Boynton blonde and french vanilla coffee pot Porter. Delicious!
    Barbara J.

Delicious brew in a modern venue. It is a little out of the way, but the beer is worth the trip. Cons: It would be nice if it was dog friendly.

Worth the visit but hard to find in a warehouse area. The beers were spot on. Great selection and fresh tasting beers. I had a flight of 4 different ones which all were tasty. I had a Boynton Blonde ale, Old School Heffe, French Vanilla Porter and a Commerce Park Pale in my flight. I'd say my favorite was actually the Boynton Blonde Ale. It has a spacious interior that was recently expanded with a kitchen area for food. If you like local breweries this one would definitely be one to try.

I was in Palm Beach and I had to stop by NOBO brewing company to give it a try! I haven't been in a very long time and forgot the amazing choices this brewery has to offer. It has a very spacious inside, with a ton of games to play while also a spacious bar. They have shuffleboard, toss games, and a bunch of other ones to choose from. When I looked at the beer menu, I saw sooo many options I couldn't choose what I wanted. I was stuck between 6 choices I wanted to try. Unlike most breweries, NOBO has a bunch of blonde ales, pale ales, heffe choices and others. I am not an IPA, Hazy, or Sour fan so it was great to see those were the minority of choices at this brewery. So for my flight, I chose the Boynton Blonde, Jalapeño Honey Blonde, French Vanilla Coffee Porter, Commerce Park Pale. Ranking them, the Jalapeño Honey Blonde ale was my favorite, then I loved the French vanilla coffee porter, then the boynton blonde, and the commerce park ale was good but my least favorite choice. The bar was a bit dead the time we went and couldn't really ask many questions to the bartender about the beer which was unfortunate. They also don't have a menu present in the bar and just a QR code, they definitely should make a menu board printed out or on a TV screen to make it more accommodating to visitors too. I definitely would stop by NOBO again for another flight or even a pour of one of those Blonde Ales.

Great atmosphere and they really know their beers. It's definitely tucked off but worth having a look-see. We came here on our way back from peanut Island. We are greeted by one of the owners who was working behind the bar and he was so delightful. Will definitely make my way back when I'm up this way!

Greeted by Darren, he served me the 4 pours from their Fight The Sour Fest list: Imperial Forces Fruit Punch (mildly sweet), Jalapeno Honey Mango Sour (the pepper was the stronger note) , Orange Fun Dip (sweet/zesty) and Cherry Starburst (the sweetest.) I basically ordered this quad as a beer flight and was very pleased with this decision. :) I was here because if the pop up kitchen by Tom's Louisiana Kitchen. I'll write this part of the review separately. I finished off with the coffee beer from here enjoy the last of the dishes The ambiance was quiet. I don't recall hearing music, but that's ok. I'm a hard of hearing individual, so it's no surprise! It was a trek to get here, but not too bad since I visit south parts of Boca from time time.

Love it here. Great spot to hang out and have a few beers. Food available some nights, not sure of the schedule. They brew their beers on site, and they are excellent. I am a fan of the NOBO Crushable Haze. My brother likes the lighter, Boynton Blonde. Very Friendly staff. RECOMMENDED

This was my first visit to Nobo and though it had a few cons to match the pros, overall I was impressed... Tucked away on a back street in a Boynton Beach district that has seen better days, there's nothing fancy or frilly about the exterior... or interior... Hard metal stools screech jarringly when you try to move them over the bare concrete floor, you get your own water from a cooler over by the door, and the taps are all plain and non-descript, but none of that is why you go to a brewery. You go to a brewery for the beer, and damn, they did good... We got a flight of 8 flavors left over from the recent bacon and marshmallow fest. They were 5 ounce pours, and full to the rim so definitely enough for both of us to have a decent tasting, then tried a couple of other things too. In the end, our favorites weren't even part of the bacon / marshmallow fest that brought us in, but our bartender made us up a couple of cans to go!! They host trivia nights, painting nights, and plenty of new beer samplings here too. Solid showing for a first visit and we will be back.

The best Fall beer I HAVE EVER HAD. Maple Pumpkin!!!

