On this visit, we ordered half white half margarita pizza, wings, and chicken piccata, and everything was fantastic. The white pizza was perfectly prepared --crispy, thin crust with a balance of creamy ricotta, gooey mozzarella, garlic, and seasoning. Every bite was rich without being heavy. The wings were hot, crispy, and meaty, with just the right amount of sauce. The real surprise was the chicken piccata. The chicken was tender, and the buttery lemon-caper tasted freshly made. It was every bit as good as what you'd expect from a dedicated Italian restaurant with great ambience. The service was excellent, and the food arrived promptly, with generous portions. This place is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself is small, with just a few tables inside and additional seating outside, giving it a cozy, intimate feel. It was also very clean, which is always a plus. The pizza was outstanding. We couldn't decide on just one, so we ordered a half-and-half pizza, and it was the perfect choice. Every bite was packed with flavor. Walked in here unexpected. Saw the pizza sign, and had a craving. Well, I got a warm welcome and it was clean, great conversation, and I ordered two slices to go. I was on my way to my parents and I had a craving for pizza and we got there it was delicious. I wish it was a little bit crispy, but it was in the box for a few minutes. The flavor was delicious the sauce, the cheese perfectly distributed on the pizza. I will go back I found this very veryout of the whim driving around and I am so glad I did. For having the amount of take out pizza places in the area this is not one of the best. We got pepperoni and white slices. For the pepperoni, it was missing something in the sauce. It was a very bland sauce and not in a nice "how mama used to make" kind of way. The white had zero flavor... the ricotta was liquidy and the crust was so dry that it did not work. We usually order a large Special pizza and always liked the dough and ingredients. Today, we got a Special Pizza ordered but it was a disappointment. I'd give less than one star if the system would let me; this has been our experience: We had to call and let the business know that they lacked on their pizza, being that the first time the crust was extremely burnt and the second time the pizza came without cheese and about an inch all around the crust had absolutely no toppings. At least the first time they brought another pizza and let us keep the burnt one but the second time, they came and delivered the second pizza and took the bad one back - are they going to eat it or throw it away?! I hate to say it but this business is not about quality nor customer service anymore. My family and I used to LOVE this place. We won't be ordering from them anymore. Either new management or new cooks - this ain't it. Hope this place goes back to their old service where it was competitive and distinguishable from other pizza restaurants. We just got pizza dough from this restaurant. We paid $4 for dough that was supposed to make an 18" pizza. We got 4 sets and it made a lot of pizza and the dough was obviously fresh and very tasty. Danny's served what might be the worst pizza I have tried in South Florida and that says a lot. Danny's is bad pizza, real bad and is an affront to NYC pizza. It's located way out west and I regret trying it. I'm from the Bronx and when I walked into the shop it was nice to see a Bronx photo (161st) prominently displayed and I thought this might be authentic NYC pizza but it was as antithetical to NYC pizza as you can get. Instead of serving a thin, crispy pie with a prominent olive oil base this tasted like poorly prepped junk food pizza that uses low quality ingredients and it shows because we had to ditch the pizza. I made the mistake of getting a Sicilian Pie also and this was just like eating white bread with some cheese and sauce thrown on top. The ingredients and the prep of the dough are not like that served in The Bronx but are more in sync with West Boynton. read more

I received a menu in the mail and I saw that they offer free delivery within a 5 mile radius which I think is awesome. I was in the area so I actually picked this pizza up myself. I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza the way it came. It was OK. I love buffalo chicken pizza but I would not order it again here. What I did not like: 1. The chicken was not breaded. I am guessing if I specified and asked for breaded chicken they would have given it to me so maybe that was my fault but usually the default chicken for a buffalo chicken pizza is breaded so I did not think about it. 2. They add bacon to the pizza (which is disclosed on the menu). I personally LOVE bacon so I thought "Wow okay, maybe bacon will make this pizza way better" but boy was I wrong. The bacon flavor just does not go well with the buffalo chicken flavor. Again, I could have asked for it without it, so not the end of the world. 3. The pizza was very greasy. My thinking is maybe thats because of the bacon? Either way, the greasy nature was not appetizing. What I did like: 1. The crust was pretty tasty. 2. I think it was around $20 for a large which is very fair. I am definitely going to go back and try Danny's Pizza Express but I will try a more traditional pepperoni pizza or something. I really hope after I try a different pie there that I can upgrade my review to a 4 or 5 stars. read more

The last time I will go there. I had gone 4 other times and didn't think i needed to check the pizza. It appeared they dropped it and hoped I didn't check.
