I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. When it was time to give me my change, the cashier placed it on the counter instead of handing it directly to me. What made the situation more concerning was that I then saw the cashier hand another customer's change directly into their hand. This made me feel singled out and disrespected. The food was fine, but customer service and treating all customers equally are just as important. Ordered a pizza with ham onion green pepper well done, it was fantastic ten out of ten then the owl ball I ordered was complete opposite zero out of ten the meatball is pathetically small like idk if I got a reject one that night but my god for 5.50 I think that's unexceptionable. Its more bread then meat and where is the tomato sauce?? That's the best part instead it was very greasy with garlic butter. Tomasso's is a Boca staple, family owned business since 1981!!!! The pizza is great and very good quality. They also have cauliflower crust which I get all the time. Its a great crust and wet tasty! Garlic rolls are huge! The service is good and all the staff is very professional and nice to everyone. They are also very efficient and orders are made quickly unless the weekend but that's to be expected. Check them out and support a good local pizza place! read more

I ordered eggplant, parmesan dinner with spaghetti and a large sicilian pie to go. The eggplant was so salty, burnt and mushy I couldn't eat it. The sicilian pizza, which is normally exceptional, was also burnt.The cheese so hard that we had to peel it off to eat The slices. we were so hungry We would have eaten almost anything at that point. We called the number on the door and ordered 4 slices and a soda and asked them to separate the order because we were in 2 different cars. No problem. The staff was super sweet and accommodating and our slices were brought out to our cars in no time. If you like cheese this is the place for you. The slices were huge and full of delicious cheese. Our current favorite in the Boca area. It is a bread crust with the right crisp on the edges and on the bottom. The sauce is a bit on the thicker side with some seasonings and the cheese is just the right amount without being too much. We also think the cauliflower crust is great. They have a rewards program but the process to link the ordering to your account is a bit confusing. They do have directions though on their website.
