However, it honestly could've use more dressing. The bread was without a doubt amazing! Its simply crusty bread dipped in oil and dusted with an addictive blend of seasoning! The small chicken parm came with a tender breaded cutlet, nicely bubbled cheese crust on top, and just right amout of sauce. While I enjoyed the al dente chew on the penne, the sauce was a little acidic for my liking. Whereas for the Scottish salmon; it had a faint cajun kick, but the fish itself was flakely and soft. The creamy scampi sauce was perfect as it wasn't too heavy and you could really taste the white wine and aromatics! The chocolate lasagna looked intimidating, given its size, but it was surprisingly light as well. We enjoyed the fluffiness of the whipped mascrapone filling balanced by the rich dark chocolate ganache on top! Moreover, our server was very friendly and attentive.
