to believe otherwise. They are completely unethical! read more

Buyer beware!!! I purchased a truck from this establishment and added a provision that the truck had to pass my mechanic's inspection. I'm so glad I did that! The truck needed a new transmission. The mechanic said that the issues with the truck were obvious from any basic inspection. When I presented this to the dealership, they said they wanted THEIR mechanics to fix it. I, of course, was not ok with this since the mechanics passed it through their first inspection, why would I think they were capable and/or honest enough to fix it correctly this time? They were not willing to even look at the paperwork from my mechanic and give them an opportunity to fix it. In addition, the manager and the secretaries are rude and impatient and have a problem hearing out the customer. I drove to Mesa from Tucson to look at trucks with this dealership. I feel that the dishonesty and poor customer service earns less than one star, but that just doesn't work here on Yelp so they get 1 star. read more

I purchased two trucks from this store and it was a great experience, Jon and his team were awesome...!!! Their prices are always reasonable. If you're looking to buy a new truck this is the place to go read more

Bought an SUV from here in April and have had nothing but issues ever since. Had to have them detail the car after purchase because it was never done in the first place. I advised them that the AC wasn't working well and they said they could look at it at time of sale and never did. Asked for my old plate to be transferred and a new plate just arrived in the mail. My mechanic stated that the AC compressor is bad and when TO went to fix the problem they said the compressor is fine. Car still does not blow cold air. Janet in finance will not return calls or look at emails, Phil in sales will not follow through with promises and David in service lies about the condition of the vehicles. As a consumer if you are looking to buy from here, be on your "A" game and have your own mechanic check out the vehicle. read more

I am surprised to see negative reviews of this fine business. My experience was completely different and while the process of purchasing any vehicle can be stressful, I felt these guys did their job well. I came in with very specific demands and they met everyone of them and more, they actually gave me more money for my trade in than I thought it was worth! I would recommend these guys to a friend, but just come prepared to negotiate a fair price. This is America and they are a business that is trying to make money. I believe they were honest and fair brokers and I am happy with my new truck. read more

I just purchased a truck from trucks only 3 months ago. I took the truck back the first week to have certain things fixed, one of them being mold. The truck leaked through the back window. They tried to fight me on whether or not it was mold, eventually agreed to clean the truck and said the bank window was fixed. Here I am 3 months later and the wheel bearing is now out. Tried to reach out to the dealership and they said nothing they can do but fix it for a price. Just wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from trucks only. When you drive off a lot such as trucks only you should feel like your truck will last longer than 3 months, or at least get some assistance on fixing it. read more

I didn't buy a truck buy a truck because they had nothing we wanted but they were nice enough. I probably know more about the vehicles they are selling than these guys do. low pressure but mediocre inventory. Good luck, Buyer beware. read more

As a return customer I am very unhappy with this 4th purchase.. We have now had the truck for a week and now they say they can not honor the original deal what kind of crap is that... Chris Johnson is our salesman he's got US on this one because he nor BOB nor Justin Wall is a Man of their word. We made a deal signed the papers and a week later they want to make a new deal UM NO that doesn't work for us honor what we signed and agreed upon last week read more

This is a 'no games' kind of place. I went in specifically to make a deal and purchase a vehicle and that's precisely what happened. All through the process I was meticulously walked through, and more importantly shown on the computer screen, what the numbers were, who the players were, and how to get to the numbers that I needed to get to. I am in the cyber defense business so I scrutinize absolutely everything and always have many questions - there was no question that went unanswered in this process and my faith is restored that there are good companies still out there looking to put the customer first. Well done, Trucks Only! read more

Pros: Great variety of trucks to choose from. Cons: They let me drive off the light with the ABS light on and had to wait a week for them to fix it. Also, my salesman was great (Scott) but everyone else was unprofessional especially one of the managers (I forget his name) who makes the customer feel like a nuisance. They tried to change the price of the monthly payment upon signing which is ridiculous but I would not agree to it so finally after 10 minutes of attempting to convince why I should pay more than what I agreed they "lowered the price". P.S. They wouldn't fill my tank up before I drove off the lot because "gas is expensive" but will give me a $20 dollar gas card to post a review. Wouldn't recommend but hey that's car dealerships for you. read more

