But after hearing some rumblings about their award-winning wings, I finally decided to pull over as I approached one evening... and I'm so glad I did. I wasn't expecting what I found when I walked in solo around 8:30 PM. A table of eight old-timers was finishing their meal and having a great time, a young couple sat at another table... all in this small room where time seems to stand still. As I looked around at the Chicago memorabilia, Wrigley references, wing awards, tons of old Illinois license plates... I was already hooked. I ordered their award-winning wings and, yes, they were very good (8.5). Of course, I also had to try some pizza, so I went with a small Thin Crust Chicago Pepperoni Pizza (8.0). It reminded me of a bar pizza, cut into small squares with plenty of good pepperoni. It's not my favorite style of pizza, but I have to admit... it was very tasty and surprisingly hard to stop eating. "Just one more... they're small." Since I'd ordered way too much food, most of it came home with me. Both the wings and pizza heated up beautifully the next day. Service from my waitress was fantastic... personable, friendly, and efficient. The two chefs working that evening also had a great attitude. Things quieted down after the large group left, but there was a steady stream of pickup orders from what were obviously regulars. There's clearly a loyal following here... and with good reason. Count me in. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Located on Federal Hwy & NE 14th street in a cozy corner with shaded picnic tables and plenty of parking space. My go to pies are La Americana and the Maradona. The ingredients are always fresh, the dough is fluffy and airy on the outside, thin in the center with light sauce and plenty of toppings! They are to die for! Another favorite is the classic Margherita; which they have on HH from 5-6pm at a discounted price. Besides pizza they offer a variety of soft drinks and sparkling water. Plus you can bring your own wine ;) The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner is one of the most welcoming people you'll ever meet. He's always smiling and stays super engaged with customers, even posting updates online. I actually follow their Instagram just to keep up with what they're doing next. Highly recommend this spot. We also had the kurobuta pork chop which we rarely see in a chain menu, and it was also delicious! Super tender, well seasoned, accompanied by the sweetest chargrilled peppers I've had in a while. We paid almost $100 per person for their omakase experience and it was a complete rip-off. First of all, we left completely starving. There was not one single ounce of protein in any of the courses, and every dish was aggressively salty. The service was just as much of a joke as the food. We never got our water or sodas refilled, and the staff completely ignored every single request we made. They also totally skipped us for the welcome glass of champagne, even though we literally watched them hand it out to everyone else. The most infuriating part was the bread situation. They told us we could not have any because their "upstairs bread oven wasn't working", but we could clearly see them actively serving bread to the downstairs customers. Make it make sense! Also, multiple people in our group had upset stomachs after and could not even stomach the food and left feeling uneasy. They now believe they have food poisoning which is disappointing since we used to love this place! It was also too loud inside and we felt packed as sardines. When we finally expressed our extreme dissatisfaction to the manager, he just gave us a weak "sorry" and did absolutely nothing to make it right. Honestly, the food was worse than cruise ship food and the customer service is completely nonexistent. It was a huge waste of money and a ruined night. Save your cash and go literally anywhere else.

Only 5 tables were occupied. We inquired as to where Mom was and we were told she was away in vacation. It took 1/2 hour to get our salad. When we asked our waiter why it took so long she said the cook was slammed. Really. With only 5 tables occupied. We ordered our pie not well charred. After another 1/2 hour went by we were told by our waitress that the pie was prepared charred and would have to be re made. The pie( a Margherita) finally arrived. Not only wasn't it partially charred, 1/2 was barely baked. The cheese wasn't even melted. We were hungry after waiting over an hour so we ate it. The condiments on the table salt, pepper, grated parmessan were 3/4 empty and dirty. The oil and vinegar served with our salads were the same. A real turn off. We had hoped this would be our go to place for great pizza, but not after this visit. What a shame.

DISAPPOINTING PIZZA…read more.. A 3am pizza parlor in a perfect trendy location near Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach. Bright red illuminated "Mama's Up All Night" name proudly affixed to the front exterior wall. Relaxed front patio table seating but mainly a grab & go custom pizza concept offering slices. A few little red tables inside hugging a massive chalk board with childish chalk drawings and words as a part of the simple ambiance. The front counter displayed several sicilian and NY style pizzas loaded with mouthwatering toppings. So far everything looked promising. The two female employees were friendly and one cut me a slice of cheese pizza and slid it into the stainless steel commercial double oven for a few minutes. Paid a premium price of $4.75 but the slice was oversized. At this point everything went south quickly. Out of my view, the wife took one bite of the pizza and gave me a strange look and told me to try it. Hesitated for a second, then chomped down on the front of the slice and instantly thought my taste buds were shot so took a second bite and told my wife it was completely tasteless with no crunch to the undercarriage either. My wife said it was horrible and sadly I agreed. Based on the first glance of the slice and the welcoming decor, I was anticipating a great slice of pizza. As a self-proclaimed pizza enthusiast with over one hundred pizza reviews, this was the first time I threw a slice of pizza into the garabge as the employees peered in confusion. Not even sure how a slice can have zero flavor, this was a first. I'm curious what brand of garlic, sauce and cheese were used to produce the bland effect. Wonderful spot for a late night drunken stuper with no concern for a tasty slice but honestly thats it - Buyer Beware. The gender neutral bathroom was open to customers only but had a sign posted that the toilet was broken which was only to deter drunks. The bathroom was basic with large tile flooring and partially painted walls.
