Had a wonderful dinner here and breakfast with my coworkers. Everything was excellent and flavorful. They offer many good dishes so much that we couldn't just pick one. A little of everything is the way to go and enjoy family style. The ambiance is modern with the beach front view. The staff is very professional and attentive. It's always a pleasure dining here and meeting new people.
We tried the restaurant here at the Four Seasons for the first time as part of the Flavor South Florida event. The hotel, bar, and restaurant are all very nicely decorated and the most of the seating overlooks the pool and the ocean. The servers were very friendly and attentive and made for a pleasant evening. Furthermore, the valet and staff inside the hotel itself were all very welcoming. You do need to valet park. The restaurant will validate it and bring the cost down from $26 to $16. The restaurant has lots many non-alcoholic and traditional cocktail options, which we appreciated. Additionally, the full dinner menu has many items which seem worth going back for - especially the whole chicken service. That being said,, the special menu we selected was excellent. Each dish was thoughtfully presented and delicious. This kitchen is definitely turning out some Michelin-looking plates. I would recommend giving them a try.
We had big expectations but unfortunately were not impressed. The bread was really dense instead of airy and fluffy. The roasted squash carpaccio was the star dish of our meal. The tuna tartare lacked flavor. The burrata was also underwhelming. We also shared the special: lamb pesto agnolotti which was beautiful and actually really good. Altogether I think it was an average dining experience for a high price point. The atmosphere is nice and the food presentation is beautiful but I don't think it's worth it when only half the food was good.
I know this restaurant has won a lot of awards and it's a destination for people in the area, the service was impeccable and the restaurant is nice looking, but the food was a bit lackluster especially the $75 chicken that they serve table side. The chicken had no flavor and the $32 pizza was a bit floppy. The homemade bread was good and it actually comes with a poem, and the appetizer which was butternut squash was definitely missing a lot. It was overpriced and had really no flavor.
We went for a mom's night out and planned on the wine and food prefixed menu. We did not like our main course and the waiter quickly replaced wit with something else. All and all a nice experience, but unlikely to return.
We had a 12:45 reservation on their patio, walking in we were immediately greeted! Then seated at a great table with a view of the ocean! I had an old fashioned it was excellent. For our first course we had crab claws with mustard sauce delicious and meaty! Then we had their pizza... I know who orders a pizza at the four seasons. After having it I will be back at least for the pizza! 9/10! We also had a yellow tail snapper which came out with a beautiful presentation! 5 stars all day! I will be back!
Florie's is always on point!! the service is wonderful and the ambience on a sunday is very lay back for dinner time. Food here is always amazing they have such a good team around the Chef ,,,all homemade pastas and fresh authentic pizzas are delicious forgot to take more pics. can't wait to go back !
Beautiful atmosphere and hotel. Definitely spent a lot of time walking around and enjoying the scenery on premises. Self-parking is available, which I was very happy to see. Employees were all very nice. My food was just ok. I was hoping that given the location, I'd have a pretty impressive meal.
I've waited a few weeks before writing this review to allow the dining experience to percolate. While I was greatly looking forward to dining at Flories, which has the same executive chef as a restaurant which was recently rated #1 in the world, I left disappointed. If I had to summarize the experience, I would simply state it was inconsistent, both as to service and food. A group of four of us dined, one couple being weekend guests at the Four Seasons Resort. It was Saturday night and the restaurant was about 1/2 full. Despite many empty tables we were walked all the way down to the end corner of the restaurant, and seated at a table where two of our group had no choice but to stare at a wall. A Poor call on behalf of the hostess. Our waiter, Rick, took drink orders and I selected wine. It took 20 minutes for three martinis to be brought to the table. Whether the fault of the bartender or waiter, it was way too long and the waiter never said "apologies about the long wait". The wine selected was a Malbec, and the waiter started to explain that it was from Argentina. Well yes, all legit Malbecs are from Argentina, and there was just something a bit pretentious about the unneeded explanation, especially since I selected it. What was more disappointing was his general lack of presence at the table to pour the wine, or to offer the bread (which is highlighted as a chef specialty but was served without any explanation until I requested one), and his general lack of presence throughout the meal. He hovered over two other tables near by, and if we were paranoid, we would have wondered if he was uncomfortable serving 4 men. I would hope not, as coupled men are not unique patrons at the Four Seasons. Frankly, I think he was just a mediocre server, tired, and neglected our table at the end of the evening. His rating would be one star. Our spaghetti appetizer was tasty and the Jamon Iberico, which was supposed to be cut from the pig table side (and was not), was excellent. I had the truffle chicken and it was barely warm, and seemed undercooked. I ate half of it. Normally I would have sent it back, but it took so long to be served. And I was never asked if there was anything wrong. The red grouper was a stellar dish and the pork ribs was a stand out. Hamachi appetizer was seasoned with cilantro, which our friend is allergic to, so it was returned and re-made without it. I'd say the execution in the kitchen was off. No desserts were ordered because by the time we finished dinner it was 10:30 - we started at 7:45 - and the staff were cleaning tables and setting up the open kitchen area - where we were seated - for the following day's breakfast buffet. Any manager (was one on duty? We never met him or her) would know not to do set-up for the following day when guests are still dining. At least not at a restaurant in a Four Seasons Resort. Will I return? If our friends are guests at the property we would give them another opportunity to shine. Would we drive 35 minutes from home for dinner. No, not based on the dining experience we had.