I bought a car with this dealership a year and a half ago and since then has been nothing but headache. EVERY time I call them their receptionists, "sales manager" give me attitude and a run around. This last time I requested to be given a copy of my warranty contract in which I signed with them. The contract is supposed to be 10 pages long and I was only given page 1 of 10... When requesting this information I was pushed to call the actual warranty company who claimed it is the Car Dealerships responsibility to give your full contract to you as the car dealership is who I signed the contract with not the warranty company. After 5 times of calling the dealership giving messages and not being called back I spoke to the "sales manager" who mentioned to me in a rude voice that they will have to call me back...after that many times of calling I was fed up and requested to stay on hold until they could answer my question. He was obviously irritated with this and stated "fine would you like to sit on hold all day?" This dealership is shady, never gets your questions answered, over charges you and refuses to fully disclose you on the contracts that you are signing. I currently have an open complaint with BBB to get the rest of my contract. If they do not disclose my full contract I will be taking them to court. read more

I received an offer for my vehicle from Trucks Only online, I am naturally a little skeptic, so I called to confirm the offer prior to me driving out to the store. It was a pleasant surprise when Bob answered the phone, and actually really nice being able to talk to a person right away without ending up in a maze of voice mails. Trucks only made me a fair offer for my car, checked it thoroughly for any issues and processed the paperwork swiftly. The complete process must have been no longer than an hour or two. The place is busy, but all staff members were friendly and professional and I was overall presently surprised. As a female selling or purchasing a car I am always extra cautious, and I have made bad experiences before, thankfully this was not one of them. I would do business with Trucks Only again, if and when I am looking to sell or buy a truck. read more

We had the best experience here! Danny was AMAZING and so helpful! We were able to get the truck that we were looking for at a very fair price. It had some work to be done, but Danny has made sure every step of the way that the work that was to be done got done. It was a lengthy process based on our availability and their current load of customers, but he managed to go above and beyond in helping us. Janet was also very helpful with financing and getting the ball rolling. We will be back here again. read more

The team at Trucks Only Apache Junction was very friendly. My only negative feedback was that the truck was delivered without washing or fueling, so it resulted in me taking it to a car wash at my expense and then filling the gas tank. Typically the dealership will wash and fill it up for you before heading off the lot. In the deal, they are suppose to do some additional maintenance work on the truck. A week later, I am still waiting for them to call and schedule. I would buy again, but I am going to proceed with a little caution next time. read more

Truck only has to be the WORST DEALERSHIP IN MESA I went there to buy a truck the stereo was broken I was told it would be replaced like the one that's in the truck. On the instrument panel it said right front tire low I told him I also told them their front tires were bald I was told they would replace them I had to go back down to trucks only nine different times to get the work done on my truck the last thing they did they put four new tires on my truck they are like passenger car tires they scratched up all four of my rims the rims are black I went down there today to talk to the general manager Chris and he starts ranting and Raven saying that he already put $2000 into my truck which is a big lie he should've done all the repairs before I purchase this truck from them do not buy a truck from this company they say one thing they do another you have to go back time and time again to get the repairs done on your vehicle the workmanship it down there is very very poor the whole place is really lousy once again think twice before you purchase a truck from trunks only read more

I Only selected one star because it wouldn't let me click NO stars. My friend bought a Jeep from them and they didn't tell him that the Jeep was a rental in the state of Hawaii. On top of that, he took it in for a detail right after he bought it and they have had his jeep for almost 2 weeks now! Every time he calls no one answers or they give him no information on where his Jeep is or when it will be done. He has left messages for Mr. Sullivan who is the DM and he has not even gotten back to him. He has no idea which location his Jeep is at or when he will get it back. Very bad experience for him. no one should be treated this way when they spend this much money on something. I will forever tell the world how awful this dealership is! read more

