I'm not from around this area but recently visited family and ended up at Fiorella. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting ambience and the customer service was good from begging to end. We were a big group, but thankfully they weren't busy at the time of our visit so we sat promptly and everything ran rather smooth. The food, yum. Kids were happy with their pizzas, spaghettis and mozzarella sticks. The calzone was so big it was great to share, and the carbonara was nicely done. One thing I did not like is that there was a charge for sharing dishes. I personally don't like when restaurants do this. read more

What a FANTASTIC spot! Fiorella is located in a strip mall. From the parking lot, it doesn't look like much, but when you step inside, the dining room is llovely and inviting. The restaurant is actually quite large and split into two big rooms. The staff were very welcoming. We had an early dinner, so we were seated quickly. I have to imagine this place gets quite busy in the evening. The garlic rolls are a must. Sooo good and will keep the vampires away. There were lots of classic Italian dishes to choose from. My mom loved her veal parmigiana. The portion was quite large and came with a small side of pasta. I had pasta with calamari (squid). The seafood was very fresh. Sometimes squid can be rather chewy or very small. These were generous sized squids. The red sauce was delicious, and I could tell they use very high-quality tomatoes and ingredients. Like my mom's entrée, the portion was generous and, I was able to enjoy my leftovers as another meal the next day. I really do wish Fiorella was closer to my home, but I definitely plan to visit again when up this way. This is an Italian restaurant not to be missed! read more

We keep coming back! The food is just amazing! The Chicken Gorgonzola is out of this world! Jack the waiter, BEST! They have a full Gluten Free menu . The special they offer is Sunday Gravy, meatballs, sausage, Beef and pork, cooked perfectly. Try the Penne Al vodka, just the right amount of kick. The pork chop parm is so tender! Go here for the Veal Chop. It was served a couple of different ways on the bone and not pounded. Two of my companions ordered this and both just devoured their chop. This a nice little neighborhood restaurant with doors separating the bar area. On the night we were here, they had live music and kept the doors open, so it was a little loud in the restaurant. They also have big tvs in the restaurant and bar area, giving off a sports bar feel. The place was clean. As soon as we sat down, we were given warm rolls, half with raw garlic and grated cheese. With each entree we had a choice of soup or salad and a side of pasta or vegetable. I had the eggplant rollatini. It came with 3 generously filled pieces. I thought the sauce was a little sharp, but the next day when I reheated my leftovers, it tasted great. Couldn't have been worse! Horrible owners who shouldn't be in business. We went for a special family dinner and it was a horrible experience. The service was extremely slow (we waited an hour for our food), the restaurant was too loud, and the main dish was inedible. Two of us sent our dishes back and the owner took it away, gave us major attitude, and never offered anything else. She even came back with the dish to argue with us! What restaurant does this!?!?! She was petty to say we ate some of the side pasta -which was horrible, but we were starving! Instead of trying to satisfy the customer, she charged for all the sides and walked away when we wanted to discuss the situation. Two of us left without eating an actual meal, and the nasty son almost got physical with me! It was the most hostile situation I ever experienced. How are these people in business! Went for dinner on Thursday evening at 6pm with my mom and some friends and sat in the back room where they have live music. The music was fun, although a little loud at times. The service, considering they were working around people dancing and moving around between tables and coming and going, was fabulous. They put down bread and garlic bread right away which is a nice touch. My aperol spritz was delic, and had a nice glass of Cab as well (since they don't have Malbec by the glass). Enjoyed our shrimp dinner and they kindly split it into two plates for us since we were sharing. The pizzas and calzones our friends were sharing were HUGE. Seems like a fun thing if you enjoy live music and dancing and garlic bread. read more

