We love a rooftop and when we found this place it was a must try. Arriving we thought this was a hotel or something but come to find out it's a furniture store with a restaurant on top. Very nice surprise. Atmosphere: gorgeously decorated place, we were seated at the fountain which made it romantic. Love the high window ceilings. I wish I knew there was an outside balcony we prob would have opted to sit out there. Service: our servers were was good attentive. Multiple ppl helped us. Food: I orders the crispy chicken sandwich and my husband had the pulled chicken sandwich at least that's what it looks like. Overall the food was ok.

Came to RH Rooftop in West Palm Beach for my weekend birthday celebration with my boyfriend and a close friend, and as always, it was such a beautiful spot for a special occasion. We started with the grilled shrimp and fried artichokes -- 10/10! Both were absolutely delicious and the perfect way to kick off the meal. For my entrée, I ordered my usual favorite, the gem salad with grilled chicken. I noticed the chicken preparation has changed slightly -- it was seasoned a bit more and not pounded as thin as before. It was still very tasty (8/10), but I personally preferred the old style. My friend ordered the chopped salad and liked the green goddess dressing more than the balsamic. I also tried a bite of the club sandwich. It was flavorful (8/10), though I think I would've preferred grilled chicken instead of the pulled chicken, which didn't stay in the sandwich very well. The truffle fries are always tasty, but a little pricey -- 7/10 mainly because of the cost. I was a bit surprised they were out of coasters and some of the cheese appetizers on the menu, but it didn't take away too much from the overall experience. As always, the ambiance is beautiful, and I loved the complimentary birthday cookie -- it's honestly my favorite part! Overall, I just love this spot. While there were a few small things that could have been better, the food, atmosphere, and overall experience still made it a great place to celebrate -- solid 4 stars from me. (Excuse my salad photo -- I started chopping up the chicken before remembering to take a picture!)

The atmosphere here is wonderful and worth seeing. It is truly gorgeous. The food was good but I've had much better salmon at other places for 1/2 the price. Service was great but we definitely felt a little rushed - we didn't get drinks and the appetizers didn't look worth while. We were in and out in like 45 minutes to an hour and still ended up spending $130-160. They also force you to valet park for $12 when the parking spots are like 5 feet away. It was nice sitting outside but the furniture is weird and some might find it hard to talk.

Loved the ambiance but my eggs Benedict came like hard boiled LOL My other friends got a bunch of other things to share so I would come back and try other things.

Wow wow wow wow!!!! RH rooftop is definitely one of the most STUNNING brunch spots I've ever been to! The entry is grand and had valet that was priced at an affordable $12. There was a text to be sent before you wanted to pick up your car that you showed the valet when you were ready to pick up. We entered into the furniture area, turned left and and got the elevator to the 4th floor. Upon our exit, there were chandeliers, grand steps, walls of wines, couches, fountains, and more. I couldn't stop staring at all of the aesthetic beauty before my eyes. We sat next to the fountain. We ordered the rose beverages which were very tasty and generously sized. We split a Caesar salad and the burger along with some French fries. The food was fantastic, fresh, tasty and very quick to arrive to the table. Our waitress was phenomenal and kind. She paid attention to detail. 20/10 experience. Highly recommend it to all.

Came here for my husband's birthday. Parking is always a breeze due to valet. Gorgeous furniture upon entering and greeted by lovely staff who directs you to elevator for restaurant. I'm always amazed at how chic the decor is. Hostess directed us to our table by the fountain. Waiter came over to start our drink orders. I opted for the old faithful rose spritz because a refreshing beverage is always a plus. For my entree I got the shaved ribeye dip because flavor just melts in your mouth with every bite. I always had a side of the truffle fries because they are absolutely delicious. Hubby enjoyed his salmon with asparagus and received a chocolate chip cookie for his bday dessert. Until the next celebration...

half lunch, half experience! absolutely beautiful. indoor, quasi-indoor, and outdoor seating. can park at city center or walk over / they have valet parking for $20ish - cash or card accepted. valet occasionally fills up. no liquor only wine. everything i've eaten here has been delicious! roasted chicken is good but underwhelming. great service and ambiance. get the cookies! boyfriend said french dip sandwich was the best he's ever had.

Went here to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing experience!!! We got the Petit Filet and it was cooked perfectly, and the Chicken entree was amazing too. I loved the mashed potatoes. Service was insanely attentive, our server was so polite and approachable. Ambiance was dark and romantic, perfect for a special occasion!

1 st time here beautiful place! Parking only valet 12$ Hostess Erin was amazing. I just had a shot in my eye but wanted to eat in the outside area with shade she found us a great spot. Service was very good. We both had burgers cooked perfectly for us both and were delicious! Sweet potato fries a bit limp and not hot enough but we ate them anyway. We mention latte and cappuccino while good was like warm they gave us another one then server said drink it before it gets cold which wasn't the case it was actually not hot! The place is on the expensive side so I'd like to enjoy my lunch immensely! I did after she fixed me new coffee! I think pay 12$ to park for lunch is crazy but we wanted to try it! Beautiful interior lovely people!

The aesthetics and ambiance of the rooftop was sooo beautiful! The food however was mid to me, not much seasoning or flavor at all. I don't have to go back, good to try once but not if you're looking for a tasty meal. The service was 10/10 though, I celebrated my friends birthday here and they brought her out a complimentary chocolate chip cookie with candle that was warm and gooey with salt on top. This was such a sweet gesture. I just wish the food was better.

