I recently visited RH Rooftop for my birthday and had mixed feelings about the experience. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful--the décor, ambiance, and overall setting are stunning and definitely create a memorable atmosphere. It's a gorgeous space and one of the main reasons I wanted to celebrate there. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the setting. Throughout the meal, I had to remind the staff multiple times about items we had ordered, and service felt noticeably slow. At times, it seemed like other tables were receiving more attention, which left us feeling overlooked. While the food and atmosphere were enjoyable, it wasn't the birthday experience I had hoped for. RH Rooftop has incredible potential because the space is so beautiful, but I think the service could be more attentive and consistent to match the upscale environment. We recently dined at RH and overall had a good experience with a few areas that could use improvement. The dining space is absolutely stunning. It's beautifully decorated and truly Instagram-worthy. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed, making it a great spot for a special outing or even just to enjoy the ambiance. Our waiter was also excellent, attentive and efficient, he also made sure everything flowed smoothly throughout our meal. That said, there were a few downsides. Upon arrival, valet service was disappointing. Several employees were standing around talking while only one person was actively working, which caused unnecessary delays. Both the car in front of us and our own were left waiting longer than expected. Food-wise, while everything was good, my meal arrived warm rather than hot, which took away from the experience a bit. Also, our food did not arrive at the same time. For a restaurant at this level, I expected better attention to that detail. Dessert was also a bit underwhelming visually as I was expecting something more polished and presentable to match the overall aesthetic of the restaurant. We love a rooftop and when we found this place it was a must try. Arriving we thought this was a hotel or something but come to find out it's a furniture store with a restaurant on top. Very nice surprise. Atmosphere: gorgeously decorated place, we were seated at the fountain which made it romantic. Love the high window ceilings. Came to RH Rooftop in West Palm Beach for my weekend birthday celebration with my boyfriend and a close friend, and as always, it was such a beautiful spot for a special occasion. We started with the grilled shrimp and fried artichokes -- 10/10! Both were absolutely delicious and the perfect way to kick off the meal. For my entrée, I ordered my usual favorite, the gem salad with grilled chicken. I noticed the chicken preparation has changed slightly -- it was seasoned a bit more and not pounded as thin as before. It was still very tasty (8/10), but I personally preferred the old style. My friend ordered the chopped salad and liked the green goddess dressing more than the balsamic. I also tried a bite of the club sandwich. It was flavorful (8/10), though I think I would've preferred grilled chicken instead of the pulled chicken, which didn't stay in the sandwich very well. The truffle fries are always tasty, but a little pricey -- 7/10 mainly because of the cost. I was a bit surprised they were out of coasters and some of the cheese appetizers on the menu, but it didn't take away too much from the overall experience. As always, the ambiance is beautiful, and I loved the complimentary birthday cookie -- it's honestly my favorite part! Overall, I just love this spot. While there were a few small things that could have been better, the food, atmosphere, and overall experience still made it a great place to celebrate -- solid 4 stars from me. The atmosphere here is wonderful and worth seeing. It is truly gorgeous. The food was good but I've had much better salmon at other places for 1/2 the price. Service was great but we definitely felt a little rushed - we didn't get drinks and the appetizers didn't look worth while. We were in and out in like 45 minutes to an hour and still ended up spending $130-160. They also force you to valet park for $12 when the parking spots are like 5 feet away. Wow wow wow wow!!!! RH rooftop is definitely one of the most STUNNING brunch spots I've ever been to! The entry is grand and had valet that was priced at an affordable $12. There was a text to be sent before you wanted to pick up your car that you showed the valet when you were ready to pick up. We entered into the furniture area, turned left and and got the elevator to the 4th floor. Upon our exit, there were chandeliers, grand steps, walls of wines, couches, fountains, and more. I couldn't stop staring at all of the aesthetic beauty before my eyes. We sat next to the fountain. We ordered the rose beverages which were very tasty and generously sized. We split a Caesar salad and the burger along with some French fries. The food was fantastic, fresh, tasty and very quick to arrive to the table. Our waitress was phenomenal and kind. They send a code to your cell phone upon releasing your vehicle for verification purposes - love this. The building architecture consists of several modern levels with large dramatic stairways. The lower floors are the furniture showroom. Sat at a simple yet elegantly decorated table and met the server who unfortunately had a straight to the point personality and was professional although never smiled. The double hamburger with melted swiss hit the spot, but was ala carte so had to order a side of thin fries. Do not ask for liquor since it does not exist here while there is a strong emphasis on wine, and be weary of the overpriced lemonade. The meat & cheese charcuterie board appetizer was amazing with a great presentation and complemented my espresso. What a great spot in downtown WPB. It's got a beautiful open ceiling and fountain in the center. We were seated right next to the fountain. We wound up sharing the Asian salad then both got the Ribeye Dip sandwich. Michelle was not wrong the Brie was so spreadable and so delicious with strawberry jam on top of the perfectly crusty bread. Our caviar with crème Fraiche just popped on your mouth and did a little happy dance. The crispy artichokes with the aioli were heavenly.
