The meats were fresh without being overly salty, and the proportions were spot on (which is rare). Nothing overpowered anything else -- every bite felt balanced and intentional. The toppings added a nice crunch and brightness, and the honey mustard and mayo were perfectly balanced -- not too heavy, not too light -- just enough to tie everything together without overpowering the sandwich. I ordered a whole Turkey Sub Tsunami style split between my husband and I as the portion was huge. The sub itself was delicious and the bread was so soft. There was a variety of toppings to choose from jalapeños, onions, olives, cherry peppers and more. Service was fast. We ordered and quickly received our sub within 5 Minutes. Upon entering it's mostly a take out joint. The meats are all sliced fresh daily or as needed. Which is nice to see. I got an Italian and a Philly. The customer service is lacking, being the first time there felt very rushed. I'm guessing because they didn't have extra staff? There were two ppl on the cold bar and one on the grill. The half subs are very large, larger than a 6 inch so it's totally filling to not have chips and be full. The Philly was super greasy. The Italian was good but not much meat at all. They have NO lunch specials any more. They raised thier prices which is reasonable but they cut the portion size in half. They are shave slicing the meats and cheeses so thin you can see through them. The bread rolls have gotten smaller. Essentially, THEY ARE A GIANT RIP OFF NOW! The only thing that was the same was that the toppings are still included and they are still fresh. Super disappointing... tried coming to order subs to take out for 4th or July tomorrow since we'll be out before they open. Drove out of my way because their phone says voicemail full and hangs up. Come to find out they closed before their actual advertised time of 7pm... That's just bad business honestly. Put 6pm if you close at 6. Put 630pm if you close at 630. Just because employees are trying to clean out and clock out doesn't mean that happens before the posted time. I've had their subs once and had an excellent preordering experience.
