Went for lunch and had their always great margarita. I think we had avocado margaritas. Theirs taste so much better than those I've had at numerous other places. Truly. I got grilled fish tacos with cabbage slaw and tropical fruit salsa. What I liked more, however, was the side dish of curried cauliflower with chickpeas. That's a good combo!

We really enjoyed our lunch here! We have bloody Mary's and wine for drinks. The Mary's were a little spicy but good. We also shared 18 oysters which were delicious. Today I learned a new trick: you want west coast oysters in the summer and east coast oysters in the winter (due to taste flavor seasonality). My gulf shrimp wrap was good, by my friends salmon was REALLY good. Tender and cooked perfectly! [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had a cute outdoor area and service was phenomenal![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We had a really nice dinner at Avocado Grill. The food was fresh, flavorful, and healthy, with a great variety of options. The adult portions were just right, and the kids' chicken tenders and fries came in surprisingly large portions, which was a plus for our little ones. It's definitely on the pricier side, especially for the portion sizes, but the quality and freshness made up for it. We went a bit later in the evening, and everything still came out quickly and well-prepared. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The location is perfect, and we enjoyed sitting outside in the nice weather.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Great location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Brunch menus is limited for actual breakfast options but wide variety of lunch menu. Portions size are generous. Bottomless Mimosa is $22 for two hours with purchase of any entree. Avocado is really an option on everything and was fresh. Loved the guac. Our sever Dell was excellent and food came out very fast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After 2pm on Sundays there is a DJ and it really turns into a full party.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Reservations highly recommended. Street parking.

Solid food and service. A little pricey. Not many vegetarian options, but the manicotti was good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean bathrooms.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had a good time here.

The lamb sliders were perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor. The margaritas were also delicious, well-balanced, and paired nicely with the food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is lively and inviting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall it was an enjoyable experience I'm happy to return someday.

When we sat down and looked at the menu, we were actually offended lol $9.50 for a side of French fries and $17 for a SIDE of cauliflower & chickpeas? What! We met some friends here so we enjoyed ourselves but I was very taken back by the prices for average food. I ordered the Jerk Mahi Wrap, which was good but the fries I can tell you, are not $9.50 worthy, in any recession. I was pleasantly surprised by the kids meal though. I can really speak for the service because that too was average and [[HIGHLIGHT]]we ended up moving inside because it was miserable outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, wouldn't really recommend unless you have a fat wallet and just want to blow money on an average diner style lunch

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Amazing guac. Super great food all around. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I thought this place was terrific![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And great for the money given the high price of most food in the area.

I'm in west palm beach for the week and the first time we visited Avocado Grill is was so good and the food was so delicious that we came back a second time! However, the second time the food runner (not our server) spilled our truffle fries all over the table and onto all our other food. It would've been fine if they replaced the food right away or comped us for the mistake but neither happened. We actually had to ask for our food to be replaced and still paid the entire price for the meal. So if we only came that first time I would've given 5 stars because this place is a vibe but I don't think they handled the mistake very well.

We got chips and guac, a dozen oysters, and a few drinks... and walked out over $100 lighter. The food was fine--nothing bad, nothing mind-blowing--but at that price point, I expected to be dazzled. Atmosphere was solid, and my wife loved the decor... so if you're here for the vibes, it delivers. If you're here for value... maybe keep walking (or just get one less drink).

Ambiance & Decor: 4 stars... Inside is clean, stylish, and honestly where you want to be. Outdoor patio? Feels like the restaurant forgot to check in on it. Service: 4 stars... Friendly, attentive, didn't miss a beat. Food (apps & mains): 5 stars... Some big wins, one surprise flop, but overall a strong lineup. Dessert: Didn't get to it. Too full of calamari and fries. Would definitely come back. Already planning my order for next time. Not flawless, but absolutely worth the visit. Now for the real talk: The indoor space is great, well-designed, and actually comfortable. There's a bar that sets the tone the moment you walk in. Outside seating exists... but let's just say it's not as clean as inside and you'll want to be indoors where they clearly spent the design budget. Fried calamari? Knockout. Perfectly crisp, full of flavor, and borderline addictive. Easily one of the best things we had. The grilled mahi tacos were another win... fresh, well-seasoned, and light without being boring. But the sleeper star? The beef short rib with poached eggs. Rich, savory, perfectly cooked. It had no business being that good but here we are. Now... let's talk about the guacamole. Somehow the one letdown of the meal. Soggy, a little sad, and not what you'd expect from a place doing everything else so well and with "avocado" in their name. Honestly shocked! Didn't get to try the shishito peppers, but I already regret it and they're first on the list for next time. The truffle fries? Order them! That's it. Don't ask questions. Just get them. Service was great... friendly, quick, and knew the menu. Felt like they actually cared, which always makes a difference. Would I come back? Without a doubt. Just skipping the guac and doubling down on the fries and short rib next time. This one's a solid spot and definitely earned a return visit.

