We stopped by for pizza and wings with some friends! Ordered a Scicilian pie, bbq wings & a Caesar salad! The pizza was light and crispy with an excellent sauce- they even brought my husband a plate of anchovies for his salad! The real deal here! My wife and I split a chicken parmesan that was over the top good, the bread was fresh and I had sesame seeds at top. Nice touch. The chicken parmesan was excellent. It wasn't dry. For decades I dined at the Renzo's in Boca and was delighted when I found the same owner made a second location in Delray. Thus location is primarily a to go location. I have been in Food and Beverage for 37 years. I came to Renzos because of how good the food looked on a Facebook ad. The Pizza was superb. Tasted just like New York. I then ordered a Penne Vodka and Salmon over spinach. The Penne Vodka was a perfect al dente and the sauce was creamy and delicious. The Salmon was fresh and equally as delicious and perfectly accompanied by garlic spinach. The two girls up front was pleasant and Lorenzo was friendly and much more than inviting. Was in town visiting my mom and we decided to try Renzo's. Ordered the Arugula Pizza and a Mediterranean salad. First observation upon opening the pizza box was DAMN that is a lot of Aruglula, you literally couldn't see anything else. After removing a considerable amount of that, I noticed the toppings were skimpy and that the pizza had no sauce. I called Renzo's and was told that this pizza comes without sauce. NO where, even when customizing the pie did it say the pie comes without sauce and ironically there was an option to get the pizza with no sauce which I of course did not select but she said it's standard. What is a pizza without sauce?? Very, very salty and dry that's what. Also the salad was small for the price and nothing special. The girl I spoke with offered a desert or something free on my next order but I am one and done here. $40 ish bucks and it went in the trash. read more

I'm not sure when this Renzo's opened. I just went there tonight with my husband. It's more of a takeout restaurant than it is a sit down eat in restaurant. No matter what it's a really good pizzeria in a well needed area of Delray Beach Southwest corner of Congress and Atlantic behind the Walgreens. The staff was very accommodating. Definitely put it on your list. read more

We (four of us) LOVED the pizza. We ordered a plain chz. True NY Style. Perfect sauce. Tasty cheese. Crust was not too dough-y, not too thin. We also ordered a plain chz, cauliflower crust/gluten free pizza. Absolutely Delicious as well. The young lady that took our order was SO pleasant, answered all of our questions, and helped us pick the perfect items to order. The owner came to our table (a couple of times) to check on us and kindly shared a bit of his backgrd when asked. He also let us know that they have another (larger) location in Boca. Just a Wonderful experience. Highly recommend stopping in, grabbing pizza to go or sitting in one of the little tables and/or counter seat and enjoying some Renzos. read more

MY GOD stay AWAY from this place. We wanted to try a new pizza place and they offered free delivery on slice so we went ahead and placed at order. Our original timing was 445-515. Then we were told 515-531. Slice contacted these guys twice and kept being told the order was out- I was then contacted by the restaurant where whoever was on the phone was completely condescending - told me that app times are just accurate threw around the whole Sweetie thing- just completely unprofessional. The delivery driver showed up 10 minutes later and I told him the restaurant cancelled the order and sorry for the inconvenience. I wanted to try both the roast chicken and one of their popular sandwiches. I ordered the Half Chicken Meal, served with roasted garlic, grilled lemon, flatbread, and their signature green sauce, plus two sides -- Mashed Potatoes and Creamed Spinach. The chicken was excellent -- high quality and perfectly cooked. I tend to focus on the pure flavor of the chicken, so I didn't use the accompaniments much, but I did try the green sauce, which was really good -- super fresh and clean-tasting. The sides truly elevated the meal. Fantastic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach that could easily rival what you'd find at a top steakhouse. For me, the sides clinch the deal and really define the specialness of this place -- a pleasure to find quality like this at a local, casual spot. I also ordered the Grilled Charbird Sandwich (grilled chicken breast, crunchy slaw, sliced pickles, chipotle mayo, toasted bun), which comes with one side -- I chose Broccoli.
