About 2 weeks ago i saw a add online for a nice looking Ford F350 with great low milage and almost perfect interior. I called Bobby Jr in internet sales and we set up a appointment for me to test drive it later that day. After the test drive it was a go from there and within a hour or so i was driving my lifted beast and on my way home. I honestly am so happy with my purchase and i would suggest anyone to stop by and check them out, even if its not your first stop at least look into what they have before your final decision cause the quality of inventory will blow away most competitors in the area. Bobby is a straight forward, but also kind guy who is very genuine as well, feel free to ask for him! read more

It hasn't been a year yet since we got our f-150 here and it has been nothing but a nightmare since day one with our truck from this place. The night we brought it home we had to put gas because the full tank they had promised when we picked it up wasn't honored, well there was a cap that uses a key and of course no key. We had to bring it back and get it removed, then the check engine light goes on that same night, we were told it was the cat converters, said they'd put new ones well guess what just last week we broke down and the shop said the "new ones" they had put in were refurbished cheap ones so they had lied. We've had to put in a new battery, pay $250 for them to remove the previous owners MyKey settings which should have been done for free before we bought it, we've had to replace some sensors, we had to change the breaks a week after we brought it home, etc etc I mean seriously I think we have paid more in repairs on this thing than if we just bought a junker off the road, and I'm making payments on it! I just wish my husband had read all the bad reviews on here before he went, lesson learned and I hope you don't make the same mistake! read more

bought 2 trucks there , tried to trade one in on another after 2 1/2 years needless to say I still have the truck , I wont ever be buying a truck there again after never ever having a late payment or any negs on my credit , somehow cant get me financed , but approved without a hitch elsewhere read more

Do not buy a vehicle from here. Shady dealership sold me a truck and after 2 months did a transmission service and found all kinds of metal in the pan. They did nothing about it. My brother bought a truck from hear also and after having to fill the tire every few days finally took it to a tire it has rim that is cracked and leaking. they did nothing said its wear and tear. Stay away from hear. read more

They are crafty at selling for sure. I trusted the sales person and they seemed interested in my business. They work as a team to make you feel good and stick it to you. I made a big mistake. Do not buy the warranty from them either. That money goes right in their pocket. It's not what it appears and is not worth a penny . They told me it covered everything on my truck and lied. I went to use the warranty for what they told me it would cover and it did not. Spent over 3k just after a month of buying from the with the best warranty they offered. Bring a mechanic to this place who knows what there looking at or buy from a private owner. I never used yelp and never complain but the dealer told me they are ranked well with the better business bureau . I'm sure they know people there to get that rank. read more

Several years ago I bought my first truck through Trucks Only and it was a fantastic truck never had any real issue with it other than normal wear and tear type of stuff. So when I went on my hunt for a newer truck this is where I started. From the moment we started walking around the salesperson was genuinely helpful and never did I feel pressured to buy. They took everything I was looking for into consideration and found what would fit my needs. When we found a truck that seemed like a perfect fit they did all they could to work with me and get me driving away in that truck, which they did! There were some minor concerns, but everything was written in the sale to be taken care with no hassle or argument even though they had made me a fantastic deal. I would recommend trucks only to anyone looking for a used truck! read more

This was a great place to buy a vehicle and my last stop of looking for a truck. I spent 4 hours at Sullivan Motor Company and came away with nothing but unworthy deals. Truck only gave us the best price on trade and the truck of our choice and a very good warranty thank you trucks only Had to change this a little bit don't get me wrong a great place to buy a truck but having to go back for repairs on truck week after week and I live three hours away. I had to redo my contract and had things taken out that where going to help me out slot that I no longer have. Still a great place to buy a truck but contract disputes and repairs are too crazy for me. I'll just take it to a shop and have all work done at once. read more

Bad experience! Every time I talked to them with a question about my truck I purchased from them in July 2012 it just seems like they are blowing me off. Their customer service is horrible. Shortly after buying the truck (2002 Ford F250 diesel) it needed both batteries replaced. They ended up being past their serviceability date before I purchased the truck. (Something they should check before putting the truck up for sale) The day I purchased the truck I checked the oil. Clearly past due for oil change. It was thick and black. (Another thing they should check before offering it for sale) Very bad customer service combined with lack of attention to detail to the vehicles they are selling it why they received such a low rating from me. Over all it's a good truck but only after I put money and man hours into it my self. Expect to be fed a bunch of bs and not a lot of help from customer service or service department. Also, there was a front suspension issue with the truck that they agreed to fix before I received it. They "fixed" it but could not provide service records for the work parts or labor. Sketchy in my opinion. read more

