We had a great experience on a Saturday night. We had a 6:30 reservation and were immediately seated. The music started at 8pm and it was loud. If you want to have a conversation, go early. I had the mahi sandwich with the buffalo truffle cauliflower. It was delicious. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion size. The decor is amazing. There is so much to look at. Parking is free in the attached lot. There is a large bar. I can't wait to go back.

This was a fun experience. We met friends here for an early dinner. They had suggested we try the burgers and we were happy we did. Not only were they great burgers but we got to enjoy the very interesting decor, great service and half price burgers at 6pm! Parking was easy in the lot located in a strip center. The restaurant theme was maybe a bit dark and "scary" for some...or fun and different for others like myself. There were couches, chairs, booths and tables along with a bar decorated with lots of weird stuff like bats and skulls. The wall above one booth was covered with Tiki decorations while another had chandelier lighting. At the back of the restaurant area was a stage and an area with an old tv, videos and a rack of vintage clothing. There were game boards and a list of nightly entertainment ..Burlesque shows, karaoke and drag bingo stood out. The menu had plenty of food and drinks to choose from. The service was welcoming and would be a great place to meet up with friends. I will bring some of mine here to check out the fun!

WILD BURLESQUE... Fun night at Revelry in Pompano Beach. Arrived here early for food and drinks before the burlesque show with an entry price of $25.00 per person, which includes a private table. We ordered the Challah Grilled Smoked Gouda Cheese with Tomato Bisque, Chicken Little Sandwich & Fries, and Pretzel & Spice with Mango Habanero and Beer Cheese dips. All the dishes were amazingly tasty and washed down well with a Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Beer. The burlesque show started promptly at 745pm and the entertainers were exquisite each performing a unique sexually powerful act. The gender neutral bathrooms were clean with heavy nostalgic decor (see pic) as well as throughout the entire showroom. Will return to Revelry for Totally 80s Summer Party and the Spelling Buzz - drink while participating in a spelling bee. Fun, Fun, Fun time...just would prefer less intermission time, but still does not diminish that strong five star rating.

I lived in Lake Worth where I was walking distance from the original location the focused primarily on a vast selection of craft beer and always offering Underbergs for quick shots. That place was a beautiful gem that unfortunately closed following COVID and other conditions. My wife and I were finally able to visit the new location in Pompano Beach just down the street from the Pompano Beach Amphitheater where we were seeing the Violent Femmes. Needless to say, the new location takes everything I loved about the original location and enhances it to another level: larger space, much more stylish speakeasy-like atmosphere that emphasizes on the burlesque events, excellent cocktails, and a food menu. With the original owners steering the magic of the new and enhanced location, the staff running the bar are amazing, cool, and friendly. The service was stout at the bar as we ordered a couple of cocktails while a band played some covers such as "Under the Milky Way" by the Church. For my money, the Burlesque Tart was grand with the red ruby grapefruit complimenting the Gray Whale Gin, while the Stockholm Syndrome takes your palate on an epic, emotional journey that starts with passion fruit before making a left turn into peanut butter and then sending you into a spicy finish from the Ghost Tequila. While the bar and lounge with its splendid embroidered furniture and burlesque vibes is a bit far for us (we are in the Acreage in West Palm Beach), I would return for their brunch and weekend vibes in a heartbeat. Revelry beats anything you may find nowadays in downtown West Palm and probably Himmarshee Street in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Period.

Unexpected gem in the back corner of a small strip mall. Loud but good service and food, with a great neighborly vibe 5 star service: staffers were friendly and seemed to be having a good time. They were funny and laidback, plus helpful and prompt 4 star food / drink: my kale salad was great but pricey. It's really more of a bar but with a limited menu. 5 star ambience: it's very loud with live entertainment most nights. The setup feels almost like a very large living room, with a live band etc

Hubby got cheeseburger, I got roast beef au jus. The roast beef was exquisite. Cooked to perfection with just the right amount of cheese, accompanied with choice of pasta salad or fries. I got the pasta salad which was delightful, hint of olive flavor throughout. The roll was soft and fresh and warm and the perfect bread to hold my toast beef

Minute one in this restaurant I knew it was going to be a great night. Everywhere are retro items sprawled out on the walls and tables. Lots of tables and sofas mixed into the dining room with a long L-shaped bar. Ate the salted pretzel bites and a cocktail while watching the burlesque show for two hours. There was not one seat available and it was a good time.

Came here to enjoy their burlesque brunch show. We had unlimited mimosas followed by delicious new dish items on their menu. I had the barbecue shrimp and grits which is savory delicious I swear I wanted to order another plate. Originally I wanted to order the lobster roll, but it was out of stock. My friends had the egg sandwich which was huge and it was very good too. The service was great fast and effective the place was clean the decorations and this place is astounding. The only letdown for me since it is a burlesque show is that I wish it was more intimate in terms of having the room dark with warm lights, the bright sun beaming in through the glass window doesn't do this place justice for their burlesque brunch.

