Wonderful microbrewer in an industrial area of Boca Raton. The staff is always incredibly friendly and accommodating. For food, they have one of the best taco trucks. I've experienced anywhere in the US. It's called Taco Inn. They are not there every night, so you may want to call prosperity before heading out if tacos are critical to your plans. They have other food trucks on the nights that Taco Inn is not present, so you won't go without food even if tacos aren't on the menu. read more

We came here for trivia night as we were looking for a place that does it on tuesdays. We've done it many times before, like at saltwater brewery in delray (highly recommend!). We always get at least one drink to help with the costs and because we get thirsty, duh. Upon arrival (NOT LISTED ON WEBSITE), we were told it is an $18 drink minimum per person--quite exorbitant in today's economy. We decided to leave because that price necessitates 2 alcoholic drinks or 4 nonalcoholic drinks which is lowkey too much for one person. While we were leaving, the owner muttered something like "don't come if you can't pay" which we ignored. He came outside to apologize (too little too late). Prosperity Brewery is tucked away in a dark industrial area in east Boca Raton. I needed to Waze it to get there, and I've lived in Boca for over 20 years. It's pretty low-key from the road and easy to miss, especially at night. I came here for an alumni event and honestly hadn't heard of this place before. Inside, there's a cozy setup with a small stage and indoor seating. Our group was outside in the back under a covered canopy, with twinkly white lights, which was perfect for enjoying the nice weather this time of year in November. They offered a selection of locally brewed beers. I tried the Hefferweiser, which was pretty good. There's also a food truck out front serving Burmese food. Overall, this is a fun and laid-back venue to hang out with friends, possibly catch some live music, and enjoy a local brew. Great sours. Friendly service. Really good ipas and pepper beers. They make you feel very welcome. I found it strangr that when you start a tab, they don't take your card. Very trusting and it reflects their laid back attitude and general demeanor. All their beers are solid. Came in while on vacation expecting a relaxed brewery stop and instead got a masterclass in how to undermine your own business. The bartenders were excellent: genuinely the only saving grace here. Friendly, welcoming, and clearly trying their best to create a good experience despite what's happening around them. The beer itself was okay. Nothing to complain about on that front. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere is completely dragged down by management presence. From the moment the bald owner is involved in the floor experience, the tone shifts. After he introduced himself, the interaction immediately felt awkward and set a noticeably uncomfortable tone for the rest of the visit. We were there during trivia night, which should've been fun and laid-back, but instead it felt like there was constant pressure to keep ordering drinks in a way that made the whole experience feel more transactional than welcoming. It took what should have been an easy, social brewery night and made it feel tense and a bit forced. It's actually impressive in a frustrating way: a place with good staff and decent beer managing to create an atmosphere that feels uncomfortable because of how it's run. Hospitality is the bare minimum for a brewery, and somehow that seems to be the hardest part here. You can tell the bartenders are doing everything they can to hold the experience together, but there's only so much they can do when the tone from management works against them. The bald manager has terrible vibes. If you're stopping in just for the bartenders and a quick drink, you might still salvage a decent visit. If you're expecting a relaxed, welcoming brewery experience, especially on an event night, this probably isn't it. A hidden gem with a great selection of craft beers. They don't sell food. However there is a food truck that parks outside. You can bring your food inside or eat it outside on the picnic tables. There is also an area in the back of prosperity breweries where you can sit at high top tables. Both bartenders were very down to earth and helpful with picking a beer. I really liked the tangerine beer and will definitely be back for some more. I also sampled the vanilla cream and liked that as well. If you go, be careful that the gos doesn't send you right past the place. There is not much signage. Look for the food truck and lots of cars parked in the grass. A more than pleasant evening here, though it did start a bit late due to some technical issues. The opened at 6:30 tonight but it was worth waiting. Inside, I sat at a comfy seat where I enjoyed their wifi, some power outlets and three beers. I don't