I can't even count how many times I've been here anymore definitely over 10 times, and it never gets old. This place has one of the best Neapolitan pizza in town. Located on Federal Hwy & NE 14th street in a cozy corner with shaded picnic tables and plenty of parking space. My go to pies are La Americana and the Maradona. The ingredients are always fresh, the dough is fluffy and airy on the outside, thin in the center with light sauce and plenty of toppings! They are to die for! Another favorite is the classic Margherita; which they have on HH from 5-6pm at a discounted price. Besides pizza they offer a variety of soft drinks and sparkling water. Plus you can bring your own wine ;) The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner is one of the most welcoming people you'll ever meet. He's always smiling and stays super engaged with customers, even posting updates online. I actually follow their Instagram just to keep up with what they're doing next. Highly recommend this spot. If you're looking for a simple high quality pizza, you will not be disappointed. read more

Ah Rossanos how I love thee! I used to love having a pie with my beer at the beloved Hopportunities...but then Rossanos disappeared as the food truck offering there and Hopportunities closed I was so glad to find it again just a little north in Boynton on federal! The pizza with the fresh burrata on it is my all time favorite! The staff is always friendly and quick with the preparation of the food. It's a good truck so there's not much for ambience. I generally take it to go! read more

An absolute wonderful experience. They have set up such an incredible space that is comfortable and welcoming. The people there couldn't be nicer. Not to mention the food is amazing. We tried the sausage pizza. The dough was incredibly flavorful and all of the toppings worked perfectly. It's no surprise why they rank as one of the best pizzerias. Between the food truck and the pizza lab location, they have any kind of pizza you could want, all amazing in their own way! read more

Oh, y'all! Rosanno's is a definite MUST if you're in Delray Beach- or anywhere nearby! Do not make this just another drive-by. Their "Contemporary Neapolitan style" pizza is outstanding. With a beautiful tomato sauce that is so complimentary to the crisp crust on the outside, but fluffy on the inside- this foundation would make any topping taste *Chef's Kiss* amazing! Inside of a little food truck, the service was courteous and fast. Outside, they have little tables with umbrellas and lights for a nice ambiance. I would have taken a picture, but as soon as I opened the box and saw this gorgeous treat inside- I grabbed a slice so quickly that I forgot to grab my phone first. I absolutely can't wait to try this little gem again... and that, folks, is all she wrote. read more

Went to our son's new house in East Delray and he ordered pizzas from Rossano's Pizzas. It is a vintage Airstream trailer next to a miniature golf course but are moving to a brick & mortar location at 1445 N. Congress Ave., Suite 12, this year. Makes Neapolitan pies fired at 950 degrees with 48-hour fermented dough. Makes 8 pies with a charred crust. 3 12" pies were $ 60 but very good. We had a Marinara, San Marzano tomatoes, oregano, fresh garlic, and basil; Maradona, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, Italian sausage, roasted red peppers, and spicy chimichurri; and Pepperoni, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, and basil. read more

I am so impressed!!!! I absolutely love this pizza and I know pizza born and raised in New York I have tried many but this one is different I highly recommend soooooo good and Gabriella was so nice and helpful coming back back soon read more

We had the Margherita and the Quattro Formaggi pizzas. I think Rossanos is one of best pizza places in the area. The pizzas are about 12 inches in diameter, so you can order more than one. Currently (Dec 2024), the truck is on the 14th street block of Federal Highway in Delray Beach. Friendly service. The nighttime atmosphere was pretty cool - picnic tables, a live band, and string lights. read more

Wow I cannot believe that this pizza is from a food truck. I finally made it here with my girlfriend who has been raving about their pizza for weeks. She brought me here tonight and I had the San Gennaro pizza. It was delicious. The prosciutto and basil were so fresh. It is located right on Federal highway in Delray Beach next to Popstroke. I will absolutely be back to try the Margherita pizza which is $10 between 4pm to 5pm. read more

