First time in this restaurant saw a lot of advertisement so we thought we give it a go. It is summer. We went there on a night. There was only a couple of couples in there. They have a summer special. We enjoyed the summer special. I had the carrot ginger soup and then the Bronzino and then you had a choice of dessert. We also had the pasta Alfredo calamari nice bread basket complementary waiter was very nice informative casual Café dining room they do have outdoor seating. It's off of Ocean Drive but you don't see any ocean free parking lot.

We came here early on a Saturday night around 5pm right when they open and there was plenty of seating inside, by the bar, or outside by their patio. We decided to sit outside on the patio and it was nice having the greenery surround the side enclosing the patio space having a barrier between the parking spaces. The acrylic chairs were also very comfortable and overall I enjoyed the design of the space. They also do take reservations by phone if you plan on coming during a busy dinner hour. We started off ordering a San Daniele pizza for the table to share as a starter and the pizza was so good! It was a thin but fluffy crust with mozzarella, prosciutto and arugula. Absolutely delicious and would definitely order more pizzas to try next time! For my second starter, I ordered the insalata acquarella that had mixed baby greens, cherry tomatoes, shaved fennel, thinly sliced watermelon radish, and a Dijon lemon dressing. It was a great portion so I shared a portion with my future father-in-law. My future mother-in-law ordered the carciofi alla griglia which is the grilled artichoke with a garlic lemon aoli which she absolutely loved. She said it was very flavorful and the artichoke was perfectly cooked. My fiancé ordered the polpo mediterraneo for his starter which is the pan seared octopus on a bed of chickpea purée and chorizo. The octopus had a great char and I enjoyed the bite of texture and the purée was creamy with a bit of meaty kick from the chorizo. For my entree, I ordered the tagliatelle bolognese and it was so good I cleaned my plate. It had the right amount of meaty sauce to tagliatelle noodles ratio and it was so flavorful. I would recommend this as a pasta dish. My fiancé got the fish kabobs that had a mix of chargrilled brazino, shrimp, swordfish, and scallops. The presentation hanging was so grand. He finished it all. They have a good wine list with wines from Napa and Italy. They also have a cocktail list named after the names of the buildings / condos on this street. We live at the cove so we had to order the cove gin and tonic drink! The service was great! They were very attentive to our table and also let us try samples of the wine before deciding if that is what we wanted to order which is very nice. There's plenty of parking spaces available out front of the restaurant and also very walkable from many of the nearby buildings. We enjoyed our dinner and would definitely come back in the future!

Surprisingly great cuisine for a place near the beach. Exceptional chef. We've been several times. Food is dead on. Prosciutto is top grade. Pasta is Al dente and not over sauced. Bar rocks. Service is great! Definitely seek this place out. They even have free parking!

This charming spot has had its ups and downs...but I'm happy to say under the direction of a new chef and the brilliant and well trained new manager Darleen, its a must go. Everything yummy , bar beautiful but check out the Casio et Pepe!

I did not know this restaurant existed. I didn't even realize this restaurant was in this nondescript commercial building nestled between Tideline and the Lake Worth Beach and Casino, just officially over the Palm Beach line. But there I was to celebrate my mom's birthday in a lovely outside patio. And I have to tell you, the food and experience were magical. Very magical. Originally, we were going to dine somewhere else until my mom heard about this place. I'm glad she changed her mind and chose Acqua instead. I was super impressed with the cuisine and the service, with the patio's ambiance being amazing. At first, I thought the restaurant was located at the old Mulligan's until I realized otherwise. Of course, I didn't bother to use GPS based on my assumption. It's in the next commercial building, right before the Tideline Hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the gentlemen opened and held the door open for us, knew we were part of my mom's birthday party, and led us to the table outside on the patio. The outdoor patio was screened and had a very nice wooden ceiling with torch-styled lights on the walls in between the screened openings. When the sun is setting, it's a really nice ambiance to enjoy with friends or take a date. The inside has more of a chic, aquatic feel, with the blue-lit bar counter being the centerpiece of the energy. I would come here to hang at the bar for drinks. They make delicious cocktails, but their list revolves more around wine and some beer. With respect to cocktails, the Aviation fits the bill. Served in a martini glass, this gin-based drink was light but fruity and tasty, with a marinated cherry nestled at the bottom. The cuisine here is delicious. Starting with the Tuna Tartare, my lady and I devoured it, enjoy each bite between the tuna, shredded greens, and avocado mousse. The risotto fruiti del mar was savory and satisfying, especially with the shrimp, scallops, and lobster tail. For dessert, the chocolate mousse was class. Very sweet and succinct with wonderful chocolatey goodness. Overall, this place deserves multiple visits. They have a great menu and hospitality for a terrific experience no matter the occasion.