Italian food where Italians eat! Service is on point. They had kareoke last night at the bar, so the dining area had music from a distance while we still managed to have great conversations. This is an update to my review in 2020. Most of it will be the same except for the menu changes and our fantastic server, Gigi What an enjoyable meal here at Fiorella. This is a very local-family owned restaurant and very hidden gem. I come from New York and know great Italian food, Fiorella gives you just that. You can just see how comfortable people are here. We came on a Friday night and they were packed, even though it was St. Patrick's Day, there was still a good amount of customers here. There were also people eating outside. This shopping center has a large parking lot and it was busy, but we still found parking. We walked into a very crowded restaurant and seated right away. No reservations since we were a party of four. We sat in the bar area which is nice place to be. There were people sitting at this bar clearly enjoying themselves. Within seconds we had water, delicious knots, both garlic and plain and a drink order. There price per glass of wine is very reasonable and the Pinot Noir was very good. Our server, Gigi was OUTSTANDING. Efficient and loaded with a wonderful personality. This definitely enhances the experience of dining out. She is also new and told us that we were her first table. She was perfect. I would definitely ask for her in future visits. Main meals: Salmon Piccata: Nice size piece of fish in a lovely sauce. Plenty of capers. Chicken Impenata: Two thin sizeable pieces of very lightly breaded and very tender chicken with Broccoli Rabe. Shrimp Oreganata. Outstanding. Nice shrimps well cooked in a delicious butter-garlic sauce Chicken Parm: Delicious thin-tender chicken with fresh Mozzarella. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their order. All the dishes looked great and I am sorry I can not comment on all of them. Too much good food and no space left for dessert.... Next time, I'll leave space. The service is good and the menu is varied, but it's extremely loud in the restaurant. There was a party of six people next to us that were all speaking as loudly as possible, and it was extremely disruptive, but staff did not ask them to quiet down. I could not talk to the friend I was having dinner with because we could not hear each other without yelling louder than the people next to us. We are visiting the area and wanted to treat my Uncle to a special dinner. Nicky was our waitress and suggested some wonderful specials. I ordered the snapper special with broccoli and salad. It was absolutely delicious! So wonderful to enjoy local seafood. My husband and uncle really loved their meals as well. Nicky was gracious and attentive. She suggested Tiramisu and coffee to wrap up the evening and we could not resist. Excellent! I'm considering moving to Florida now just to be able to eat here often. What a great little italian restaurant. We had dinner here tonight with our close friends, and they love pasta. We started with Calamari, really enough for 2 but good. You get a soup or salad with your dinner. I had the pasta fagioli, and our friends went with the house salad. We had several different dishes. I went with Chicken Parmigian with spaghetti. wife had stuffed artichoke, our friends had gnocchi and one ravioli finished with a tiramisu and a canolli. everything was just perfect! We were extremely disappointed. We ordered the Chicken Sorentino. The bottom of the plate was all oil instead of sauce. The tomato sauce tasted bitter on the pasta. We exchanged the meal for Chicken Marsala. I think they tried to rush it out and as a result it wasn't fully cooked. Perhaps it was an off night but we will not return. read more

Fantastic Valentine's dinner tonight at Fiorello's. We had a wonderful veal chop with onions and mushrooms perfectly cooked and chilean seabass oreganto, along with all the sides, pasta, broccoli, soup, garlic rolls and wine. We finished a perfect dinner with tartufo for dessert. Dinner couldn't have been better with Roxanne as our server! She's the absolute best... great personality and super fast. This was my second time here but this was a much better experience. I came with a girlfriend on a Friday evening. Reservations are not accepted for groups less than six. We waited for about 15 minutes to sit down. It was busy - a good sign that the food was good. The venue in my opinion is due for a makeover. It appears to be dark and dreary inside and even the plaza that it's located in is lacking pizzazz. The good news is the food, drink and service were excellent. The bar prepared me a potent but delicious Cosmo and they brought luscious garlic knots to the table. We both had salads and chicken cacciatore on the bone with either pasta or broccoli. The portion was very generous but more importantly- delicious. The chicken was soft and so flavorful in its gravy. We both had cappuccino perfectly prepared. This was a major difference from the first time I came which was in a large group of 8 and the chef took a day off. I'm glad I gave it a second chance, and I will return again. read more

I've had some of my best meals when dining out at Fiorella's! Linguine & white clam sauce was particularly good; I could not resist sopping-up the remaining sauce with the complimentary & delicious garlic knots/rolls. Also notable are the shrimp dishes! I chose Fra Diavolo, 4 colossal shrimp cooked to perfection, served over a bed of linguini with red sauce. Delicious! Eggplant parmigiana and broccoli rabe were also worthy of mention. The service at Fiorella's was excellent, the wait-staff attentive and polite. The decor & ambiance is unpretentious, but may not meet the expectations of some. First time going and clearly will never be back. One table was leaving and we were the only table there- they brought us great bread, and drinks for us and the kids. The we sat for about 30 minutes. Requesting the kids tenders and fries asap. The server then informed us that they had to change the oil?? I have not heard that and if that is protocol- ok, but ..... whatever. Then we didn't see her for 20 minutes- and then we decided to leave. Told the front desk where 5 servers congregated. She didn't charge us for the drinks- but this was really really poor. Sad because we were looking forward to this spot as it is right around the corner from our home on which we just relocated to. Will not be back. I hate to leave even one Star. I am beyond shock that this restaurant is rated so low. Upon arrival the staff was friendly and welcoming they have options of sitting outside under a beautiful tent with live music playing or you can sit inside and feel like you are having dinner with an Italian family; very cozy very nice the food is absolutely authentic I have actually been to Italy before and this food came very close to the real deal. I ordered the garlic rolls which they allow you to keep ordering upon arrival I must say I had about for garlic rolls before my meal yes four they are absolutely amazing!!!! I also ordered the salmon piccata and I had leftovers for the next day the salmon is huge the piccata was so tasteful, crispy capers and garlic; I tried the stuff artichoke first time everrr having it absolutely delicious. I overall had a great experience with great friendly service. There are ten other items I want to try so I'll definitely return. Great restaurant for small and large groups!
