2 eggs with a bagel meal. Asiago bagel pictured, so good!!!

PSA- BREAKFAST ALL DAY UNTIL CLOSE! This is hands down my favorite quick spot to grab breakfast in Delray. Let me just say this- it's very New York. So if you're a northerner, this is for you. The bagels are great, the coffee is good & the proportions are very generous for the pricing. The 2 eggs meal seems more like 4 eggs. Lots of lunch options as well. Plenty of seating inside with a few tables outside. The service is super quick, this place is always fully staffed so even if it's packed when you walk in, which is usually is, don't get discouraged. There is a parking lot & bonus- it's close to tjmaxx & lots of shopping nearby so great place to grab food & run errands. Love this place. Repeat customer. Highly recommend for anyone who loves NYC delis.

Bagels With Deli on Federal in Delray got a fresh new makeover, and it definitely looks brighter and more updated inside. You can tell they put effort into giving the place a facelift and try and compensate for how BUSY they are. That said... it is always packed. No matter what time you go, it feels busy and a little hard to fully relax and enjoy the space, even with the renovations. The place also is echoey and i always feel overwhelmed after. Reminds me of a bustling New York City Deli lol But honestly, that says everything. The food is always delish, and the spreads, fresh bagels, and other bakery items are consistently a hit. Those giant muffins alone are worth the trip. Everything tastes fresh, portions are generous, and it's clear they don't cut corners. When the food is this good, people can't stay away. If you don't mind a lively, bustling scene, it's absolutely worth it.

Picked up a large order from my office today. And as always the bagels are great, and egg sandwiches are delicious. However they really messed up the order and shorted me a bunch of food, which left some of my guys disappointed. Probably a product of them being busy all the time, the young man at the register really had no clue what was going on. But I'll go back again cause I really do like the end Product.

It's always a good place to go. Now that they've expanded it is really a pleasure to go here. I ordered two eggs over easy, everything bagel and cream cheese .U couldn't finish it but have it to my son. You can relax and take your time. Everyone was happy with their choices. Highly recommend. And employees are friendly as well. On the plaza where Marshall's is!

Fresh yummy bagel! So much on the menu I still need to try. Big open restaurant with plenty of seating. You order at the deli bar and pay at the register! Everyone was really nice.

A classic staple in the heart of Delray! I've been coming here for over 10 years. It's always busy and the food is always top notch. I love the feel you get when you walk inside. There always people there. All of their bagels, spreads, and prepared foods are amazing. My go-tos are the delray Deluxe bagel, Egg Platter, and the latkes with apple sauce. Oh and the iced coffee is incredible. Just make sure you don't drink too much of it because it will give you a jump start to your day. If you would like decaf iced coffee, they have it and you just ask the cashier for it. Whether you're visiting from out of town or a local, this is a classic breakfast/lunch spot to go to!

Bagel with a Schmear of smoked salmon, cream cheese. Look at all that smoked salmon.

This deli is so much more than bagels. Of course, there is a huge selection of bagels with the usual accompaniments, but there are prepared salads, many egg, dishes, and a well stocked kosher style deli. Everything is top-quality, and the hardest part about going here is deciding what to eat

Paul and I went for a 1 pm lunch and Bagels with deli was right in our radar. It was as busy as ever. We stood in line which went pretty quick and one of the counter workers took our order. Everything looked fresh, colorful and appetizing. I then went to pay and they gave me an electronic disk to put on the table so that the server was able to find where to bring our food. We found the only open table outside under a screened booth. Within only 4 minutes, our orders came out and delivered straight to us. That was amazingly quick and it was correct and delicious. Now I know why this place is so busy all the time. This is a great spot for breakfast, lunch or brunch.

If you can't read the name, how can you get the food to the right customer?

This is the first location of The Seed that I've been to, so I'm not sure how other locations compare, but this one was pretty small in general with limited seating inside. Luckily my fiancé and I got there while it was empty, so we were able to choose two of the four bar seats along the wall across from the counter. I had a latte with almond milk and house-made lavender syrup, and we each had a classic croissant sandwich. Latte with house-made lavender syrup: I really enjoyed this. My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd certainly choose this The Seed over a larger chain coffee shop. Just know that the dollars can add up quickly here!

I'll start with the positives; the bagels were fresh and the scallion cream cheese was worth the $1.99 upcharge. My friend enjoyed his coffee, and he liked that they left a carafe on the table so he didn't have to wait for refills. The rest of the meal was a complete letdown, as both of our egg orders were wrong, and neither the eggs nor the home fries had any flavor. And the food was also very greasy and just not very good. It was a disaster. I understand mistakes happen, but this wasn't just one issue, it was both of our breakfasts. When we politely sent our breakfasts back, our server became irritated and argumentative, instead of apologizing or trying to make things right. Then, when we questioned a $4.99 charge for the scallion cream cheese upcharge, she became just mean and arrogant. The actual charge was $1.99, and the manager corrected her error. I always try to be fair in my reviews because everyone can have an off day, but a an arrogant and nasty attitude is completely unacceptable behavior. Definitely not coming back anytime soon, as I will continue to support my favorite bagel spots where I can get both good food and service without any attitude.