Sidecar Speakeasy was the play... The speakeasy entrance was hidden in a hallway you can walk right by without even noticing. I dig it. Once inside, it's dark. Most of the light is coming from the light showcasing the bottles in the bar. The seating is a little tight as they're trying to maximize space for such a small area. We visited here twice during my visit: We sat at a table and a bar. You have the perfect amount of space for your party, but you're pretty close to the next table or bar seat. No claustrophobic vibes though. All the mixologists were great during both visits. One visit, we ordered their signature cocktails from the menu. When we sat at the bar, we had the mixologist surprise with a cocktail off the menu. He just asked what kind of liquor vibe we wanted, and he took it from there. He was super creative with every cocktail which made for a great time. They stayed upon until midnight one one visit and until 1 am on the other one. Both my visits were on a weekday. The sidecar speakeasy is easily my favorite bar in Fort Lauderdale and I have a feeling I'll be back. Enjoy!

The lovely hostess guided us to a booth by a window. We were greeted by our equally lovely server Jazmin (sp?). Btw, she rocks! Upon perusing the lunch menu we jumped at the deviled eggs appetizer. These beauties were two beet stained eggs cut in half topped with a spicy yolk filling and garnished with scallions, chicken skin crunch and trout roe. OH MY! My dear friend and dining companion was leaning towards a salad but we put on our thinking caps and decided that the fried chicken entree, which was accompanied by two sides and a biscuit was the best bang for our taste buds. And indeed it was. She ordered two pieces with greens and mac + cheese while I chose three pieces (thinking ahead to lunch tomorrow) plus the mac chz plus sweet potato soufflé (that was Thanksgiving babe!). The chicken was fresh out of the fryer and we had nothing but praise for the sides. To top it off...Nanner Puddin'! Just like mom made but no Jello pudding here. Amazing. Since it was a weekday, we got to meet the chef and give kudos. (He's a happy dude) I wouldn't care to come here on the weekend when it's packed but I can see why folks do. The place is enormous with a huge outside venue and a sprawling banyan tree. Plus the Sunday brunch menu is tempting. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, plus a cute outdoor bar area with stools where you can eat and hang out, which gave the place a really nice vibe. The music was a great mix of R&B and oldies too. Now let's talk service... for me, service is everything, and unfortunately that's what made this experience disappointing. Our waitress, Haley, was pretty inattentive throughout the meal. We asked for extra Caesar dressing and never got it, and it was honestly hard to get a hold of her most of the time. Because of that alone, I'd probably think twice before coming back. As for the food -- it was hit or miss. We started with the wings as an appetizer. They were flavorful, but nothing memorable. I'd probably skip them next time and try something else. I ordered the crispy Cobb salad because it sounded amazing on the menu, but it was a letdown. It was mostly lettuce with barely any chicken, and I had to mix the whole salad myself. At a restaurant, I kind of expect a Cobb salad to come already tossed together. Also... no blue cheese available? Come on now lol. My boyfriend got the fried chicken with sweet potato fries and mac & cheese. I will say, everything came out HOT, so you can tell the food is made fresh. The mac & cheese didn't look impressive at first, but it tasted SO good. The sweet potato fries were delicious too. My sister ordered the lobster pasta, and honestly the portion size shocked me in the best way. They were generous with the lobster, which almost never happens, and she loved it. My daughter got the crispy chicken sandwich and said it was the best sandwich she's ever had, so that was definitely a win. Overall, the food itself wasn't bad at all -- my salad was just a flop. If the service had been better, this review probably would've been very different. Not sure if I'd come back, but maybe on a different day with a different server.

Our waitress was pleasant, attentive, and made us feel right at home, which always enhances the dining experience. Although we weren't extremely hungry, the menu had so many appealing options that we decided to sample a few items. We started with the Caribbean Tea shots, which were unique, refreshing, and surprisingly enjoyable. For drinks, we ordered a Malbec and a Peanut Butter Old Fashioned. Our first entrée was the Churrasco Frites, featuring marinated skirt steak topped with chimichurri and served with twister fries. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, but those fries were the true star of the dish. Still wanting more, we ordered the Garlic Parmesan Twice Cooked Wings. They were nicely prepared and satisfying, though I would have enjoyed a stronger garlic flavor. Not quite finished, we moved on to the Oaxaca Burger, an 8 ounce burger stacked with onion rings, bacon jam, house BBQ sauce, and Oaxaca cheese. This was one of the best burgers I've ever had, and possibly the best. The bun was toasted yet soft, the burger was seasoned perfectly, and it was cooked to a juicy medium temperature. Every bite was packed with flavor. Overall, everything we ordered was excellent, and the service and atmosphere made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

To their credit, the staff handled it very professionally and took it back without any issue, which I appreciated. The rest of the table had a much better experience with their meals. The steak and salads especially got good reviews from everyone and looked very well prepared. Even though my dish missed the mark, the service and atmosphere were solid enough that I'd still consider giving eTwic another try in the future.