We went looking for a great used truck and called Trucks Only speaking to Vince. He told us about a truck that would fit our needs perfectly. When we got to the dealership they had the car waiting for us and we took a test drive. Everyone was very helpful, and Dennis had all the paperwork ready for us when we came to pick it up. He also gave us useful information about aftermarket work we wanted to get done. Overall this was an easy and positive experience for us. read more

I went to Trucks Only and looked at a few vehicles that peaked my interest. Husband bought a 4x4 raised truck. We were told at signing with our credit we would be having a payment that sounded good. Got a call few days later that they needed our pay stubs, brought them in and suddenly they want us to sign new paperwork and the payment would be $200 more then agreed. So husband said, that we would return the truck. The lady handling our paperwork said to give her a few more days....that already set alarms off in my head.... ,but the look on her face as we said that we aren't paying more then agreed at the beginning priceless. Well out of $4000 from our down payment, but not letting them steal anything else from me read more

I purchased a 2008 Ford Expedition from their Mesa location in May of 2014. The rear climate controls never worked. I have been laid up due to surgery and only was recently able to investigate the problem. It appears there is no wiring for the rear climate controls, and that the console (which contains the control panel) is not the correct unit for this vehicle. I know that Trucks Only replaced the console because the console has a tag with "Sullivan Motor Company". Not only that, but the console was secured to the truck with a single 3" deck screw, not the proper brackets and screws that would normally be found. I was very disappointed to make this discovery and feel that the vehicle was misrepresented to me. read more

Bought first truck there, bad experience. As last resort we tried calling about a second truck. We'll never go back. Worst customer service. They'll lie, cheat and steal to get you to buy one of their trucks and you'll have plenty of problems with it. They are well versed in bait and switch tactics and if you're not interested, they'll hang up on you like spoiled children. Save yourself the headache. read more

NOT impressed with this dealer at all. My husband bought a diesel here and traded in our F-150. First let me say I hate the car buying process. Its dishonest and slimy. They did give us a decent amount for our trade in but the truck we bought had very old sun rotted tires. We fought for them to replace them and put new tires on because of how bad they were. They agreed and said they would order some in. I had to call them everyday, multiple times a day in order for it to get done. Very frustrating and a compete waste of my time. No one would give me straight answers as to when I could come by and get the tires put on or when they would even be in. Don't waste your time using them when there are a ton of better dealers around the valley. I regret giving them my business and our next purchase we will definitely be going elsewhere. read more

worst business ever. signed paper work for a truck that ended being stolen off the lot by an employee. than sign paperwork on another vehicle, then they can't find the vehicle. then I get charged double on my down payment and my account is frozen for over 3 days. manager Chris Sullivan tries to get huffy with me instead of apologizing for my inconvenience. do not buy anything from these Clowns. read more

Absolutely appalling business tactics!! Do not buy from these crooks!!! I never go out of my way to make negative comments, but this situation really took the cake. What a waste of time, energy and money. Don't waste your time with these people, trust me! They actually cost my family money in the end and we didn't even buy a car from them! WHAT A JOKE!!! I have never been jerked around by a so called "business" so badly in my whole life! They are liars. It's unfortunate that a business can jerk innocent people around just to try and make a dime. My husband just purchased a truck here- good options for trucks and he did find what he was looking for- however the condition of the truck after purchasing it was completely disappointing. First of all during the test drive he noticed the AC wasn't working properly so he was unable to take the truck home that day and was told he could pick it up the next. The next day he gets a call saying that the brakes need to be changed and he would have to wait another day. Two days later he's now told the truck pulls and needs new bearings. Had to wait another day!! They ended up paying for his current rental and "filling the gas tank" (not all the way for some reason!?) and now we have it and the stereo doesn't work. Get your vehicles ready to go before putting them on the lot!! Wouldn't buy from them again due to the hassle and run around for days!!! read more

