Located on Federal Hwy & NE 14th street in a cozy corner with shaded picnic tables and plenty of parking space. My go to pies are La Americana and the Maradona. The ingredients are always fresh, the dough is fluffy and airy on the outside, thin in the center with light sauce and plenty of toppings! They are to die for! Another favorite is the classic Margherita; which they have on HH from 5-6pm at a discounted price. Besides pizza they offer a variety of soft drinks and sparkling water. Plus you can bring your own wine ;) The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner is one of the most welcoming people you'll ever meet. He's always smiling and stays super engaged with customers, even posting updates online. I actually follow their Instagram just to keep up with what they're doing next. Highly recommend this spot. It is a vintage Airstream trailer next to a miniature golf course but are moving to a brick & mortar location at 1445 N. Congress Ave., Suite 12, this year. Makes Neapolitan pies fired at 950 degrees with 48-hour fermented dough. Makes 8 pies with a charred crust. 3 12" pies were $ 60 but very good. We had the Margherita and the Quattro Formaggi pizzas. I think Rossanos is one of best pizza places in the area. The pizzas are about 12 inches in diameter, so you can order more than one. Currently (Dec 2024), the truck is on the 14th street block of Federal Highway in Delray Beach. Friendly service. Wow I cannot believe that this pizza is from a food truck. I finally made it here with my girlfriend who has been raving about their pizza for weeks. She brought me here tonight and I had the San Gennaro pizza. It was delicious. The prosciutto and basil were so fresh. It is located right on Federal highway in Delray Beach next to Popstroke. This is my new "Go-To" pizza place! We had a small glitch with an order when they first opened, but management immediately addressed it--which really speaks to their dedication to customer service. The pepperoni pie and the mushroom, onion, and sausage pies were perfectly cooked, with just the right balance of crispness without being overdone. The texture was spot-on, the flavor was tangy yet balanced, and there was no greasy oil--proof of the high-quality ingredients they use. The crust delightfully cooked to be both crispy and chewy at the same time. Having worked in NYC and lived in northern NJ, I consider pizza a true staple and myself to be a pizza snob. The ambiance is really nice! This is a food truck located in a parking lot. There are picnic benches available for seating (about 7) with a brewery right next to it for all you can taste beer and wine! We arrived around 9:30 pm and they were still open. We ordered quickly and got our pizza even quicker: about 15 min after ordering. The crust was thin, yet fluffy, yet crunchy. The flavors on the pizza were AMAZING! My husband and I got the Toto which is a white pizza with ricotta, provolone, mozzarella, mortadella, and pistachios and the flavors were outstanding. Our friends really enjoyed their pizzas as well. I would like to give them a 4 1/2 star, but since I don't have one, I give them five because of the effort from a truck delivering Neapolitan pizza. It can be difficult finding Neapolitan pizza that is not soggy in the middle. If you want to have a stiffer crust, take the pizza home and reheat it on a stove in a frying pan with a lid. Heat up the lid frying pan for 5 to 10 minutes before, put the pizza in. It will harden the crust and keep the moisture in on top. It's a delicate balance that you don't burn. The pizza should be in the pan around 5 to 10 minutes also Taste is good and they have a happy hour 4 to 5 where Margarita pizzas only $10. It's a hell of a deal for a quality pizza. read more

Pizza was not crunchy at all and for the most part too chewy. I thought it was going to be fresh and hot but it was just a rushed pizza. It took 10 minutes which was quick but the quality of the pizza definitely paid the price for it. I got the manadona and add pepperoni on it for $2 dollars. AND DIDNT EVEN ADDED IT. I paid 28 dollars for a pizza that was too chewy, wasn't hot , rushed , and missing ingredient i had requested. I feel scammed for something i paid good money for. San Marzano as advertised. They also use fresh basil. We had a pepperoni pizza and the pepperoni was also excellent. As far as the ambience, it's a food truck. It is in the same entryway as a pub and wine bar and there are several picnic tables to enjoy your pizza. I suggest you bring soft drinks and plastic utensils.
