My husband and I were once bartenders, so we tend to tip well, not that we should need to share credentials but I've never seen that for a table of two. It felt off-putting to say the least. We were here for Veterans Day and Marines' Birthday weekend to celebrate my husband's service who is a War Veteran; not sure if they have something against bald, bearded, and tattooed but again it shouldn't matter. I was staying at a property nearby that had NO food. Treehouse came highly recommended. I went for brunch on Sunday and it was great. The day was rainy so it was packed but I waited for a seat at the bar. The bartender Marie couldn't have been lovelier. I had the frittata delicious. I wanted something sweet and decided on the apple strudel but they had run out. I began chatting with Garfield not knowing he was the manager and next thing you know a strudel appears. Okay so here's the deal: the atmosphere is gorgeous (no heat lamps which is super weird for a nice place in Palm Beach?? But still so gorgeous). The drinks are decent for the price, normal palm beach prices. I recommend the sweet and salty cocktail. However, the food is here is definitely a waste of money! I got a lobster roll and it should of been called a mayo roll. The Mayo was definitely extremely overwhelming (as you can see in the picture), and the bread was waaaaayyy too small. I took one bite and my entire sandwich fell out. I told the bartender hoping to maybe get a bigger piece of bread? and she went "sorry it's a roll." Also our food came out in waves, and mine came out 20 almost minutes earlier than my friends... so when I did eat mine was super cold since I waited for my friends!! I have been thinking about how to frame this review for over a week in a way that would appropriately explain the experience we had there. The only way I can think to translate the atmosphere is both the comfort and care experienced spending quality time in the home of a favorite family member or friends in a beautiful but comfortable nook of the world. We absolutely love rooftop bars and find an excuse to visit any and every location possible. While there are several in the near vicinity, we often fail to every return due to pretentious staff and clientele alike. We don't mind broadening the budget for an experience or a night out on the town but too often this has been in vain. Why pay a babysitter to go have a rotten time with rude people? I digress. It was my birthday and the first time we've been able to celebrate in a fun capacity since covid. My partner didn't tell me where we would be going but to just be ready to leave the kids and go. I didn't expect much other than hopefully a quiet night out. But what I received in return makes me full of happiness and joy to this day. Our server around the pool deck was Alexandria. She is the example of elegance and class combined with a watchful eye and never misses a thing. We were well cared for and checked on in a manner that made her visits a highlight and wonderful addition to our evening. She offered to carry our drinks if we wanted to move and even made sure I was comfortable on my date, a gesture that was amazingly sweet. Time seems to fade away while you're enjoying the love of your life in a magical place. It was quiet but busy and everyone visiting seemed to be able to carve out their own place to just be and laugh. The atmosphere alone reduced my stress, it was a happy place to be. I think most of that is due to the quality of the staff. They all genuinely care about what they do and who they're caring for. At one point the wind blew a water glass off of a table and it seemed like before it was even on the ground a young woman appeared with a squeegee and had everything cleaned up and safe to walk on in under five minutes. She was kind and also asked if she could get us anything to be helpful offering extra napkins, which we didn't need as we did not get wet. I felt like I was at a luxury retreat maybe the four seasons is what I envisioned the quality of service must be on par with. As the bar closed down and our fantastic server was finishing up we were told that we would still have some time to enjoy the balcony while they finished up. Even apologizing for having to lock up and told us to go ahead and take a few more minutes. When everything was said and done we walked downstairs and encountered a gentleman named James clearly working on some close out paperwork. As busy as he was as we went to exit he stopped what he was doing and asked us how our evening was and wished us a great night. He was attentive and caring. Karla at the front desk was the cherry on top. She is sunshine wrapped up and ready to deliver excellence. She asked us if we had fun, where we were from and had a laugh with us when I said we were escaping our three kids. She shared a few giggles and made us feel welcome and like family. We didn't want to leave and her smile was just contagious. I felt like we were leaving our friends I can't think of how else to describe it. Not the kind of friends you dread seeing but the kind that invigorate life into your soul. The ones that make you laugh and happy just because you exist. Even the two valet drivers were friendly and we self parked! They answered all of our questions and said we were at the right spot to have a great evening. Not once deterred that we didn't have them park the car. Which we would have but there was plenty of upfront parking available at the time. Thank you to everyone for making my birthday special and for letting this very overworked momma of three fall in love again with her man and dance on clouds. We didn't spend a zillion dollars but you wouldn't have known it because we were treated like royalty. Whatever you're doing there you're doing it right. As a biracial couple in this area sometimes our evenings are over before they even begin. We aren't always treated well just because people make assumptions. We didn't encounter an ounce of negativity during our visit and you don't know how truly rare that is. Thank you so much for being kind and awesome. I have never had such a great time in this area. And considering 2/29 isn't even on the calendar this year, you all made it real for this girl! Best birthday ever. read more

We live one block from the restaurant and finally realized why we never went. 6 tables, very few people at the bar. 2 waitresses, 2 bartenders and they could not handle it. We lost our waitress for over 15 minutes at a time. Food was not even passable. It's bar food!! Why pay a premium for it? Then when we were finally able to get the check the pen did not work, which then we had to deal with the obnoxious bartender. Who kept scribbling on a piece of paper until it worked and said it's fine. They put an automatic gratuity on the check for 20%. We were a party of 2!!! So there is no reason for the waitress or bartender to provide service. There are great restaurants in West Palm Beach. Don't go here!! read more

Most people who review Treehouse rave about the view, after all it is a rooftop restaurant - here is the problem with Treehouse's view, if you look east you do see a sliver of intracoastal and ocean however a large ugly condo obstructs most of the view - like a wall. If you look west or north you are looking at West Palm Beach and well no one ever said West Palm Beach has an attractive skyline. The space itself is nice with several spacious seating areas. Service all around is excellent. The menu is limited - really limited and because of that we expected (or hoped) what little Treehouse had to offer would be good. It was and wasn't. An excellent poke appetizer made us happy but a lousy flatbread pizza disappointed. Round that out with a pedestrian burger and dessert that tastes like it was made in a factory and Treehouse food is all about the average. Treehouse makes a nice place for drinks and an appetizer but not much more. At least during these times. read more

This is such a great place to watch the sunset. The Canopy has amazing views of downtown West Palm Beach, You can see The breakers to east and the lake to the west. The food was great, the calamari and tostones are superb, and the churros were a great to top the night off. Our sever Lupita was so helpful and nice and great at recommendations on the menu. Overall a great time from 6:30-8pm to watch the sunset and then to see the downtown be lit up in lights. Highly Reccomend. read more

Such a gorgeous bar tucked away on the 13th floor of the Hilton hotel. Highly recommend their Tropical Treehouse Mule, the mix of Passionfruit purée and hellfire bitters make for a really unique take on a classic cocktail. Stopped in for a night cap. At 9:15pm. On Valentine's Day. Very very very slow service. Only 3 other table with drinks. Terrible menu, my wine was pretty much gas station wine, and I ordered a peach cobbler. I'm from Tennessee so I know what peach cobbler is...the cobbler was listed as traditional cobbler...it was a bunch of peaches that had been boiled in sugar and cinnamon...literally that was it. The Ice cream came on the side because by the time I got it I had to take it to go because it was past closing time. We waited and waited and waited whilst kitchen and waitress were in the back talking. I could hear them so I went to the back and asked where my cobbler was after 45 minutes of waiting. I had her take my card at the kitchen and a white to go bag had been sitting there the whole time. I was like is that my to go sitting there this whole time whilst we have been waiting and you all have been chit chatting....just slack, sub par, sorry I waisted my time and money there. read more
