First time trying the Polo Room. This area of Palm beach has so many options! And imo this is one of their top new spots! We chose to seat at the bar, as it felt engaging, just enough noise and distractions, and regardless if you seat next to your partner or alone, either way, you will enjoy the experience. I was very pleased with the food and service alike! My only disappointment was paying $9 for an additional chimichurri for my steak which felt unwarranted since the wagyu skirt steak itself was already over $80. However, i thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and since it was my first time, i did it anyway. The skirt steak was perfectly cooked, with a delicious char on the outside, perfectly pink in the center, well seasoned and well rested. Definitely a must try. I also loved the oysters, and the caviar tartelettes. Unexpectedly, the best dish of the night was their french dip sandwich sandwich, YOU MUST TRY IT! I don't even like sandwiches, but I already am planning to go back just for that! It's perfectly seasoned, rich in flavor, the bread is soft and absorbs the au jus so perfectly well! Served with a creamy horseradish sauce that had me craving more! Highly recommend!

Was so excited to be able to snag a dinner reservation, two nights in a row! It's been difficult to get one since this place opened. Over the last couple of nights, we have tried the golden Ossetra caviar tartelettes, iberico ham "pata negra" (bruschetta), croissant rolls, mini empanadas, hamachi, chips and caviar, spicy rigatoni alla vodka, caviar spaghetti, wagyu French dip sandwich, and prime filet. Everything was really, really tasty. The croissant rolls are freshly baked, are sent out warm, flakey on the outside, and gooey on the inside- highly recommend starting your meal off with them! The steak empanadas were wonderful (over the onions and cheese ones) - they were filled with prime steak, had a crunchy shell, and were served with a spicy orange sauce that was absolutely delectable. Really made each bite pop! One of my favorite entrees was the wagyu prime steak sandwich- the bread was toasted but still soft (very fresh), the steak was juicy, and the horseradish sauce served with it had great flavor (spicy, but not overbearing). My other favorite entree was the caviar spaghetti- the homemade pasta was cooked al dente, there was a large amount (30 g) of Petra caviar both on top and mixed into the white wine butter sauce. The sauce was creamy, and had hints of lemon in it; it tasted really fresh and paired perfectly with the spaghetti and caviar. I love that they have a wide wine selection (variety of prices, low to high), as well as a cocktail menu. My favorite cocktail was the key lime pie martini- very decadent though and a true dessert drink. The service was very welcoming and friendly, opening all doors for you and greeting you with a warm smile. Food came out of the kitchen very fast (both nights). Felt the food was priced fairly (shocker for any restaurant in Palm Beach). Will definitely be back (when it's actually possible to get another reservation)!

If you know, you know. The Polo Room isn't just another Palm Beach dinner--it's where you go when you want the night to feel dialed in from the second you walk through the door. The room itself hits that perfect note: low-lit, intimate, and quietly upscale without trying too hard. It's the kind of place where the energy feels curated--everyone's there for a reason. Service is where they really separate themselves. The staff operates like they've done this a thousand times at the highest level--anticipating everything, never missing a beat, and making it all feel effortless. No friction, no waiting, just smooth all the way through. The food absolutely holds up. Every plate is executed with precision--clean, balanced, and consistent. Nothing overcomplicated, just done right. You can tell they care about the details that most places let slip. What makes The Polo Room stand out is how seamless the entire experience feels. It's not loud about it, but everything is exactly where it should be. That's the difference. If you're trying to impress--or just want a night that runs perfectly without having to think about it--this is one of the spots in Palm Beach that delivers every time.

10/10. Service and food were both fantastic. The Big Eye Tuna Tartare, Mini Empanadas, Spicy Rigatoni A La Vodka, and Lobster Tagliatelle were all very good. While the prices are a bit high, the food is worth it.

3.5 stars for Polo Room. The polo room has indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is basically on the sidewalk right next to the valet. The margarita had good flavor but was not strong and had more ICE than alcohol. Our waiter Marco recommended the black truffle pasta and wagyu filet both of which we ordered. The filet comes sliced and had good flavor but nothing special. Once we ordered, it started sprinkling outside so we were moved inside. The inside was very dark, lively, and packed. Our booth was right up against the bar which was tight but we were just happy to not be rained on. We also had the rolls which were cooked perfect and flakey. The spicy rigatoni was delicious ( sort of a copy of carbone). Not pictured was the sea bass which was the best thing consumed. Favorite foods of the night were sea bass and the crepes, definitely get those ! The other reason for the three star review is how we were rushed out of the restaurant. If you are looking for a place to yap with your girlfriends this is not it.