I was surprised to see bad reviews of this place. The staff was super friendly and informative. We saw a car online that we liked and when we went to the one by our house it was at the other Trucks Only in Apache Junction. The salesperson, Jesse took a vehicle with us and we drove out to Apache Junction to get the vehicle we were looking for. I don't trust a lot of salepeople but Jesse related to us and he was the reason we bought the vehicle from there. We found a couple things wrong with the car and he scheduled us an appointment to get it fixed the next week!! I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from them! read more

traded in a very nice and well kept Jeep Wrangler and bought a new truck since then ive had check engine light come on in the truck took it back to have trucks only service department look at it and fix issues having just bought it from them plus a warranty. they Replace tires and wheels cause the ones on the truck originally were date stamped 9 years ago and all out trash I didn't even feel safe putting my kid in the truck. Next the first check engine light was of course the catalytic converter was bad gave Me paper work stating it was bad and that I was liable to pay for it cause it isn't covered under your warrany. And that they would get with the sales department and fix it never got a call finally I called them we set up a date brought the truck down and they didn't know anything about it. I showed the paperwork and they said it in fact needs to be fix we will call you first thing in the morning. Never got a call. Now this morning driving to work my rear tire fell off and sheared all 5 lug studs and lost all 5 lug nuts. They we the ones who put the tires on the truck. I've never messed with them just get in and drive. Called today to ask my options they would call me right back. That's where I noticed the whole underneath of the truck is completely rusted. I wo never buy a truck from them again we will see if I get a call back. read more

We went in looking for a work truck, we saw online. It was sold the day before, we looked around and didn't see anything that was in our budget and what was needed. Then we were pointed towards a transit van. It was great but didn't have a ladder rack. It was worked into the deal. We were out of there with a new vehicle and a monthly payment within our budget in less than two hours. The vehicle is awesome. read more

This is my second purchase here at Trucks Only. Chris Johnson was more than helpful to me. He found the exact truck I needed. He was in communication with me for over a month. It seems as with my first purchase that the vehicles are not gone over very well. Great overall experience from sales to finance. Will be back we I need to upgrade. read more

Where to begin. My bestie and I bought a Jeep there a couple weeks back and traded in a car for the down payment. Once we got to financing we started going over warranties and the price went up without the warranty for not putting a cash payment down and only using a vehicle as down payment which was never told to us before we got to financing. We agreed with the new monthly payment and left. When we left the dealership we went to Walmart and when we got back in the AC stopped working, we brought it back and got it fixed. A week later we had a tire pressure issue and needed valve stems and a new check engine sensor. Once the valve stems came in, we brought the Jeep in and as we were leaving they mentioned we needed to talk to finance, turns out we were never actually approved and that the interest rate was going to go up by over 5% from the original and they needed more money for a down payment. We already traded a car and put $1,000 down as a down payment and they were still wanting more. It comes to Payday and they take out $250 and my previous car payment was taken out for $250 as well and the dealership still called asking for another $250. when we saw the finance guy for the second time he said our best bet is to keep the vehicle for a year and just sell it which makes me think that something else is wrong with the vehicle that they aren't telling us, especially since we've already had to go back to get a couple things fixed so soon. So now I have to figure out my car payment is still being taken out when I have now traded the car and they already put it up for auction and they're still trying to get another 250. Absolutely regret this decision. read more

About 2 weeks ago i saw a add online for a nice looking Ford F350 with great low milage and almost perfect interior. I called Bobby Jr in internet sales and we set up a appointment for me to test drive it later that day. After the test drive it was a go from there and within a hour or so i was driving my lifted beast and on my way home. I honestly am so happy with my purchase and i would suggest anyone to stop by and check them out, even if its not your first stop at least look into what they have before your final decision cause the quality of inventory will blow away most competitors in the area. Bobby is a straight forward, but also kind guy who is very genuine as well, feel free to ask for him! read more