We knew what we wanted going in and had checked fair market value with Edmunds. Danny was straight up gave a fair price. Bought a really nice vehicle. Let's start by saying how great I THOUGHT our experience was... my boyfriend and I walked in to look at a 2013 king ranch F:250 6.7 we told them this is what we could do and that was that. They worked out a deal with us everything looked great we were happy we purchased the truck on January 12th 2019.. little did we know some shady stuff happened next! On January 25th 2019 just at 2 weeks after purchasing the truck I get a phone call saying they got our payments lower mind you we didn't ask for that we were more than content with our payments!! Anyway, we go in the payments were lower however they took away our gap insurance and our warranty!!!!! They want us to pay out of pocket for the warranty but still no gap! We informed them we did want the new contact and wanted our old truck back.. they said "they couldn't do it." Oh and our interest rate went up! Also they kept running our credit without permission after we signed our original contact and left with the truck, when I called them out on it they blamed the banks! (Thank you turbo tax). So not happy with trucks only Mesa, they lost our business for sure!! read more

Make sure you check the kbb price of the vehicle they are trying to sell you. They almost got away with selling me a SUV for $16,000 after taxes and bs fees for a vehicle that was worth $6000 at best in the kbb. After the 4 years term of interest it said the total balance paid would have been 21,000. Don't be a fool research the car before you buy it. And stay away from their high pressure sales tactics using two salesman on one customer. They will sweat you into buying that day and they move fast. You will be signing that final signature before realizing your getting screwed as they will distract you from the out the door price just like hoodini distracted the audience as he snuck an elephant off the stage. When I showed him the kbb price after I signed all the papers, he told me its because they buy their cars at kbb price and then pay all the bank fees so that the customer doesn't have to. He knew this was my first car purchase so maybe he thought that line would actually work. Not to mention the night before he told me that I had to pay the bank fees to get the deal started so I caught him in a lie. Some of the greasiest salesman I've seen.... Besides blue line auto, thier just as bad. I guess the only upside was that it wasn't too hard reversing the deal because they put a 08 sticker on the window , but the vehicle was actually a 2004, which was revealed to me after the paper work was signed. The manager is really immature as well, he told my dad who is an army vet that he wouldn't accept his p.o.w poster that he hands out to people every year all because I didn't end up buying the car. read more

When good experiences turn bad. I purchased a 03 Yukon from this dealership and after having it about 10 days the engine started rough. But I didn't think anything of it. On day 15 the truck cut off 2 times when I put it in reverse. And later on that night the truck caught on fire while I was driving on the freeway. I called the dealership and the person I spoke with was very dismissive toward me telling me to drive the truck. Then he agreed to send a tow truck and he sent a tow truck and not a flatbed. So the next day when I went to pick out a new truck I was told that they only had 2 cars on the lot that the back would finance. The salesman was very rude and after I ts him I didn't like his attitude he found other cars that would work. Long story short I got a 2011 truck, it doesn't really fit my personality but hopefully it won't catch on fire. Will I recommend this place to a friend??? HELL NO!!! Will I go back??? I doubt it. read more

First off I didn't want to choose a star! This dealership deserves a negative 5 stars..! This dealership is a joke! Who sells a vehicle that isn't even up to safety factors according to AZ laws? This one does. Not only that but take advantage of a young person, lied about alot and sold unsafe vehicle to someone who doesn't know much about finance and all the loops dealers try to pull and has the 20yr old sign a contract total financed 18k on a work Truck that isn't worth 5500. I'm floored at how this dealership works. Not only that but to tell the customer sorry you signed a contract.. Hahahaha and? And the carfax weren't even for the truck in question.. I will knock down, talk crap about Trucks only and tell anyone and everyone to never buy a truck from them ever.. I know thousands of people. Other dealerships would never ever pull anything like this on a customer! Never the less they got their piece of shit back! read more

The Best in trucks! Very honest. I flew in from out of State to do business with Trucks Only in Mesa. I called Mitch about a truck that I saw advertised, but unfortunately it had sold. After a brief phone conversation, I hung up. I was looking for a very specific truck and after months of searching did not expect to find one easily. Well several weeks later Mitch calls me up and says he's got one. Shure enough it was the exact truck I was looking for and the price couldn't be better. As I'm a mechanic I gave the truck a good look over, I had been looking at trucks for a while and found that most had been dolled up to hide a problem. Not this one. Mitch had sent me pictures of every little flaw he could find, well I couldn't find any more than he did. The best used truck I'd seen. The truck had been fully serviced, the staff was professional, overall the best dealer experience I've had. Thanks Mitch and Trucks Only. read more

Trucks Only made the car buying process quick and painless.

Honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in the market for used cars. Sure the staff was friendly an they worked over many obstacles to get me in the 09 Chevy Cobalt I recently purchased from their location at 3110 E. Bell Rd. But after all is said an done your likely to regret whatever business you do with them. After being talked into a vehicle other then the one I inquired about I began to do just that. Just a day or so after my purchase several bandaid problems started to surface. Along with a slow leak in one tire, A/c which seems less an less effective with every use doesn't blow cold at all, an the major issue of heavy vibrations while braking, which causes the steering wheel to shake uncontrollably as well as the diminished abilities of the braking system. After reporting back to the dealer I was told I could take my car to their shop to be looked at however it was the weekend an the shop was closed as well as the inconvenience of having to take it 30+ miles to there mesa location. After several attempts to make contact for arrangements with no such result I concluded the hassle was likely pointless an not worth the headache. So the car was taken to a local repair shop where I was informed it may cost as much as $500 to repair as well as the dangers of driving the vehicle in its existing condition. The most unsettling thing of this all is that this dealer allowed this unsafe vehicle to be put on the road an more so the fact that it directly endangers the lives of 5 individuals 3 of whom are children. Children who set in the lobby the entire duration of this deal. An then were watched being loaded into the vehicle and put into unsafe conditions. Overall there products are damaged goods at best with an overly priced tag attached. Buy elsewhere an hope you don't end up with the same rip off business deal read more

Please DO NOT go here. I have never written a review online before, but after my experience I felt I have to warn people.

Was told by a friend not to go there because he bought a truck that left him stranded multiple times. I still went to look at a truck I was interested in and was looking at for a couple days. Over those days the truck price went up almost $3,000 I took pictures of the price over the days. Checked the day before going that the truck was there due to being almost an hour away. When I got there guess what the truck was not. Told them my game plan for buying a truck asked to test drive a different one to see if I even liked it. I was told I COULD NOT due to liability and didn't want miles on the trucks. Also here is the kick in the nuts was told to come back with cash in hand and than I can drive any truck. The sales man acted like I was an idiot with truck and engine knowledge. With my career I turn a wrench on engines and machines everyday. And to top it off didn't even shake my hand when I left like I wasted his time. Will not purchase or recommend trucks only. read more

Let me start with; This is the 1st review/opinion that i have EVER written, in my life. Please do your research people. Believe the neg posts. I am hoping this deal turns out "OK" at best now. It started On Sun a couple weeks ago. I should have known better/paid closer attention then (when they all just wanted to "get this done" so they can go home). The $20k vehicle had to be Jump started to test drive & had an empty tank as well. One trip around the block, i loved this thing. I played the Numbers game very briefly/giving in easily (i HATE conflict) and was taken to the finance office. Janet (the finance Mgr) tells me "we have to do this fast, the guys are giving me the, lets get out of here look" (or similar to that). In that room (where the papers are signed) Janet offers a warranty. Tells me, my payment will go up about $20 a month. PEOPLE PLEASE READ THE PAPERWORK. she changed the agreement from 66 months to 72 and raised the payment $20 as well. OUCH. I didn't even notice that until the bank calls me for verification. I talked to her on Monday, when she says; "it's only 6 months". And surprise, she's leaving in 30 min, wouldn't be back till Thurs, and that if she takes off the warranty, i will have to go sign sign new papers (that's 80 miles and 1 1/2hr each way for me), But doesn't have time for this now. Well to my surprise; she didn't call, I left 3 messages today (Thurs), each time, was told "she's with someone, she will call you back today". WELL, guess what. . . . I HOPE THAT THIS TURNS OUT BETTER THAN IT LOOKS LIKE IT's GOING TO. If they do surprise me and, and make right (or even try), i will modify my opinion without hesitation. As of now, it's not looking good and it really stressful. read more

We had a very good experience with the Mesa TrucksOnly location. The sales team we dealt with were knowledgable and sensitive to our buying needs. We also received a more than fair value for our trade ins. We are very pleased with the Silverado Crew Cab that we purchased. The finance department made closing the deal very simple and pleasant. my experience with these people was awful! We had made a deal, or so I thought, then two weeks later I get a text from the salesman saying we couldn't make a deal. They wanted an extra thousand on top of the down payment I already gave them or the keys back to the truck. So I drove all the way back there, agreed to pay the extra thousand dollars, and when they went to ok the deal, the boss says no, we want the truck back! So in the end it was a huge waste of time! read more

Not pleased at all with our experience. At first, customer service was great, but once something started going wrong, for them, they became rude, to the point where, when I called to speak with someone, they would answer my question and slam the phone down.
