Enjoyed my Birthday at the Palm Beach Grill I had the absolute BEST steak (STEAK FRITES - USDA PRIME* hand-selected rib-eye) I've had in ages. The server, Susie, was outstanding! It's been quite a long time since I was last there, I have to admit, it was even better than I remembered!

Let's just go ahead and call it....Palm Beach Grill is one of those restaurants: the kind that lives up to the hype, keeps your taste buds dancing, and makes every reservation totally worth the effort. This was my second (or maybe third?) time dining here, and once again, they delivered a truly memorable culinary experience. I kicked off the night with their fried oysters, which were crispy, tender, and taken up a notch with some extra hot sauce...a chef's kiss. For entrées, we had a table split between two standouts: The Red Snapper with Rock Shrimp, served with mashed potatoes and sweet cole slaw, hands down my favorite dish on their menu. The fish was perfectly cooked, the shrimp added a pop of flavor, and the sides rounded it out beautifully. The Shrimp Creole with Basmati Rice was rich and comforting, though I'll admit the sauce leaned a little sweeter than expected. At first taste, I wondered if ketchup snuck its way into the kitchen (gasp!), but more likely, it was just extra sweet tomatoes doing their thing. Still tasty, but just a note for next time. No cocktails for me on this visit...I've hit pause on drinking, but with food this good, who needs alcohol clouding the flavor anyway? From the ambiance to the impeccable service and consistent food quality, Palm Beach Grill remains a must-visit dining destination. Just make sure to book early... because once you've been, you'll want to go back. Over and over again.

The Seared Ahi Tuna Salad is a 10/10. The fries with the seasoning are fantastic. The Grilled Artichokes as also delicious. The options for glasses of white wine could be better, as well as the dessert options (there is only one -- Key Lime Pie). Make sure to make a reservation before going. There is plenty of available parking.

We came here for Valentine's Day and decided to show up an hour early because our reso was pretty late. We had a drink at the bar and ended up getting seated 27 minutes before our reso :) we had drinks at the bar we didn't love and the bartenders kindly changed our drinks with no issue. Once seated, everything we ordered we loved and was delicious. Perfect environment for a date night!

As a longtime Hillstone enthusiast who's dined at their locations coast to coast, I can confidently say Palm Beach Grill continues to uphold everything I love about the brand -- consistency, warmth, and truly outstanding food. We recently visited for a celebratory dinner, and from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was pitch-perfect: elegant but unpretentious, buzzing with conversation yet somehow serene. That signature Hillstone lighting, plush booths, and attentive pacing make it the kind of place where time slows down and you savor the entire experience. Our server, Kiersten, was an absolute standout -- the kind of professional who reads the table instantly and makes you feel like a regular, even if it's your first time. Her timing, recommendations, and warmth elevated the night from great to unforgettable. The refresher glasses for your martini just when you are about to think of it. We began with the classic Caesar salad, crisp and cold with a sharp anchovy-forward dressing -- just the way I love it. You can taste the attention to detail in every component, down to the housemade croutons. For the main course, I couldn't resist the Palm Beach Hot Dog -- iconic for a reason. Snappy, smoky, served on a perfect bun with sides that don't feel like afterthoughts. It might sound simple, but it's pure nostalgia-meets-culinary-execution. Across the table, the Scottish salmon arrived glistening, seared to that elusive medium-rare perfection, flaking gently with each forkful. Accompanied by seasonal vegetables that were anything but filler, it was a dish you'd expect at a white-tablecloth seafood house. Dessert was incredible, well curated cake. A special thank you to Nagelli, the GM, who checked in toward the end of the meal with genuine interest and hospitality. The follow-up and warmth we received showed a level of care that's increasingly rare in hospitality -- it reminded me why Hillstone remains in a class of its own. To the kitchen staff: bravo. Every element of our meal -- from temperature to seasoning to presentation -- was flawless. There's something deeply comforting about knowing that every plate will reflect pride and precision. Palm Beach Grill isn't just a great restaurant -- it's a standard bearer. Whether you're celebrating, hosting out-of-town guests, or simply craving a great night out, this is the place. We'll be back soon. Again and again.

