Ordered a massive NY cheese slice for $4.25 and it had a "No Flop" firmness and char to the undercarriage. Also tried a Sicilian slice and Im not usually a fan of this style of pizza but the dough melted in my mouth and the crunchy light charred edge was wonderful and unexpected.
