Right when you walk in you were greeted by the server who made you feel like you just walked into a restaurant, you've always come to and or your parents house. Started off with the calamari appetizer in the batter on the calamari did not disappoint. It was so light but very flavorful. Just the way I like it. Then came the garlic rolls and they understood what it means to be garlic rolls. Best rolls I've had in a very long time. I had the chicken piccata, which was truly phenomenal. I do want to remind you that we went for lunch on a Sunday and these are the lunch portions. Dinner portions I have been told are double the size. The lemon sauce had just enough lemon to make this dish phenomenal. I stated went on a Sunday right when they opened up for lunch however there were two other tables in the establishment. Rollatini is a small but good restaurant. I typically order take out / takeaway but I've had friends that have dined in and they have raved about the service. Rollatini has some phenomenal weekly pizza deals, and the pizza is amazing. I had a small get together at my house and their pizza was the star of the show. I recommend you check them out. read more

First time visitor. Ordered and picked up a large 16" sausage pizza, which was on special and definitely a great price. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best tasting pizza. It was hot and had plenty of sauce and cheese. I was expecting ground sausage, but this was sliced and diced sausage. Ok, I get it. The taste was pretty bland with really high notes of oregano that overwhelmed. It was a nicely thin crust, had a cornmeal-like bottom coating the dough. Not oven fired (as far as I could tell). I can't vouch for being a pizza connoisseur, but Anthony's Coal Fired it is not. The place was clean, well-lit, and friendly. I just wish I liked the pie. read more

Italian Looking for a place to grab a bite and talk over some business, I was searching for places that were located midway between our locations- Rollatini kept coming up on the Yelp searches and we headed over. Small unassuming restaurant tucked into a corner of a strip mall, it is easy to miss unless you are looking for it. We did not make reservations as it was a Tuesday and we had no problem getting a table at 7. Waitress was there to greet and seat us and got us going with some menus and drink orders. The place is small - maybe 10 tables - but clean and well lit. Staff consisted of two hard working ladies who handled the tables and also took care of take out orders. We started with a half carafe of chianti and some fried ravioli. The house wine was much better than expected and the raviolis were large and perfect as an app. I went with Shrimp parm and mu buddy went with the fish oreganata. shrimp were good sized and butterflied - I passed on the pasta and subbed in some broccoli w garlic/oil and life was good. The seafood dinner went over just as well from the comments my friend made. Overall just a very good meal and a very good cost. Restrooms were very clean and inviting. Today march 1, 2025 went to the restaurant approximately 5 o'clock. Sat down and asked the waitress to make us veal scallopini. We've had it there before we know it's not on the menu .She sniffed and claims they never done that. Then my sister states Correction my father used to visit there all the time and they did do that. Waitress says "well that might've been something that is special for you then but we don't do it now." I asked her what was the problem? I was more than happy to pay extra charge and they do have veal on the menu and she tried to gaslight us by saying she didn't want us to be disappointed in case the chef made it differently. We assured her we would accept it any way the cook made it . We reiterated that we went there specifically for the veal scallopini, please could she just ask the chef could he prepare it will be happy to take it any way he made it. She told us that no absolutely under no conditions, I asked her to please call the manager she piped up saying " I'm the manager. "We got up and left and under my breath I told my sister this is why these small businesses fail because they have such gross and nasty staff members. At this point if I could give zero stars, I would. This place has some of the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. As a regular customer, I would expect at least basic courtesy, but it's clear they don't care about their patrons at and they try and bait and switch you. They will not accept when they are wrong and mess up your order. If you ask to speak with the manager they will give you the phone number for the owner so you can speak with him yourself because the girl who answers the phone, maybe Jackie? We dined at rollatini for the first time based on a friend's recommendation and the positive reviews. We made a reservation in advance but we're still seated at a less than desirable table. The side salad I ordered was 1 degree shy of frozen and tasteless. The fried calamari ordered was not crispy and was like chewing on rubber bands. The marinara sauce served on the side was not good. Their signature dish (namesake) eggplant rollatini that my wife ordered was soggy, mostly breading, and barely contained any eggplant. It was not good, and most of it was left uneaten. The chicken parm I ordered was also not crispy, soggy, and the sauce served over the pasta was as bad as the sauce served with the fried calamari. The only thing served that was good, was the beer I ordered. I am not sure who is writing such positive reviews about this place. Must be friend's, employees, and or relatives. Needless to say we were very disappointed and would not recommend this establishment. Terrible experience! Had a gift card with a balance on it. They would not honor it, said it was old. It wasn't that old, and I should have gotten some consideration for it. Secondly, I ordered a dish off of the Yelp menu. When I got there they charged me $8 more saying that was an old menu, with an old price. They don't offer that dish on the new menu. Why isn't the restaurant responsible for checking their social postings and being accountable. Last time I will go there. I could have had a lobster dinner for what they cheated me out of between the gift card and extra charge. read more