We sat in the inside but the windows were open to the outside so you still feel like you're part of the life happening outdoors. I'm also a really big fan of their bar area. Since it was our first time she helped guide us through the menu and made some great recommendations. She informed us that it is a scratch kitchen so I was excited to taste some fresh food. We started off with her recommendation of the house baked artisan bread. It does change, but it was absolutely delicious! My favorite was the sesame sourdough. For entree we got the Caesar salad which I loved. It was perfectly dressed with just the right amount of dressing and the dressing had a great balance of zest. The croutons were also crunchy and fresh. We also got the Piccante pizza which was so yummy! It has spicy salami and peppadews. I personally didn't find the pizza to be spicy but I am definitely not "Spicy Sensitive". I absolutely loved the little peppadews. They were like little bursts of flavor when you would bite into one. For dessert we got Summer's recommendation of the raspberry lemon bombolini as she told us the chef was testing out the flavors. It was so so good!! The bombolini itself was not greasy at all and was stuffed with a bunch of the raspberry cream. The lemon icing on top was nice and tart and made your mouth water with every bite! Definitely a great place to hang out.

Several semi booths surround the restaurant with very plush seating and chairs facing the other way. Several full tables in the center of the restaurant and a large bar in the back. My only complaint about the seating is that it makes you quite a bit lower than the table. I'm 6 foot 3 and my head was just barely above the table. The menu was small, but that's OK. I like a small menu. The hot rolls they begin with were fresh and warm. They could've used a little butter, but other than that they were quite tasty. The clam appetizer that we got was amazing. piled high with clams in the shell and topped with a large amount of chopped clams served in a white wine, buttery, garlicky sauce. My lobster raviolis were tender, full and covered in a delicious sauce. My brother's rigatoni Bolognese was perfectly al dente and covered with plenty of wonderful meat sauce. For dessert, I had a luxurious piece of chocolate upon chocolate cake while my brother enjoyed a raspberry cheesecake. Our server was quite attentive and very friendly. I am happy to say that during the course of our dinner more people did come into the restaurant and by the time we were finishing and were ready to leave there were maybe five or six groups of people eating. I talk about the "curb-to-table" experience frequently. In my former role as a Delta Air Line Captain, I recognized the curb-to-plane challenges our customers encountered. Chef Conley has created a friendly and welcoming experience from curb-to-table. It starts with the complimentary valet. Finally. Finally. I learned about our regular valet: MANNY! Manny, thank you for the kindness and safe service you have given us. You are usually the first person who takes care of the Buccan Family. You create the smile before we walk in the doors of Buccan or Imoto. Thank you. Solang' (my spelling is probably wrong and I apologize): You are such a beautiful soul. Thank you for your kind words to Laura as we left. Kindness makes a difference. While kindness is free, sincerity is priceless. Wow, I haven't even chatted about the food. We tried something new this time. After our small plates, we tried the pork chop. The mild onion and sweet rhubarb---simply stunning. Even shared, we boxed some for home. I don't care if you are watching what you eat. Close your eyes! The chocolate cookies (warmed) are a must. Period. Selfishly, I hope Chef Clay never gets a tv show. A book deal is allowed. We want this local treasure and his team to remain anchored here. Clay and his team are own foodie treasure in our back yard. But wait, there's more: Honored to watch Chef Clay modestly expand the Miami environs. He will be opening his Buccan-Imoto-Buccan Sandwich Shop experience in Coral Gables sometime in June/July. OMG, we cannot wait for this to open. Though retired from the airlines (I miss my MIA overnights), we will make the trip to celebrate these new venues. However, we will do it very quietly. We do not wish to be labeled as stalkers. Probably one of my longest reviews. I love seeing hard working people succeed. What this team does for the community is simply breathtaking. The ambiance strikes that perfect balance between fine dining and comfortable sophistication. Warm lighting, attentive service, beautifully plated dishes, and the kind of atmosphere where you can slow down and really enjoy dinner. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Some highlights from the vegan menu: * Melanzane e Zucchine -- warm zucchini carpaccio with pine nuts, crispy artichokes, and eggplant that was beautifully balanced and packed with texture * Barbabietole, Avocado e Cetrioli -- avocado, sliced red beet, cucumber, and orange vinaigrette with gorgeous presentation and incredibly fresh ingredients * Polpette di Verdure -- vegan meatballs made with eggplant, mushrooms, roasted lentils, breadcrumbs, and onions in tomato sauce. Comforting, flavorful, and one of my favorite dishes of the night * Risotto ai Porcini e Spinaci Profumato al Tartufo -- rich porcini mushroom risotto with spinach and truffle oil that felt perfect for an upscale Italian dinner And the dessert absolutely deserves its own moment. The vegan ricotta cheesecake with fresh berries and house made sorbet was outstanding. The house made ricotta had an incredibly light, creamy texture, the berries and sorbet kept everything bright and balanced, and the crust was honestly one of the best parts of the dish. Cafe Sapori also has a very extensive wine list that really elevates the whole experience if you enjoy pairing wine with dinner. What makes this place especially great is that it works whether you are fully vegan, plant curious, or dining with non vegan friends. You can enjoy a full upscale vegan dining experience while others order from the regular menu, which is what helped make Cafe Sapori such a well known and respected restaurant in the first place. Also worth mentioning: the prices felt very fair for the level of service, presentation, ingredients, and overall experience. Huge appreciation to the staff for making plant based dining feel fully integrated into the experience instead of an afterthought. Can't wait to go back.