This is my new "Go-To" pizza place! We had a small glitch with an order when they first opened, but management immediately addressed it--which really speaks to their dedication to customer service. The pepperoni pie and the mushroom, onion, and sausage pies were perfectly cooked, with just the right balance of crispness without being overdone. The texture was spot-on, the flavor was tangy yet balanced, and there was no greasy oil--proof of the high-quality ingredients they use. The crust delightfully cooked to be both crispy and chewy at the same time. Having worked in NYC and lived in northern NJ, I consider pizza a true staple and myself to be a pizza snob. I can honestly say Rossano's is one of the best pizza places in the area - if not all of South Florida. Welcome to Delray! read more

The ambiance is really nice! This is a food truck located in a parking lot. There are picnic benches available for seating (about 7) with a brewery right next to it for all you can taste beer and wine! We arrived around 9:30 pm and they were still open. We ordered quickly and got our pizza even quicker: about 15 min after ordering. The crust was thin, yet fluffy, yet crunchy. The flavors on the pizza were AMAZING! My husband and I got the Toto which is a white pizza with ricotta, provolone, mozzarella, mortadella, and pistachios and the flavors were outstanding. Our friends really enjoyed their pizzas as well. The staff were so nice and very helpful, coming by asking how everything was. I will definitely be coming back for some more pizza in the future! read more

I would like to give them a 4 1/2 star, but since I don't have one, I give them five because of the effort from a truck delivering Neapolitan pizza. It can be difficult finding Neapolitan pizza that is not soggy in the middle. If you want to have a stiffer crust, take the pizza home and reheat it on a stove in a frying pan with a lid. Heat up the lid frying pan for 5 to 10 minutes before, put the pizza in. It will harden the crust and keep the moisture in on top. It's a delicate balance that you don't burn. The pizza should be in the pan around 5 to 10 minutes also Taste is good and they have a happy hour 4 to 5 where Margarita pizzas only $10. It's a hell of a deal for a quality pizza. read more

Their pepperoni pizza is phenomenal. I am very impressed with the food there. If you like pizza it's a must try. You won't be disappointed.

Just from the pictures, these pizzas look like the real thing from Italy. I look forward to trying it soon. Maybe this rain will stop for tonight. read more

Pizza was not crunchy at all and for the most part too chewy. I thought it was going to be fresh and hot but it was just a rushed pizza. It took 10 minutes which was quick but the quality of the pizza definitely paid the price for it. I got the manadona and add pepperoni on it for $2 dollars. AND DIDNT EVEN ADDED IT. I paid 28 dollars for a pizza that was too chewy, wasn't hot , rushed , and missing ingredient i had requested. I feel scammed for something i paid good money for. Maybe I feel taken advantage of because i seemed young. :( now im out 28 bucks and a happy smile. Thanks for that read more

There are a lot of pizza places in and around the Delray Beach area, most of them are good, but this place stands out by having some of the best pizza around. This is the best Neapolitan style pizza in the neighborhood. Better than Elisabetta's and Rose's Daughter and I really like both of them, but this is another level. It's very fresh and tasty, unbelievable authentic Italian pizza. I highly recommend. The service is great. The owners are a nice couple with Italian roots. Best pizza I've had since moving to Florida 20+ years ago!! We stopped in last night and were very impressed. We will be back!

Hands down the best pizza around. It's the closest I've had that compares to the pizza in Naples, Italy. Always consistent and delicious

$27.50 for a 12 " pizza ! it wasn't bad it absolutely sucked ! we didn't eat it , threw 75 % of it out . couldn't understand the girl taking the order , should have walked away. have no idea how they have the rating they do . they should light the food truck on fire and go work at a portable toilet company . save yourself $23 go to publix and buy Ellios in the box , not even kidding when I say it's multiples better ! read more

The pizza is delicious! I would like the bottom crust to be a bit more crispy, but the overall pie was very good. It is quite obvious that they use top quality tomatoes for their sauce. San Marzano as advertised. They also use fresh basil. We had a pepperoni pizza and the pepperoni was also excellent. As far as the ambience, it's a food truck. It is in the same entryway as a pub and wine bar and there are several picnic tables to enjoy your pizza. I suggest you bring soft drinks and plastic utensils. You can get other drinks in the pub. read more