food is good and fresh a little bit pricy but it's whatever i think what ruined me and my family's experience tho was the customer service. two of the waiters were younger people maybe in there early twenties they were nice and were attentive to us but the other two i'm assuming were managers or in charge that day were not so nice. right whe we walked in the first thing the lady said to us was "do u have a reservation?" i've been to this restaurant a couple times before and they never asked me that so i was confused and i was like no sorry we don't and she was like "well we are very busy today let's see if i have a table for you" mind u there were literally only three tables occupied out of like 11 tables then she was like "ok u can sit over there" we sat we got our drinks our waiter was an older man probably in his 60s when we were ordering he seemed pretty judgemental? he kept asking me what i was saying idk why because he was right infront of me and he wasn't even being nice he seemed more annoyed even tho i wasn't ordering anything complicated and he was correcting me on the words i was saying and how to pronounce it i was like ok..? he put in our order we waited for awhile one of our dishes came out so we started eating that and then 10/15 min later our waiter came to our table and said "i know you ordered alfredo but it's going to be and extra 7 dollars for the sauce since you ordered it with chicken parm and they both have two different sauces" i was like umm ok..? at first i was confused but i am not gonna pay an extra almost 10 dollars for sauce so i was just like it's whatever just use the tomato sauce our food came and it was good again it is kind of pricy but the food is good and tastes fresh i just think they should work on customer service more. read more

This was a surprisingly good lunch. We've been at this shopping center many times over the years -- and a few doors down to the deli -- but never ventured here before. Glad we did. There is plenty of parking in the lot out front. They were not busy when we stopped by. They also do takeout. We decided to dine in. They offer their lunch specials on Saturdays as well as during the the week. There was a long list of choices. I opted for their chicken francaise. He went with a cold cut sub. We started with garlic rolls. They were cute and disappeared quickly. We got half garlic and half plain with butter. My chicken francaise was served over my choice of pasta -- angel hair (I could have had veggies or potatoes). There was a light egg batter on the chicken and it was bathed in a lemony sauce. I wound up taking half home for another meal. My husband's sub sandwich had slices of Italian meats and cheese along with lettuce and tomato and onion. The greens were lightly dressed and seasoned. He liked his sub so much he ate it all. So large portions, reasonable prices, and tasty food. An overall good combination that made for an enjoyable lunch -- and that bears repeating in the future. read more

He had his favorite chicken Alfredo preceded by an absolutely wonderful cup of REAL minestrone soup and VERY garlicky bread knots. My lemon sole oregenata over spinach was light and excellently delicious. They didn't have the Chardonnay wine we wanted, James' suggestion was Coastal Vines Chardonnay from Napa which was the perfect accompaniment to our meals. The woman taking the phone order did not understand which pizza I wanted. I said it twice (meatball- sausage- pepperoni) to make sure that I received the correct pizza upon pick up. First off, I was a little weary since this was in basically a strip mall but the reviews made me come in. Opening the door I was kind of shocked again, it's not the fanciest at all, and there is literally no more than 8 or 9 tables total in here. Sitting down, we were greeted quickly with water and overall a very friendly waitress. After going over the menu which is fairly large, we got some recommendations, I ordered chicken Frances, and my other guests ordered chicken and shrimp parmigiana, as well as the chicken Marsala. The food quality was all very good. It tasted very fresh, and the food came out HOT! Overall the food itself was delicious. Also their garlic rolls came out and had TONS of garlic, which I like but others may not. (Be aware after eating, the garlic taste will linger in your mouth for a while). For the price, I was pleasantly surprised with the portion sizes, as they didn't skimp out on the protein or the pasta. Definitely give this place a try if you're in the area! read more

I have just moved to Lake Worth and in the ten days I've been here I have ordered food from Rollatini twice as take out. The first time was ok. Tonight I ordered a WELL DONE, medium sized meatball pizza. The girl who answered the phone sounded as though I had just ordered a pizza with a frog on it when I asked that it be made well done and crispy. When I got home and opened the box what I saw was a pizza that was barely cooked with sauce and cheese running off of it. I couldn't pick up a slice as it ran all over my table when the dough collapsed. I have had the pleasure of eating Italian food and especially pizza all over the world and I can say without fear of contradiction that the pizza I just threw into the dumpster was THE WORST that I have ever seen, or sadly tasted.