usually drink three beers but I was here from 6:30 until 9:00 so I felt safe to drive. I'm not a fan of trivia or bingo or comedy shows but it was easy enough to step onto the back patio when they started to set up for the comedian. This brewery is tucked away in a warehouse district. The outside has several picnic tables for drinking and mingling. The inside was very nostalgic with a cool cement bar with fifteen beers on tap that were made here in huge steel vats. Six beer shot flights are available for $14.00. The Green Screen Hazy and Fixer Elixer were amazing including a shot of the Imperial Cherry Sour. The bartender Samantha was super friendly and knowledgeable about the beers. The Imperial Cherry is an 8% sour... yes, you read that right, a sour that isn't 4%. And boy is it tasty! But aside from there wide array of beer.... Their customer service is the best in the game! We do not live in the area, otherwise we would visit a lot more, but after going a total of 3 times in the past 2 years, they remembered us and our story and greeted us with open arms! I stopped by solo just to check it out and ended up staying way longer than I planned. The space has a relaxed, laid-back vibe that makes you feel instantly comfortable, even if you're just there to unwind on your own. I tried a flight and loved how different each beer was--the Kölsch was crisp and super easy to drink, and their IPA had a nice citrusy kick without being too bitter. I took my husband to the Prosperty Brewers Yelp event on Tuesday at 5 pm. It's in the industrial area of Boca off the beaten track. It's a great place to hang out and unwind at the end of the hot summer day. Music was playing and so was the TV. We had a flight of 4 beers to try. My husband loved them all. Believe it or not, this was the first time I drank beer and I did find two that I liked especially the Boca Lager. I'm sure because we went early, it was still very quiet there. Very few patrons were drinking. Unfortunately the food truck doesn't open until 6:30 so we had no food with the beer. We just couldn't wait. Wish that could have been coordinated better. Next time, I will plan better. We also purchased a couple of 6-packs for our home. You can see the distillery in action from where we sat. That's awesome. Bob Ross and Fred Flintstone sitting outside having a drink together was my first indication that Halloween has already arrived in Boca Raton, but luckily this place turned out to be all treat and no trick. Grabbing a beer before headed to the theatre last night, we ended up at Prosperity. This place is an industrial zone of sorts, warehouses and such, so parking is limited off the bat, but there was a reunion or something going on and cars were lined up and down the street, on grass, etc. Anyplace this small with a crowd that big is a good sign! Unlike a lot of local breweries down here who seem to pride themselves on spartan decor, Prosperity is covered in signs, and Halloween decorations. It is a fun atmosphere as soon as you walk in. We found a couple of seats at the bar and started figuring out what we wanted. Tougher than it sounds... Prosperity has all their flavors listed on little chalkboard signs around the bar, and the current 'on tap' is on the wall right in front of you. Our beertender Trent was great and his knowledge of the selections helped guide us in a good direction. I went with a cherry sour (man, was it sour!!) while the lovely Spensyr opted for a blackberry saison. Before leaving we walked around and checked out the back beer garden, and the live music. This is a great place and I'd love to come back when I have more time. read more

We went at 3:15 on Saturday, 1/22/22. The inside is darkly lit and they have games and tables. They also have picnic tables outside. I got a flight of 4 beers ($8): Tang, Cran Slam, Pink Pigeon, and Mexican Hot Cocoa. The Cran Slam was really sweet. The Pink Pigeon was the only one I wasn't too fond of. I really liked the Tang and the Mexican Hot Cocoa. My husband got the Simpatico and wasn't too impressed. If you're in the area and are looking for a brewery, this is a decent bet. It doesn't make sense I never reviewed a very solid brewery right near my house. But here we are, and here we go. The other day I was with a group of friends had plans and they got messed up, so we all voted to stop into Prosperity "for one". I asked for my usual pilsner but they didn't have that flavor brewed up. They did have Blond ale though so I grabbed one of those. We came into the joint about 6PM. A few in the group hadn't been here before, and remarked that it was a nice place. We had solid service. The bartender proved multiple times that she memorized all our names on the first try. Pretty impressive. But more amazing than that she kept all 6 of us with a beer at the ready the entire time. Our "for one", turned into "four" per person. A perfectly good time was had. And that blonde ale, it was darn good. I tried a few others as they were fine with samples, but none were as good as that Blond. I am amazed that I have never reviewed Prosperity Brewers, because I have been here 7 or 8 times at least in the past few years.  