I had been working with John to buy a van and went in to buy the van with cash. I was told that the van needed to go in for inspection and I could buy it the next day. We shook hands and had a deal. Don't trust them to deal honestly with you! I was apprehensive in contacting Southwest regarding a truck we found because they had a couple of bad reviews on Yelp for selling trucks out from under people. Well, it happened to us too. We found a truck we liked and immediately called to place a deposit on the truck so it could be held for a couple days while financing, etc was worked out. Art @ Southwest told us a deposit wasn't needed and that he would send financing papers. That was Friday afternoon; I completed and returned the financing application; when I called Monday, I was told the truck had been sold. One of the variety of excuses they spouted was that a deposit wasn't given! It's a lot of hot air and excuses. You may be ok if you have cold, hard cash in your hand. Otherwise, I wouldn't believe anything they tell you. read more

I needed a service body for my company. I had a budget of $14,000. When I arrived at the dealership I could immediately tell it was not your normal used car lot. Very laid back atmosphere, it feels more like a man cave than a stuffy dealership. Great waiting area, refrigerator stocked with cold beverages. I worked with Pat, but the entire staff was awesome. We drove several trucks and landed on a 2010 F250 with a service body and ladder rack that fit my needs. Pat showed me the third party inspection report, and all repairs that were done to the truck prior to the sale which were all warrantied for 2 years by the repair show.