The best Fall beer I HAVE EVER HAD. Maple Pumpkin!!! This is a 10/10! I've been coming here year after year and this is by far my favorite beer they have ever brewed. Slayyyyyed and Hi Darren!

So glad we came to experience this brewery. The gentleman who was serving us (I believe the owner) came and greeted us and served us very quickly. I asked for a sweeter wine and he recommended the Riesling and it was amazing. My husband tried 3 different blends of beer and liked most of them, but the fact that they have such a huge variety of beers was great. There is adequate seating with an extra room that opens up if there isn't enough room in the main area. They also have games like connect 4, Jenga, and more. The only reason I took one star off was because there is no food. Understandable for a smaller-sized brewery. When we went, however, there was a food truck in the parking lot that served empanadas. Not sure if that's always there. Other than that, this place would be excellent to hang out at with some friends for beers or wine!

Love this hole in the wall spot!!! The service was amazing. So personaable. I was able to try many beer before I found one that I liked and grabbed a beer. The bartender was very knowledgeable. And allowed me to try even there new things. Honestly recommend the spot, and I would totally come back again. You should try it

The small brewery had a great vibe and luckily, we were able to get 4 seats together at the bar as it is pretty small in size. The great thing about hanging out with other craft beer loving friends is sometimes people know people. Lara knows the brewmaster, who was there that day, so we were able to get a tour of their back area and see what they were working on at the moment. It is always great to see the passion from someone when they are talking about their craft and you can just tell how much they love it. We had My Schwarz Is Bigger Than Yours, Jalapeño Honey Blonde, Go Fluff Your Nutter and Basil IPA.

They are following Covid Guidelines. I am not a fan of IPA beers but we came to try out a food truck (CML) and we were lucky to grab a table inside. The servers are super friendly and helpful. I tried the Jalapeno Blonde Ale and enjoyed it. My boyfriend got the Hefeweizen and he enjoyed it. I could only get the Google Water in the can because the flavor of the day I was allergic too. I'm not sure if the tapped version is better or different but the canned version was very flat. I didn't complain about it. But I wouldn't get another one. I would come back if another food truck were here and post Covid I would like to try a flight of beers to sample others.

So is nobo brewery dog friendly?

They have an outdoor seating area that would be fine for Fluffy, but I wouldn't expect to bring him inside any bar.

It's a comfortable, cool warehouse space right next to the railroad tracks, which breweries always seem to be. Adds a little character to the spot. They've got their own distillery and a pizza menu, which is a big plus since a lot of breweries don't offer much in the food department. And what's really nice is their little outdoor patio where you can bring your fur baby. Pet friendly always gets bonus points from me. We grabbed a high top inside and settled in with our picks, a Florida Premium Lager and The Past Is the Future IPA. Of course we were sipping from each other's glasses because that's just what we do. My lager was light and crisp, super easy drinking, and the IPA had that really nice citra hop that we IPA lovers appreciate. Simple stop, good beer, laid back atmosphere. Exactly the kind of place you pop into for a quick wind down after a long day.

They have a really nice outdoor seating area, complete with heaters when needed. We chose to dine inside. The vibe inside the restaurant was kind of a boho rustic feel, and I really liked it. Soft lighting and music really set the tone. We were immediately greeted by our server, Gustavo, and given our menus. We don't drink, but they had a nice selection of drinks, cocktails and spirits. We decided to start with the sweet and sour cauliflower. It was absolutely delicious! Cauliflower battered and fried and tossed in a sweet and sour sauce. For our entree we shared the 44oz Creekstone ribeye. It was served with charred broccolini and and a fried airy potato side dish that was out of this world! The steak came sliced and off the bone, so it was perfect for sharing. It was served with 3 toppings; a horseradish sauce, a balsamic glaze, and delicious mixture of sliced peppers. Our steak was cooked perfectly, and seasoned well. We did not have dessert there, as we had a birthday cake at home. And I feel remiss that I didn't even look to see what they had. Overall, it was the perfect place to have a romantic, celebratory dinner! Thanks Driftwood. *Just a Note ~ I found it odd they added a 20% tip on a 2 top table, and I was glad I noticed it on the bill before we double tipped.