If you want good beer in an intimate atmosphere, prosperity is definitely the place to go in Boca.  And now the kitchen is open and they have food. The place from the front always looks like it is closed.  Don't let that deter you. Just step up and open the door.  You will be stepping into beer magic. The BEER: Double Black IPA 8.4% ABV... this is perfection in an IPA, well balanced drinkable/crushable and malty Jelly Roll raspberry amber ale 6% ABV... I didn't think I would like it, but I loved it.  It's an English ale with a hint of raspberry Eastbound & Brown ale 6% ABV... I can't describe this.  It has a fruity nose and then brown Tang tangerine berliner sour 4% ABV... this is extremely sour. Humble Brag American strong ale 7.5% ABV... this is creative and good Intra-Kolsch-tal Kolsch style blonde ale 4.5% ABV... this is a beer that anyone can drink Lima Dorada lemon IPA 7.6% ABV... decent lemon zest IPA Ace in the hole sorachi saison 7.5% ABV... OMG this is delicious Rye - Fidelty rye Pale ale 6.7% ABV... I like this a lot Ocean Man sour ale 3.9% ABV... blueberry sour. Sour is intense. Cool atmosphere.  Cool decorations.  R.I.P. to the chalk board bathroom.  They painted it over.  It will definitely be missed. It was the best thing about the brewery other than the beer. If you want unique beer this is a must visit in Boca Raton Florida.  The beer is delicious and creative. read more

Cool place, a little "broken in" but cozy. Awesome playlist of music on, like I rarely hear music I love, and it was like a flashback to my late HS/early college years, totally liked it! Very dog friendly, some cool art on the walls of what looks like a bulldog, I'm sure there's a story there but great paintings! Saw they had darts and some board games/card games too. Some outside picnic tables with umbrellas, there was a food truck, also awesome! Plenty of seating though the place isn't huge, and the bar seating is a bit small, however it's on par with many breweries I've been too and adds to the ambiance that to me feels like "get comfy, stay awhile" type ambiance. We arrived Thursday of this week at 5pm when they opened, and Kat took care of us! She was super sweet, outgoing and extremely attentive. We also met the owner Dom who was also just as awesome. My partner and I ordered a tasting flight. You do have the option of ordering 4,5 or 6. We ordered the 6 flight option, we liked all of them shockingly ! It's very rare to like all beers on a flight. Small little brewery in Boca with a friendly vibe. My wife and I stopped by with our baby to check it out while I had a few days off during the week. We stopped in early on Thursday and it was pretty busy inside but the bartender was super efficient, friendly and helpful. My wife and I noted how she did such a great job being the only one managing the bar with a room full of people. As we stayed a little longer all the tables began to fill up and even the ones outside were full as we were walking out. They have really nice merch here too, not just your typical tees. Great vibe with a great selection of brews! Since this was our first visit to Prosperity (and it won't be our last), we tried some flights of 4 different beers. They also offer flights with 6 or 8 beers for those who really want to try a variety of brews. The bartender was very friendly and explained the nuances about several of the beers so we could make our selections. Prosperity offers a wide range of beer styles, so there's likely something for everyone's taste. They also have many events throughout the month, including fun parings: cheese & beer, donuts & beer, chocolate & beer, beer & beer (ok, I made up the last one). We ended up at Prosperity after our planned outdoor event was rained out. I actually wasn't expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised. They are located in an industrial area and, from the outside, looks absolutely tiny. Once inside you realize they actually occupy several spaces and its pretty roomy. The interior is rustic. Shiplap on the walls, chalkboards and big, shareable tables. It's very relaxed and inviting. I had a flight and loved their Black Umbrella (dark but not heavy made with boysenberries) and the Pink Pigeon (nice, tart gose with elderberries and cranberries). My only problem was that the beer list is on small chalkboards on the wall and my old eyes couldn't see them very well. It would be nice if the list was larger or there were paper copies to look at. Make sure you say hi to the resident bulldog Tank and look to see if they still have a Yelp check in offer. It was a free beer with the purchase of one full size beer when we were there. read more
