Usually when you order biscuits and gravy, it's one (or two) biscuit cut in half with the gravy over it. This biscuit wasn't cut in half and was just put on the plate with the gravy on it making it a bit hard to cut into/get good bites. Overall wasn't really enjoyable. My fiance liked his meal though!

I would prefer to resolve this matter directly and amicably, but I am prepared to pursue further consumer protection actions if necessary.
