The place is kind of hard, to put together thematically. I get the Miami color scheme but the layout was kind of weird with a bar on the side and a lot of kids drawings on the whole left side of the wall. Prices were "okay" a single party is $7 but if you add cheese and some onions it's $10 which is kind of a large up charge for two things. The cheese is vegan since this is a kosher burger joint. The food was okay, the burger lacked a lot of the depth that I expected from a smash burger. It was just a regular burger, kind of bland. The fried Onions were "okay" too, it felt like they didn't bring the oil to temperature before dropping it in so they were soggy and oily. The service I got was good though, the girl explained everything and was really nice. I did leave a tip even though I honestly don't think they should be asking for tips for a place where you have to clean up after yourself and all they did was bring it out. We walked through the review, and one thing became clear pretty quickly. The feta wasn't a mistake. It's part of how they build the dish. It's actually tied into their queso blanco and shows up as part of the garnish. The issue is that it's not listed anywhere in the menu description, and I made sure to point that out. To his credit, he said he'd take that back to the team. As for the rest of it, what I reviewed is what they're serving. No changes planned right now. If they ever DO make any changes, I'll be happy to re-review. He did offer a gift card, which I appreciated, but Florida Nacho Man doesn't take comps. The review stands.
