This Starbucks is my neighborhood Starbucks. And frequent this location quite often. Never thought of writing a review for this location until one morning. I ordered 3 drinks and had the cup holder to hold them. Well. My clumsy self walked out the front door and totally dropped a drink out of the cup holder. A full matcha venti on the floor! I was so sad and embarrassed because everyone in the Starbucks saw me drop it. lol so I just threw away the empty cup in the garbage can in front of me. And was going to sadly leave with my other two. But one of the employees I forget his name came out and said we will make you another one! So sweet! I love them. I know it's a part of their policy to be kind to the customers. But I really do enjoy them at this Starbucks. Never a bad experience with them. And love them even more since my incident! My friend took me here to celebrate my birthday. My turkey bacon, cheddar, and egg white sandwich was warm and flavorful. My chocolate croissant could have used more chocolate in the middle... My mocha latte was perfect! We sat outside as it was early and the weather was pleasant. We chose this location because of my friend's previous positive experiences and the option of outdoor seating. I just left a business lunch at a nearby restaurant & wanted to treat myself with something yummy but caffeine free. I love caffeine but I am under doctors orders to stay away from it, so I try my hardest. I try but I really could be trying harder, the struggle is so real. I ordered a grande (16 oz) Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino ~ which is Starbucks version of a medium. This is a cream based drink that doesn't contain any coffee, but it does have plenty of chocolate chips. Basically my Frappuccino was like an ice cream shake but without the ice cream; loaded up with carbs and calories~but very yummy. The employees are always nice in this store, which is highly appreciated. My drink was delicious and prepared perfectly. They were light on the snacks but that's okay. I wanted to bring home something for tonight but I truly don't need the extra calories and carbs. Parking in this plaza could be challenging but I found a spot in front of the store; which I took as a sign that my fattening drink was just meant to be. Lot's of available seating here & if I had my laptop I would have stayed a while. There were a few customers working on their laptops both inside and outside of the store. Holding back the 5th star because they didn't have much of a selection of snacks. Did you know Starbucks has the best bagged popcorn? It's light, buttery and so good. I'd almost forgot about this Starbucks. It is much bigger, better staffed and more efficient than the one on BB Blvd/Congress. Although, walking in, there was a small crowd hovering in the front waiting on their drinks, time went by fast and I got mine quick. They have plenty of sofas to sit and wait on your orders. But, I think everyone thinks someone will pickup their drink first? Idk, or is it caffeine drinkers are just impatient people waiting for their "fix?" Anyway, I would drive 2 minutes farther to join in on the fun here. read more

This Starbucks is one of my favorites. First off, all the staff are friendly every time I enter. They're always so friendly, patient, and accommodating when I have questions. Second, there is plenty of space in the shop! They have casual lounge/couch chairs for leisure as well as tables for working. There are also some tables outside as well! Today they had a deal for buy one get one in app. I wanted to try something I saw on tiktok in a venti cup, I wasn't impressed by it (this is not on the staff, just drink choice lol). My first time ordering a coffee at Starbucks. Definitely not worth the hype. The cashier was super nice and all but they messed up my order. I went in for an espresso shot and a light breakfast. I was talked into getting a coffee. So I decided to add an espresso shot with sugar and creamer. They didn't put any creamer or sugar in there. Do I highly doubt they put an espresso shot in there. I had to pout out some of my coffee in the my own liquid sugar and creamer in like they instructed me to do so. The coffee taste bad still. Not even 6 pumps of sugar and half a mini cup of "creamer" ... (milk) helped... Didn't try my food yet, just decided to write a review now. I hope that's good atleast. I guess I'll just add more sugar from my house to my coffee. No point of me getting coffee from there if I have to make it on my own. But ok. read more

Every time I arrive I'm greeted with a smile and willingness to get my order to me in not just a timely manner but make sure it is correct... not that I'm overly picky, but just so that I feel like my order, small or large, is personalized! I meet my father in law here constantly and we love the atmosphere and people watching. If you are looking for a Starbucks and are on congress you need to stop in! Seriously? Had a rude experience today and a horrible drink! It got so bad that I had to send my daughter out of the store with my wife. I tasted another drink that the barista had made, but could only drink one sip. We also had to wait forever for our whole group to get served. Always quick, friendly and drinks are delicious. The issues that are continually problematic is there is rarely a parking spot nearby. They also seem to "short" you on your drinks frequently (if I'm going to pay $5+ for a drink, please know I really do want the whole drink!) I like the store manager (Katy) but there's a few employees there lacking in good customer service skills. Wish they'd brush up & revisit how to make the drinks right sometimes. I LOVE this starbucks. I am not a coffee person, but these people always get my order spot on and they make my wait fun and enjoyable. They make it a point to get to know me and make sure my order is ready on time and done well! I have never had an issue here and they are so fun! They explain what the flavors should be and never express annoyance when I'm not entirely sure what I want. I have found numerous things that I love that never wanted to try before. Java Chip Frap is my newest way to go. I know Starbucks is probably the same everywhere, but I just really like how friendly the baristas are at my local one! read more

This location has really gone down hill and it is a shame. I have been to this location multiple times in the past and now they have all new faces. Constantly running low on stuff and very slow service. Sometimes the drinks need to be remade and don't taste right the first time. I walked in to order my usual drink with blonde espresso and my barista Sam offered her version of the drink with different espresso shots and explained the difference. She made it herself with love, i've never had someone offer me their opinion of how to make my drink better and i was eager to try and it was amazing! I just relocated to Florida from Chicago. The service here is absolutely amazing. Especially, Takisha Harris. She says good morning every morning to me. No matter what's going on. One of my favorite Starbucks location! Great location and friendly staff... Love to go here and people watch while sipping on some fresh Coffee or Tea... This location is newer as the development is also pretty new... Always seems to be very clean...and they have Free wifi if you need to get on the web! Parking can be a bit tuff as its a busy plaza with several stores and restaurants so I always find myself parking a bit far but it's all good... The cheese Danish's are always fresh and the baristas are always willing to toast them for you... Their Santa Fe flatbread is always great if you want a quick bite as is there new croissant breakfast sandwich... Personally I love their black iced tea with a few pumps of classic sweetener and peppermint! Or their iced caramel latte! Will definitely return to this great location! Went to this Starbucks on a Saturday afternoon 8/24/19 and it makes all the difference when you get awesome customer service. The baristas were knowledgeable, caring and fast. I have a Starbucks right close to me on Jog and Lake Worth road and I've been there quite often but never had experienced such great service there. The quality of the drinks were good but I don't understand how they have a barista who will ring you up for products and let you pay without looking beforehand to make sure they have it and then tell me "here are your options." Never had this problem at other Starbucks so they should do some retraining for how to handle register duties. read more

Well what can I say. I like this Starbucks for a number of reasons. First of all, when you order via mobile, they have it together in a timely manner. Also, the staff is extra complimentary in a toned down just right manner which I appreciate you on a different level. I noticed there's a quite diverse group of meet ups at this location too. I heard everything from Jesus peace to school work and how's the corporate world going. So I wouldn't mind coming here on my own and maybe meshing with someone of the locals.
