The flavors went well together, but both my father and I felt like it lacked a little bit of heat. I asked for Tajin, because I thought that it would be a really good addition of sourness and spice, but unfortunately, Tajin was not available. The selection of hot sauces, on the other hand, was fantastic, and both my father and I slathered our sandwiches in hot sauce. The service was fantastic. For such a busy day like Father's Day, our server was on her toes from beginning to end, tending to a number of booths, but making us feel like we were her top priority throughout our experience.
