It's over all on the clean side when it's not to busy (like any location) What I would say is that l have been going here for over 8 years now and the management team has diminished. I waited 40 minutes for a drink my app told me was going to be 10 and the manager said nothing. But because I go there so much I've gotten use to learning to wait longer than the app says now. I went in here to collect my birthday reward and i ended up getting a peanut sauce chicken wrap and a black coffee. It wasn't the easiest transaction. The girl (Christina) at the cash register was new and was making a lot of mistakes but I had patience. The manager (Andrew) came to help her. Opened for walkins and pickups, but no seats inside. At least now I don't have to sit in a drive thru line. Condiments are in the back, so they'll have to take care of it. Probably needed a stirrer because sugar never melts very quickly, it just sits at the bottom. So, sipping tasted like black coffee. read more

Decent location. The milk/sugar area is always tidy which is nice. It's a bit on the small size though, which means it's often hard to find a place to sit. I've been here a few times and the place is usually packed. The staff is ok and they generally do a good job with the coffee and hot food like most branches do. I have to say though, they did screw up my order a few times which was a bit annoying. However, they always make it right when you point it out to them so there's that. read more

Probably one of the best Starbucks locations. Staff is extremely friendly , they prepare drinks quickly, and they make an effort to learn your name. One barista even used to draw cute symbols on my cup likes peace sign, heart, and smiley face. Every time I walk into this Starbucks I leave happy. Also, this location is kept squeaky clean. The sugar area is immaculate compared to many other locations, and someone is always cleaning the cafe. Love this store! read more

I'll admit it's been a while since I've visited any of the Starbucks. I was waiting on a friend. I had decided not to sit with my head down playing with my phone. I observed just how the staff operated. I believe there were 6 employees behind the counter. Each one had a job to perform. It did not seem that anyone was ever in the way of another. Four of them seem to work without any customer interaction. The ones that did were smiling, friendly and served the customer in a timely matter. This location was very well stocked. Neat and orderly. Floors were spotless, tables clean and as each customer left the tables and or counters they were wiped down immediately and chairs pushed in accordingly. This location seemed to have a steadily flow of customers. Quite a few engaging in conversations. Two or three on there computers( looking important, they could of just been playing games, lol) And one gentleman was actually reading a book. All the customers that came in during the hour and half of my visit were all happy, not one problem or issue arose... Its very obvious the employees here are doing their job and doing it well !! a great job ! Kudos to management !!! read more

Decent Starbucks. Clean, small. Not enough comfy seating. It is located in one of the bleakest most run-down dirt malls in the entire area, with neighbors ranging from orthotic shoes to a Kratam store to a bar that warns potential customers that smoking IS permitted inside. Disgusting. I would not want to hang out here after dark. The location has insufficient staff to handle big orders that come in (probably via the app) so if you happen in after they've just started making 20 frappathings good luck to you. read more

Refused to let an 8 months pregnant woman use the bathroom. Walked in at 2:40pm today after making a mobile order here. Picked up my drink and was rudely told that all bathrooms are closed via company policy. The manager on duty was horrifically rude when I politely explained that no-where is that posted, not online or in store, and I am quite obviously very very pregnant. The managers response is that "if I let you use it I would have to let anyone use it". I should mention there was no one else in the store....Wow. How horrible of a person do you have to be to speak like that to a pregnant woman. Starbucks needs to reevaluate how they vet the people they hire. Perhaps look for a modicum of humanity. Also, I went to a different Starbucks just that morning for a morning coffee and used the restroom? What is this company policy!? Sounds like it a "this location" policy. read more

I love mostly all Starbucks as long as they have great coffee. This location is ideal it's right next to vitamin shoppe. As the saying goes kill two birds with one stone. The service is great, the layout is little different, there's sitting on the coffee bar. I come here to study at Starbucks, I don't get any work done at home too many distractions. I wanted to get a caramel light frappuccino after walking around the freaking mall while not breaking our bank account. I realize I still had a gift card that we could use towards the purchase there. So, we drove over to the northeast corner of Boynton Beach and Congress. You have to look for it since it's in the middle of a tiny plaza next to T-Mobile. The service was quick and my frappuccino was delicious. It was icy cold with whipped cream on top. I had a sip of my hubby's gingerbread latte and I wasn't impressed with it. Now they roast way too much coffee to maintain quality control, and they have departed from their core competencies in coffee and sell so much ancillary garbage it looks like a bazaar meets bus station decor. I never complain and I hate conflict, but this is something I can't seem to get over considering I go to this exact Starbucks everyday and have never had a problem before. This afternoon at around 12:45pm I went to Starbucks to get a drink, when I pulled up, it was a mad house. The line was all over the place between the parking lot, the road, the line, etc. the way I pulled in while arriving, I was practically stuck in the middle of all of that with no choice. If I didn't move ASAP, I probably would've been in a car accident. So I had no choice but to sort it maneuver my way into the line so no one else got stuck/hit but in no way, shape, or form was I trying to cut the line, I was still going to let all the cars go until someone kindly let me in. Well, 2 seconds into maneuvering a little bit closer, i hear someone slamming on their horn and I look over and it's a lady laying on her horn at me, waving her hands up at me. So I said what would you like me to do you can still go in front of me? But then she continued to lay on her horn, flick me off, and practically cause a scene. So now I'm getting angry and continue to stay in front of her in the line. Finally she gets out of the line and parks and as she passes my car, she is flicking me off out the window screaming nonsense, I didn't say anything back. Then come to find out, she gets out of the car and it was a Starbucks employee that works there, short black hair lady. When she was walking into the store, she then came closer to my car and flicked me off closer to my window. So now I am furious. When I approached the intercom to place my order, I ordered my drink and then kindly asked " when I get to the window, can I please speak to a manager?" She replied " yes ma'am, I am actually the manager so I would be more than happy to take care of you" in no way was I trying to get a free order, an apology, nothing. I just wanted them to know how really disappointed I was since I am a regular here. I get to the window and kindly explain what happened, and after I spoke, the manager rolled her eyes, and only replied " ok so what was your order" I told her my order again and then says " here you go have a nice day drinks on us today" and as I drove away kind of annoyed that was how the manager handled the situation, she said something as I drove away. Usually goto a Starbucks near my shop but since today was my daughter bday I came here to grab my morning coffee. Ordered what I usually get, which is a grande iced coffee, no sugar, w/ a little low fat milk and a turbo shot added to it. Very nice out the order in, I paid, and moved so the next person could be helped. About 2 minutes later she hands me a hot coffee, I let her know I wanted it iced. She was a bit confused went to the register then changed her mind and grabbed a plastic cup and proceeded to poor hot coffee into a plastic cup with her bare hands. I tried to alert her to put ice first but to late. Then I see her shuffling on the counter I guess to try and fit some ice in. She walks back to me and hands me a warm coffee in a plastic cup. She already had a line waiting for her, I said thank you, took the coffee politely, left the Starbucks and tossed it in the garbage. Went to another Starbucks near by. Will never go back to this Starbucks. Honestly my first bad experience with Starbucks and Of course it had to be the one right by my house lol read more