I found this restaurant in a whim while scrolling yelp and decided to give it a try for the gulf shrimp wrap I saw pictures of. Unfortunately for me that is no longer a menu item, but I'm here so what the heck. I sat at the bar and the service was very friendly! I ordered the edamame dumplings, avocado salad, and grilled shrimp. As someone who loves edamame and dumplings I had high hopes for this dish and it did not live up to the hype. It lacks texture and flavor and in my opinion should be reworked or removed. As for the avocado salad, it was very tasty no complaints. The shrimp were also good, cooked well, and nice flavor. I did find two drinks that were not deveined well so that was unfortunate but does happen every now and again. During the week they have happy hour with 5 dollar dishes and 2 for 1 drinks. I would come back for the happy hour and the service.

On our drive home from Miami to Jacksonville, we traded Interstate 95 for the slower, more scenic A1A. It made for beautiful views, but after crawling through one coastal town after another, lunch became a priority. A quick search landed us at Stage Kitchen & Bar on PGA Boulevard, a restaurant I later learned had earned a place in the 2025 Michelin Guide. After one meal, it was easy to understand why. We began with two appetizers that could not have been more different, duck confit egg rolls and a grilled cheese. Calling the grilled cheese "just a grilled cheese" would be unfair. Brie melted between perfectly griddled bread kissed with white truffle oil already sounds luxurious. Pair it with a bright mango jam and suddenly a childhood comfort food becomes something unexpectedly elegant. Richness met sweetness in all the right proportions. The duck confit egg rolls were equally memorable. The duck was deeply seasoned with Middle Eastern spices, giving each bite layers of warm, savory flavor. The accompanying peanut chutney added sweetness, nuttiness, and just enough contrast to keep the dish from becoming too heavy. These egg rolls packed far more personality than their modest appearance suggested. For lunch, my wife ordered the grilled black grouper sandwich. The fish, sourced fresh from local suppliers, was flaky, moist, and clean tasting. Lettuce, tomato, onion, and a malt vinegar aioli gave the sandwich brightness without overwhelming the fish. It was simple, balanced, and exactly what a fresh fish sandwich should be. I chose Stage's signature burger, two Certified Angus Beef patties topped with aged white cheddar, caramelized onions, sunflower sprouts, and their house "fancy sauce." This is the kind of burger that reminds you why burgers became America's favorite sandwich in the first place. Cooked to a juicy medium, every bite was rich without becoming heavy. The caramelized onions added sweetness, the white cheddar delivered sharpness, and the sunflower sprouts provided freshness and texture. The fancy sauce contributed just enough heat to keep everything interesting without stealing the spotlight. Dessert continued the restaurant's habit of taking familiar flavors and giving them thoughtful refinement. My sticky rice ice cream, finished with mango sauce and toasted coconut, captured everything I love about mango sticky rice while transforming it into something lighter and more playful. It was creative without feeling gimmicky. My wife ordered three macarons from local pastry maker Macaroner, S'mores, Passion Fruit, and Lime Coconut. Each shell was delicately crisp before giving way to a soft, airy center, exactly as a proper macaron should. Stage Kitchen & Bar takes familiar dishes and quietly elevates them through technique, quality ingredients, and restraint. Nothing feels overcomplicated or designed simply to impress. Every plate feels carefully considered. Sometimes trusting Google is a gamble. This time, it paid off. Great restaurants don't always announce themselves. Sometimes they're simply waiting for hungry travelers willing to take the next exit.

I loved the toast with tomato "jam" as well as the manchego croquettes...I would re-order both of these. My husband wasn't a fan of the octopus in garlic sauce as he felt it was a bit too salty.