Who knew RH had a rooftop restaurant?? Well I didn't know but now I know!! This was absolutely a gem! The decor was so classy - I mean what would you expect at RH?!? Chandeliers, greenery, black and white... very classy! The service was outstanding and the food was yummy! We came in for brunch and every plate was amazing!! The mimosas were great too! Don't skip RH ... you won't be disappointed!!

We stopped here for dinner during our vacation after seeing that it was highly rated on Find Me Gluten Free. We LOVED our meal. The staff were all so friendly, the meal was delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The waiter was very knowledgeable about Celiac and what options were safe for me. I ordered the filet and my fiancé ordered the ribeye. Delicious. If we are ever in town again, I'm sure we will be back!

One of the best restaurants I've had the pleasure of going to in West Palm Beach. The views and ambiance alone make it worth the stop - beautiful chandeliers and high ceilings makes it feel as if you're stepping into an old Roman Garden. The service was wonderful, we had one error; an over poached egg, that was fixed within minutes of alerting our server. Delicious, strong lattes, and great menu options. I hope to come back again for another visit.

Is there a maximum number of people that can be seated at one table?

I am not sure. But my party was over 7 people.

Do they have a price fixed menu for Sunday brunch? Is this a good place for a bridal shower

Not sure about a fixed menu but I'd imagine depending on the group size they could arrange. They don't have a private room but the side sections not directly under the "rooftop" could probably work quite nice and the environment is great for photos… Read more

The dress code says "dressy", then going through the pictures, I see people wearing shorts and polo shirts, I'm confused. What's not allowed?

I wore a cocktail dress and he wore jeans and a vest. I did see some shorts. You won't be turned away, but I wouldn't ruin your photo op, the place is beautiful.

What is the dress code? It is not very clear on their website. Is a nice pair of jeans acceptable?

Very trendy, smart chic, no tennis shoes! Fashionable

    Is there parking?

They have valet parking for a fee. I think it's about $15. OR you can park in the parking lot two blocks away. OR you may find a spot in the street but highly unlikely.

Hi all. i've looked at both of their menus and they seem to not have desert? i am interested in taking my mom this sunday for mothers day, but the menu seems a wee bit limited. any recs?: thank you

I made an early reservation and was seated immediately upon entering. Since we've been here many times,we knew what to expect. I ordered the NY strip, which was perfect, my wife ordered a simple burger...uh oh..... It came out pretty rare, almost raw. She ordered medium, which is pretty standard for restaurant burgers. She couldn't eat this, so we called the waitress, who was a doll, very apologetic but generally warm and professional. Well the burger came back disguised as a hockey puck. Again the waitress came right over and again apologized, my wife was fed up and didn't want another burger and really didn't want anything at this point. Although we didn't ask for a manager, she showed up with out being asked for. She immediately apologized and pleaded with my wife to order something, so my wife ordered a salad, which probtly came. Next, 2 desserts and coffee. Finally the manager comes over, hands my wife her business card an tells us, please give us another try and have dinner on me! Lastly, I ask for the check and was told, it was all comped! Not expected as my meal was great and I also had two cocktails. None the less, I tipped approximately based on the cost of our meals. Last week we stopped in as we were driving home from Port St Lucie and found to spots at the bar. My wife ordered a filet mignon, which she declared was one of the best she's had, I had the double cut pork chop. Both meals came out together, hot and nicely plated. We only asked for the manager our meal and only to thank her. We also complimented her staff and raved about the meal. Again, my drinks were comped which I don't know why but, hey someone buys you a drink, don't complain. Anyway a generous tip and two happy campers. And that's how you manage a restaurant and lead your staff. I apologize for any typos because of my large, masculine fingers

I'm genuinely puzzled by this restaurant's high rating--my experience was, quite frankly, abysmal…read more The space itself felt neglected: a musty odor lingered in the air, and the temperature was uncomfortably warm--borderline unbearable--making it difficult to relax from the moment we sat down. I decided to give this place a second chance on April 18, 2026, with an 8:30 PM reservation, and unfortunately, it was just as bad--if not worse--than my first visit. The service was exceptionally poor. Our waiter, Michael, set the tone early, and not in a good way. It took over an hour just to receive our appetizers, and drink refills required tracking down other staff members. What stood out most was the complete lack of attentiveness--Michael never once checked in on our table throughout the evening. The delay was so excessive that I was able to leave the restaurant, walk across the street, purchase a new set of clothes for my daughter, return, and have her change--all before our main course even arrived. To be clear, this wasn't out of convenience--it was out of necessity. The restaurant was so excessively hot that she was visibly uncomfortable and overheating. To make matters worse, water was served at room temperature in what felt like a furnace of a dining room. We actually had to ask multiple times--and essentially beg--just to get ice brought to the table. That alone speaks volumes about the level of awareness and care. Dining out is supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience--especially after an evening out--but this was anything but. The food itself was underwhelming at best: mediocre, forgettable, and certainly not worth the wait. What was most disappointing, however, was the apparent inconsistency in service. From my observation, certain tables--specifically white families--received noticeably more attention and care, while others, including Hispanic, Asian, and African-American patrons, were largely overlooked. As part of an interracial family, this was both disheartening and unacceptable to witness. I've had great experiences at other locations of this restaurant, which makes this visit even more frustrating. This location, however, falls far below standard. To the management and staff: you're in a high-traffic area where guests come to unwind and enjoy their time. This experience did the exact opposite. One star--and that's only because it was possible to secure a reservation. Now I understand why availability wasn't an issue. TL;DR: Excessive heat, inattentive service, long wait times, mediocre food, and a deeply disappointing overall experience. I will not be returning.