This is a Houston's restaurant, and that alone should be enough to tell you how great this place is. I've had just about everything on the menu. It's all great. The food is consistent every time and always DELICIOUS. Only dish I was not crazy about was their "little bird," which I think I remember it's like a rotisserie chicken (which they have great rotisserie chicken (in salads), except for this "little bird"). Maybe it was a one-off, but I didn't love it. Ribs, burgers, all salads, shrimp and grits, hot dog, oysters, etc., all great. And their sundae for dessert, if you have room. Great cocktails, too. Make a reservation. Service has been hit or miss last several times with respect to server disappearing for period of time, not checking in to see if we need more drinks, but could be they are new and not trained well enough. Dimly lit, warm, intimate atmosphere. Worthy of 5 stars.

I talk about the "curb-to-table" experience frequently. In my former role as a Delta Air Line Captain, I recognized the curb-to-plane challenges our customers encountered. Chef Conley has created a friendly and welcoming experience from curb-to-table. It starts with the complimentary valet. Finally. Finally. I learned about our regular valet: MANNY! Manny, thank you for the kindness and safe service you have given us. You are usually the first person who takes care of the Buccan Family. You create the smile before we walk in the doors of Buccan or Imoto. Thank you. Solang' (my spelling is probably wrong and I apologize): You are such a beautiful soul. Thank you for your kind words to Laura as we left. Kindness makes a difference. While kindness is free, sincerity is priceless. Wow, I haven't even chatted about the food. We tried something new this time. After our small plates, we tried the pork chop. The mild onion and sweet rhubarb---simply stunning. Even shared, we boxed some for home. I don't care if you are watching what you eat. Close your eyes! The chocolate cookies (warmed) are a must. Period. Selfishly, I hope Chef Clay never gets a tv show. A book deal is allowed. We want this local treasure and his team to remain anchored here. Clay and his team are own foodie treasure in our back yard. But wait, there's more: Honored to watch Chef Clay modestly expand the Miami environs. He will be opening his Buccan-Imoto-Buccan Sandwich Shop experience in Coral Gables sometime in June/July. OMG, we cannot wait for this to open. Though retired from the airlines (I miss my MIA overnights), we will make the trip to celebrate these new venues. However, we will do it very quietly. We do not wish to be labeled as stalkers. Probably one of my longest reviews. I love seeing hard working people succeed. What this team does for the community is simply breathtaking. This is a true success story. Thank you Buccan-Imoto-Grato-Sandwich Shop-Stokes Barn Team!!!!

Super friendly, checked on us just the right amount and made the whole dinner feel easy. I had the surf and turf which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. I noted that the pork belly in my kimchi fried rice was very hard and chewy (overcooked) which should not be the case. Otherwise I could taste the kimchi which was good. Around the table, there were fried chicken wings, a big juicy burger, French fries (very tasty) and one of my cousins have the special skewered chicken from the Brazilian menu. She reported the chicken to be very bland despite its colorful appearance. All in all, everyone said, their food was "OK." The specialty drinks, Caipirinha (X 2) were good. Service was wonderful --our server Susan checked on us often. She was very attentive (we did pay for a reserved table & attention, I suppose). The manager checked on us twice to make sure we were having a good time and we were - generally speaking. It's a beautiful rooftop. I picked Batch while walking by because it had the cutest vibe but we weren't expecting much. We were greeted by Rachel, the manager, at the host stand. She didn't just lead us to our table, she walked with us. She asked us if we were from the area and what brought us in. It was all small talk but felt genuine. She waited until we were seated to hand us or menus and it didn't feel rushed. Gabby, our server, showed confidence and love for the place when she introduced herself. They make everything from scratch here and Gabby sold us on the eggrolls and mac and cheese to start. However, before those could arrive, Rachel came by with an order of biscuits for us. These were absolutely to die for and the gesture was very kind. The eggrolls, bbq sauce, and ranch were the highlight of our food adventure here. You could tell this was all freshly made. We both ordered burgers and those were very good, hearty, and not greasy. Their house sauce B1 added a perfect element of smokiness to the burger. Gabby's service ensured we always had refills, never had to ask for anything, and the table was always clean. Rachel stopped by and checked on us and also gave us cute glasses to take home with us and coupons to come back for happy hour for some "off menu snacking". So if you're asking if Batch does things differently, they absolutely do. We can't wait to bring our friends next time. Ask for Rachel and Gabby and don't sleep on the eggrolls!
