Be forewarned, the place gets packed! - The staff was rude. At one point we were just kinda wandering around looking for bar seating, and were reluctantly helped when we stopped to ask a question. And by reluctantly I mean eye roll, attitude voice & microaggressive moves like sighing & curt comments. I personally prefer my burger well done, which can sometimes come across as overcooked, so that's something to keep in mind depending on your preference. For entrées, we also tried the filet mignon au poivre and the scallops with asparagus (the special of the day), both of which were well prepared and enjoyable. Now here's what we ordered: Akaushi Hanger Steak: Served with truffle crema, cowboy butter, and tallow-cooked sweet potato frites that melt in your mouth. Crispy, buttery, and the best sweet potatoes ever. I'd return just for this! Berkshire Rib Chop: My husband swapped the broccolini for an assorted carrots with apricot purée, wood-fired onion, and black garlic molasses. We are picky with steak temperatures and had to send ours back, but our waiter (wish I could remember his name) he was amazing and had it remade exactly right. Everything was seasoned perfectly! Carrot Cake: We took it to go and it was still delicious two days later. Truly the best we've ever had! We will definitely be back! Wishing them tons of success.