The food at Florie's was very good and the view is great too. The homemade bread was outstanding. The Florida Queen Snapper Carpaccio was very flavorful. My favorite dish was the Linguini alle Vongole. Both the Halva Mousse Nest and the Elderflower-Infused Berries were great dessert options. read more

One of the better restaurants in the palm beach area -- definitely liked this restaurant more than the surf club (surfside four seasons), and quality (in our opinion) exceeds anything at the breakers. Excellent service. Food was lovely. Salad, though good, was pretty sparse for its price point. Everything else was on par. Oysters excellent. Rib was the best we've had in all of south Florida. Snapper was excellent, also one of the top in south Florida. only place I've had better preparation of it was at four seasons Napa (not generally on the menu but was special). We pass thru the area frequently and this has become one of our favorite spots for when we're here!! read more

Celebrated my birthday at Florie's & it was spectacular! I felt incredibly special & tasted such amazing unique dishes! Service impeccable, food incredible, drinks fantastic! I cant rave enough! read more

Florie's is always on point!! the service is wonderful and the ambience on a sunday is very lay back for dinner time. Food here is always amazing they have such a good team around the Chef ,,,all homemade pastas and fresh authentic pizzas are delicious forgot to take more pics. can't wait to go back ! read more

I've waited a few weeks before writing this review to allow the dining experience to percolate. While I was greatly looking forward to dining at Flories, which has the same executive chef as a restaurant which was recently rated #1 in the world, I left disappointed. We stayed at the hotel and had no less than 5 meals here...beautiful view of the pool...really lovely very accommodating staff . I was sad to leave but am certain we will be back one day soon. read more

Thank you Flavor Palm Beach for introducing us to Florie's. The tasting menu was fabulous, opening with the heirloom tomato peach carpaccio; light and refreshing with savory herbs and a pistachio crunch. It was the perfect way to open our palates for the snapper, cooked just right with a crispy skin over bok choy and a delicious cream with a slightly sweet cilantro oil. We finished off with a chocolate mousse and passion fruit sorbet that was the perfect combination of sweet and sour to end our meal. Service by Mauricio was beyond reproach in a beautiful setting. This may have been our first visit but it will not be our last! read more

