Rarely have I been to catered affairs that produce 5-star experiences, but Chef Kenny shined last…read morenight at the first party I've ever had at my Florida home. I've been in North Palm Beach for seven years and been to many catered events that have all been good but so typical and predictable. Chef Kenny on the other hand picked a menu for 15 families of the Benjamin High School tennis team's annual party. Chef Kenny set up everything three hours prior to 6:30 dinner with no complications and everything ran beautifully. He was told about 40 people would come but we had over 50 and everyone, teens, kids and adults all well satisfied. Simple fresh healthy ingredients made up salads, little dumplings that must have been tasty because they all disappeared before I tried one! Other appetizers all delicious and well received. Soft tacos were Chef Kenny's pick for entrees that seemed a little risky to me, but he knows what works in these large outdoor settings. Luscious fish (didn't ask for species but was moist fresh flaky Grouper-like), chicken and other meats were ingredient choices for his "gourmet tacos". Sides of cheese, salsa, exceptional roasted red peppers and cooked onion were over the top and so simple and easy for everyone to take what they wanted served the way each liked. I never heard so many compliments for such simple fare that was so perfectly prepared and served. Largoasted potatoes were another simple food prepared and spiced to perfection by our culinary institute trained chef. Chef Kenny is best kept secret in South Florida in my opinion for such events, pricing was very fair, outdoor set-up, clean-up and break-down was efficient and well coordinated and didn't interfere with festivities. I don't know who recommended him to my wife, but I know who to call next time I'm having a little party and don't want any headaches worrying about the food not being great.

She is the best, most encouraging teacher and will help you to make the yummiest pasta possible, even if you're not a great chef! I've been able to take the skills she teaches in class and apply them to my cooking by myself at home, which is invaluable. I can now make lasagna sheets, fettuccine, bowties, garganelli, gnocchi, ravioli, and so much more. My guests are so impressed when I can throw together fresh pasta in just a few minutes. The ravioli she will teach you to make are to die for. I mean it. Truly scrumptious and easily one of the best things I've ever eaten. I could eat a bowl of the filling alone. It is so rewarding to eat delicious food, and in my opinion - it tastes better, knowing that you made it with your own two hands. This was such a fun experience to do for girls' night, with my partner, by myself, and with my sisters! It makes a great gift for those that you love. I have a feeling I'll be signing up for another class again soon - I just can't stay away for long.

I would 100% recommend this class to anyone beginners to advanced it's such a great time. A great date night idea as well. So we started the night with some red sangria and ended with white sangria; as for the menu for the night it was tapas, seafood paella and sangria. We had octopus with chimichurri (I'm a very picky eater and I usually don't eat seafood and omg it was SPECTACULAR). We also had garlic grilled lamb chops with mint edamame hummus salad, Brussels sprout salad , chicken kabobs with potato salad, seafood paella, bacon wrapped shrimp everything was delicious. Chef David was amazing he helped us with anything we needed from how to chop onions to cutting lamb chops to cooking octopus. I was astonished after we finished cooking everything we all sat together and ate and talked it was nice like a family dinner (it was a class of about 12 of us we all cooked something different so at the end we all sat down to try everything we all made together). Almost forgot! dessert was given at the end we didn't make it but was so delicious caramel, chocolate, and coffee all mixed just look at the picture. I don't know the name of it sorry. They not only do adult classes, but kids classes, and birthday parties and private parties.
