My 'usual' order is called 'The Delray' It's a bagel of my choosing with two scrambled Eggs and American Cheese and I always add Cream Cheese. It's a solid order. My second favorite treat is their Black & White Muffin! It's a chocolate chip muffin with Black & White Cookie frosting on the top. It's unbelievable!!! I come here around 5 times a year and 3 times I'll get this muffin. It's an amazing spot and they have tons of locations! It's always super packed so be ready to wait for your order.

Came on a weekday which was so pleasant compared to weekends where you can't find a seat. Employees are pleasant with warm greetings. Ordered the deluxe bagel and the egg platter #1. My flagel was a bit more toasted than I expected however still great.

A bustling place for lunch! I came on a Friday afternoon and ordered a white fish bagel. To my surprise, I wasn't offered any sides with my order although the rest of my party were. I chose an everything bagel which was nice and chewy. Your order at the counter, take a buzzer, and the find a table. We sat outside in the shade- which felt nice despite Florida heat. The white fish salad was good but it did have a couple bones in it which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Also, the scoops of white fish were a little small for the hefty price tag (I think this bagel/fish sandwich was $15).

This morning I was able to call in my order, and it was ready as soon as I arrived. The manager is amazing--always welcoming with a smile. Walking into this place feels warm and friendly, and it makes me want to keep coming back. The food is delicious, and I highly recommend this spot to anyone!

stopped by here because I was craving a bagel and cream cheese. Never been here before, so my first time trying this spot. It's a pretty large place. A lot of tables a long, long display case filled with fresh salads and knishes, and all kinds of other assorted noshes. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly face behind the counter, who explained to me how the ordering process works and what I need to do. I decided to try a nice bagel with cream cheese and a knish. Grab myself a table and waited patiently for my food to arrive. The bagel was soft and fresh. The knish was very warm, but overall not my favorite type of knish. It's not that it was bad. It just wasn't what I'm used to from New York as a knish. Overall, it was a very good experience that would be happy to eat there again.

It's a good spot but the service is a little weak. Don't understand how they could give this little cream cheese that only fills 1/4 of the container

Love their bagel sandwiches. My girlfriend constantly craves their muffins. The only thing that might have taken away from the experience is the wait but for grab and go type items or to-go orders, can't complain at all.

Beautiful ambiance and quick service. Except my bagel had no taste. It is called Bagel.

The Delray spot is larger with an organized process into the familiar mess of ordering at a deli -- each table has a pager placemat which makes order delivery smooth. I went with my longtime regular Western omelette sandwich. Everything here is solid -- iced coffee, lunch (Reuben's, pastrami), salads, breakfast (smoked salmon platters, egg sandwiches). Bagels With is a local legend for the delicatessen aficionado.

The bagels here are fresh enough that they don't need a toaster to begin with, which is exactly why I asked for it untoasted. Even with the unnecessary trip through the toaster, it was still a really good sandwich. The tuna salad is creamy, well seasoned, and they even let me sample it before ordering, which is always appreciated. Confidence in your food says a lot. The pickle on the side had that perfect crisp snap every good deli pickle should have. The only thing that missed the mark was the macaroni salad. The flavor is there, but the pasta was overcooked and a little mushy. If they tighten that up, it's an easy win. The restaurant itself is surprisingly large, clean, and comfortable, and everyone I dealt with was genuinely friendly. Overall, this is the kind of neighborhood bagel shop you hope to find. Good food, good people, and just enough personality to make you want to come back.

This is the first location of The Seed that I've been to, so I'm not sure how other locations compare, but this one was pretty small in general with limited seating inside. Luckily my fiancé and I got there while it was empty, so we were able to choose two of the four bar seats along the wall across from the counter. I had a latte with almond milk and house-made lavender syrup, and we each had a classic croissant sandwich. Latte with house-made lavender syrup: I really enjoyed this. My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd certainly choose this The Seed over a larger chain coffee shop. Just know that the dollars can add up quickly here!

I'll start with the positives; the bagels were fresh and the scallion cream cheese was worth the $1.99 upcharge. My friend enjoyed his coffee, and he liked that they left a carafe on the table so he didn't have to wait for refills. The rest of the meal was a complete letdown, as both of our egg orders were wrong, and neither the eggs nor the home fries had any flavor. And the food was also very greasy and just not very good. It was a disaster. I understand mistakes happen, but this wasn't just one issue, it was both of our breakfasts. When we politely sent our breakfasts back, our server became irritated and argumentative, instead of apologizing or trying to make things right. Then, when we questioned a $4.99 charge for the scallion cream cheese upcharge, she became just mean and arrogant. The actual charge was $1.99, and the manager corrected her error. I always try to be fair in my reviews because everyone can have an off day, but a an arrogant and nasty attitude is completely unacceptable behavior. Definitely not coming back anytime soon, as I will continue to support my favorite bagel spots where I can get both good food and service without any attitude.

The bagels are VERY small, the 2 tomato slices look like they were on somebody else's plate 3 days ago and same for the 1 slice of cucumber, but the worst part is the incredibly SMALL amount of nova, it's a joke. Two VERY thin, VERY small pieces of nova, not even enough for one bagel. So thin you can see the plate through the nova, barely 2-finger wide and about 4-5 inches long. Any other place would call it a "mini nova platter" and would charge you about $7-7.50 for it. I came here a few times a good while back, something has changed and not for the better. I should have suspected something when I only saw 6 people when I walked in! VERY overpriced & under-portioned.
