I found Catering CC on Google and based on the 5 star reviews decided to give them a call. We were planning a party at our home for friends and family to celebrate our marriage. From the beginning, the communication between myself was the chef was phenomenal. He was easy to reach and speak with and gave me a some sample menus to choose from but was very willing to customize my menu and do whatever we wanted. With chefs help and guidance, we decided on a bbg/grill menu. On the day of the party chef and his amazing staff arrived and took over. They set everything up from tables to chairs to candles and decor. So now let's talk about the food.....well I must say that the food will be talked about for weeks. We had about 50 people and each and every person was blown away by how delicious the food was!!! The passed appetizers were not only the most delicious appetizers I have ever had, but they were creative and beautifully served. The bbq/grilled food was amazing. I have received so many texts from our guests about how great the food was. The staff and service was extremely professional and they did a great job. I would use Catering CC anytime I was having a party at my home or any other venue. They are amazing, phenomenal, and all the other glowing and flattering adjectives you can find!!!!! First and foremost let me say this..Chef Winston and his staff are beyond phenomenal. This goes back from when I first spoke with him regarding catering for our wedding. He was very patient with me and would consistently say it is an Experience. He was absolutely correct. From the time we had our food tasting all the way up to our wedding. Our tasting was so personalized that we felt like we were at a 5 star restaurant. Omg all his food was very delicious and the taste was like no other. Some of items on our menu consisted of the key lime grouper and pot roast, green beans, garlic mashed potatoes and tropical red beans and rice. We had several guest come to us and tell us that the food was exceptional..even the picky eaters loved his food. The seasoning for everything was a perfect balance. The grouper was so flavorful and the pot roast melted in your mouth. In additional our cocktail hour was great. The assorted fruit he provided was very fresh and sweet. The servers were very attentive as well. Last but not least he was able to work within our budget and has just about anything you can imagine. Darrel and Malinda wedding September 2015 Catering CC did an outstanding job from the time we contacted them just as shoppers. They were quick to answer all of our questions on a timely manner. They kept in contact with our Day Of coordinator and executed our wedding without flaws. The selection of food is amazing and doing the taste just sealed the deal for us. They offered more items in the package than all of the others potential caterers we were looking at. The food is well prepared and delicious. Our guests were super impressed with the food. The buffet line was set up and there was plenty of food for seconds, if you so choose. I went to another wedding in a few weeks after and I must say, they food could not compare to Chef Winston's food. Chef Winston also brought his bar tender as well as recommending a DJ. I whole-heartedly agree with all of the 5-star reviews for Chef Winston and Catering CC. Three important points come to mind: 1. The chef truly "partners" with you on making sure that the food for your event will be amazing. He expertly advised on the pairing of my entrees, starches and veggie dishes to optimize complimentary flavors across dishes. He really cares about this stuff! 2. He is uniquely responsive and engaging. On the days leading up to my event, I repeatedly called Chef with questions, concerns and raw nerves - not having worked with Catering CC before, and hoping my event was going to be a success. He was always there for me - patient and cheerful. 3. We ordered Caramelized Onion Crusted Snapper with Scallion Butter Sauce (from the "upgraded proteins" menu). This dish was as good as, or better, than any fish I have tasted from any of the top seafood restaurants in Palm Beach County (and maybe anywhere else). We hired Chef Winston to cater my sons rehearsal dinner at my home for 65 guests. We wanted the menu to be special and inspired by family, so we had some very specific needs. Chef Winston put together the experience we were looking for. He and his staff were professional and courteous. The rum punch and sangria was amazing and the food was even better. Every menu item was absolutely delicious. Our guests are still raving about his key lime grouper and floribbean beef!! If you want an amazing experience with someone who has a wonderful attention to detail and is dedicated to making your event special, Chef Winston is your guy. He allowed us to enjoy our guests without having to worry about a thing, and when he left, it was like they were never there - everything was back in place and clean. Chef Winston was wonderful to work with and the food was very delicious! We had several people in our party with food allergies (gluten free, dairy free etc.) and he was very flexible and accommodating about our requests and restrictions. Since none of his regular entrees would work for us, he suggested I tell him what I want and he'd make it for us. He did just that and provided a delicious chicken dish with kalamata olives, tomatoes, capers and other wonderful things. We also had his roasted veggies and sweet potatoes -both very yummy. Several people commented about how good the food was. I'd definitely hire Country CC again. We had the 'drop-off' service where he dropped the food off, and we provided our own dishes, serving utensils etc. He was right on time with the food. read more

If I could give more than a 5 star rating, I would. First, Chef Winston's food is fabulous! His hors d'oeuvres were beyond delicious, especially the conch fritters and jerk chicken. All the guests raved about the meatballs too! His seasonal choices were the best! We had a barbeque theme, and his beef brisket, barbeque chicken and blackened fish were extremely tasty. He modified his menu and services to meet our needs and he gave me great ideas to keep the price within our budget. He gave us the best food and exceptional service-a fantastic value! Chef Winston & his team catered my wedding on 9.30.17, & they did an amazing job! From the beginning to the end, the service was fantastic! The food was delicious & it was the talk of the night & even after the wedding it is still talked about. Chef Winston and crew were great. I found Catering CC reviewing ratings on this, and other websites. They got great ratings everywhere, so we decided to give them a try. We whole heartily agree with all the 5 star ratings. The food was both unique and delicious. When I talk with my friends, none of them can decide what their favorites were, because all of it was so good. They also made the party a breeze, Chef and crew came in and made themselves at home in our kitchen, found most everything on their own, cleaned and put everything away where they found it. Chef Winston is AMAZING!! Our wedding was a month ago and I am still getting phone calls about how amazing the food was. Wedding food is always hit or miss. The staff at Catering CC made me feel like a princess! Not only on my big day, but on the days leading up to it as well. They were incredibly thorough and paid so much attention to detail that I felt really comfortable working with them. They put me at ease that everything was taken care of, and it was. Had an engagement party for my son with approx 25 guests. The food was amazing!! The fish was out of this world and every guest was gobbling it up!