We were so excited to get a reservation as this place has been booked out for months since it is so popular. Our reservation apparently glitched through open table and the staff still accommodated us. The staff went over the top to apologize for us being seated at the raw bar instead of the dining room seating. The raw bar seating was fine and you could still experience the ambiance, the only downside is not having a lot of room. However, it is cozy and intimate at the raw bar. The outdoor seating is on the side walk and does not have the ambiance the indoor dining offers. I highly recommend dining indoors. All of the food was delicious! The croissant rolls were flaky and buttery. We tried multiple cocktails but the star is the key lime pie martini which is not too sweet, smooth and very tangy. Highly recommend trying it! The corn pot pie was a recommendation and very delicious! The topping was buttery and crisp with a creamy corn center. The agnolotti pasta had a lot of depth and flavor profiles. I couldn't decide which pasta to order and this was such a great choice. The wagyu steak was tender and cooked correctly. A side of chimichurri came with the steak which was so fresh and flavorful. The fries were good, a little soggy, but the aioli sauce was delish. All of the staff members were friendly and attentive. Overall the food and dining experience was 10/10!

We an an incredible experience and will definitely be back! Our food and drinks were delicious, our server was very friendly and prompt, and the ambiance was nice. Some of the tables are seated very close to one another. The valet was wonderful and quick! We will definitely be back.

Super friendly, checked on us just the right amount and made the whole dinner feel easy. I had the surf and turf which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My dining partner ordered the salmon and loved it just as much. I had a few Palomas and honestly lost count at some point which probably says everything about how good they were. Between the food the drinks the service and the view this place really gets it right and I'd definitely come back and recommend it.

Around the table, there were fried chicken wings, a big juicy burger, French fries (very tasty) and one of my cousins have the special skewered chicken from the Brazilian menu. She reported the chicken to be very bland despite its colorful appearance. All in all, everyone said, their food was "OK." The specialty drinks, Caipirinha (X 2) were good. The manager checked on us twice to make sure we were having a good time and we were - generally speaking. It's a beautiful rooftop. The wait was pretty long but the bar was first come first serve so we hoped to snag a spot there instead. The restaurant itself is tight. I ordered "The Crush" which had green grapes in it. It was so refreshing and delicious!! It's been a couple of weeks since we went and I'm still thinking about how good that drink was. I forgot what my bf got to drink but he enjoyed it as well. Finally some seats opened up at the bar and we were able to sit there and I'm so glad we did. Our bartender, I believe his name was Sam, was on point. Just exceptional service from him. He was great at his job and we also really enjoyed our conversation with him. To eat we ordered the deviled eggs, the tuna tartare and the Emerald Kale Salad with Rotisserie Chicken. The salad was just so incredible we ordered one to go as well. The food is absolutely worth coming back here for, the tuna tartare was also fantastic. The deviled eggs were okay, but I'm not a good judge for them as I'm not a huge deviled eggs person. My favorite items were the chicken meatballs (perfect texture, with the right amount of spicy mustard) and the prime rib sandwich (the bread was soft, steak was juicy and tender, horseradish was creamy). ALL of our dishes, however, were soooo good, and I'd order any of them a second time! Small seating area inside (just a few tables and bar seats), and they don't accept reservations, so expect to wait a little bit. The inside is dark, with warm lighting and big leather booths; you don't feel like you're in south Florida anymore, it's a northern cozy vibe. I took a seat at the end of the empty bar and waited for a bartender. I was greeted quickly and offered a lunch and cocktail menu. However, I had to ask for the Happy Hour Menu (I arrived at 1:13pm). Not sure if this is a standard practice or if the bartender truly had just lost track of time. After perusing the happy hour menu (all items listed are $10) I decided on the Citrus Mojito, the Wagyu Steak Skewer, the Beef Cheek Empanada and the Lobster Bisque Shooter. The mojito was GOOD. Very refreshing, not too sweet, yet still light and flavorful. I felt good after one. The Wagyu Steak Skewer was the most UNDERWHELMING choice of the afternoon. Thick cut of meat, salted nicely, but if you don't like your cow still mooing don't order! I did not get a choice in temperature. It wasn't a huge deterrent for me but definitely could be unsettling for others. The Beef Cheek Empanada was my favorite bite of the afternoon. My only complaint is that you only get one per order lol. Flakey crust. Filled with nicely seasoned beef. 10/10! The Lobster Bisque Shooter has great potential, but today, was poorly executed. The lobster bisque itself is exceptionally flavorful, but terribly salty. It doesn't help that the cheese in the grilled cheese sandwich adds a layer of salt, that in conjunction with the soup, just ultimately cripples the dish. Any happy hour downtown with a $10 drink option is a gem in itself, but I would certainly return for the empanadas.

These were absolutely to die for and the gesture was very kind. The eggrolls, bbq sauce, and ranch were the highlight of our food adventure here. You could tell this was all freshly made. We both ordered burgers and those were very good, hearty, and not greasy. Their house sauce B1 added a perfect element of smokiness to the burger. Gabby's service ensured we always had refills, never had to ask for anything, and the table was always clean. Rachel stopped by and checked on us and also gave us cute glasses to take home with us and coupons to come back for happy hour for some "off menu snacking".