Florie's is the on site restaurant at The Four Seasons. We stopped in to the bar area for a couple of cocktails and a light snack (margarita pizza) before heading out for the evening. Their specialty cocktail list is extensive and the bartenders are very knowledgeable. When sitting at the bar they give you light bar snacks of olives and salty marcona almonds (yum!). They also have a nightly happy hour with rotating wines by the glass. The bartenders let you sample a wine before ordering a full glass to ensure you enjoy what you are ordering. If you are staying at the Four Seasons Palm Beach be certain to make a reservation at this new restaurant Florie's. If you are staying close by it is worth a look as a dining scene while in Palm Beach. Florie's, the first restaurant in the United States for Michelin awarded Chef Mauro Colagreco and is soon to become a destination restaurant. Following Chef Colagreco's success from the South of France right on the Italian and French borders, the hotel has made a substantial investment In sending key staff to train in Europe ahead of opening Florie's. The cuisine is modern Mediterranean with the accent being on flavorful, light dishes that leverage the fresh citrus of Florida and herbs. On the drinks front an adjacent cocktail bar puts together cocktails which will compliment the dining experience. The wine list is fresh and vibrant and uniquely the Four Seasons Palm Beach has a water sommelier (Jessica) who has a deep knowledge of the styles of water for certain foods - not to mention a crisp knowledge of the wine list, and can guide you with ease. If you are ordering a substantial bottle of wine why not enhance the flavor by trying a pure water such as Svarlbardi. The menu is very enjoyable - standouts include the heirloom tomato and peach carpaccio, the lamb shoulder and seafood cioppino. The bread is served as a whole to encourage the classic breaking of bread as a family at the table. Desserts are light and flavorful - the tiramisu comes from the Chef's grandmother and is well worth trying. Ask for Rick - a great waiter. read more

Went for the Flavors of palm beach 2 course dinner for $45.00. An acclaimed international chef Marco Colagreco from France and is the executive chef but not on the premise. Started with home made bread from his grandmother's recipe, very good served with a ginger olive oil. For starters, we had the HEIRLOOM TOMATOES & PEACH CARPACCIO with Sicilian pistachios, chives ginger vinaigrette and the LOCAL BURRATA on a citrus salad, coriander, raisins Sicilian pistachio . Both were superb and a nice size portion. For mains, we tried the AUSTRALIAN WAGYU BEEF with red peppers and house-made shallot vinegar and WILD FLORIDA RED GROUPER with fresh citrus, heirloom tomato, and thyme. The beef was outstanding but we got 2 1" cubes. The grouper was very good but also very small portion. For dessert, we had the TIRAMISU lemon biscuit, and mascarpone cream, different presentation but very good and the WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE with a yuzu-mango sorbet and mango coulis , also very good. Maylam, our server was excellent and very attentive. They had a very nice wine list but expensive, It's the Four Seasons. read more
During my stay at the Four Seasons, I ate at Florie's several times and was so impressed with each meal I had there! The taste, presentation, and service are all on point and come together to create the perfect dining experience. Their wine pairing are always perfect, and the creativity of each dish never fails to amaze me. We came the weekend of 11/7 for our 1 year anniversary. This was probably our 4th or 5th visit since Flories opened. Everything is always amazing start to finish! Ambience and quality cocktails with a view is always a plus to the amazing food and service . Request Rofette, he provided outstanding service our whole meal. Try the oysters (they come with a little pear and crème fraiche) . We also enjoy the iberco ham, burrata, the pesto pizza , as well as the snapper entree for some of my favorites. I do miss the half roasted chicken they used to have with truffle rubbed underneath the skin , bring that back !!!! read more

Lovely service and amazing food. My kids and I went there after arriving from a long flight. They greeted me with a gorgeous cocktail, amazing homemade soup and a beautiful cauliflower dish. We went back for a second night too. Loved it! read more

This place is such a beauty! The food took a little long but they made up for it by giving us a free appetizer which was very nice of them and my oh my this Pizza was yummyyyyyy. The barata super delish, for my entree I had the red snapper and it was exquisite. I never imagined pairing it with yogurt but this was flavorful and cooling at the same time. My husband had the lamb shanks, whoa! Falling off the bone and paired with dates and walnuts along sweet potatoes. My husband ate every bit of it. Soooo good. We will be back again. Moving along to the bar! They are pricey for a reason, delicious! The Rose and Merigold, Yea, please! read more
