Making my own body butter was easier (and way more fun) than I expected. We created our own body butter and had a variety of scents to choose from. The host was amazinggggg! She was very informative, down to earth and really nice. She definitely knows her stuff. The man who hosted karaoke was a total vibe! Once everyone finished their creations, the real fun kicked off (KARAOKE) and the energy completely shifted -- lots of laughs, singing, and good crowd interaction. WE TURNED UP!!!! It was the kind of event that felt both relaxing and lively at the same time. If you're looking for something different to do with friends -- something hands-on, social, and full of personality -- I'd definitely recommend it. They actually have different DIY events like hand soaps and wine making. We will definitely be back sooner than they think. My brother chose this as the place for his daughter's 2nd Birthday, and it was a hit! Many places that have children's parties only focus on a particular age group leaving the others out. At recent birthday parties past, I have just had to sit with my baby and entertain him by myself while the rest of the children and their parents are able to participate in the party festivities and activities. At Jumping Jelly Beans this was not the case as there are toys and activities with an array of ages in mind. Even for my 8 mo. old. (According to the person at the desk, the beginning age is 6 months.) The main room is separated into 3 sections. There is a place for babies in the front where there are plenty of floor mats and floor toys for crawlers. My son was immediately drawn to a musical toy that was similar to one that we have at home. There is a plastic playhouse in the shape of a tree that has fun touch and feel activities on the outside, and a small slide for little ones going out, cars to ride or be pushed in around the facility, and a baby swing. There are several imagination stations equipped with dolls and toys for playing doctor or house. In the center there is a ball pit that is out in the open just in case you need to pull your little one out. There is a place for dancing and bubble blowing and some organized activities as well as another section that contains a big jungle gym for older children to climb on and slide down. There is a also a private room for food, beverages, and cake. The room is bright and airy and is able to be decorated with whatever your theme may be. It is furnished with tables and chairs specifically for children. There is also a sink in the room and tables to place drinks on and all of the food for your party. The room is kept up by Jumping Jelly Beans personnel, and is never overly messy or disorganized. At the end of the party, the staff cleaned everything up even folding posters.

Before the class began there was a painting displayed of what the finished artwork would look similar to. After looking at the painting, I'll admit I was a little nervous because it was the most beautiful picture of a fish and I didn't think I could create such a masterpiece of my own. When the session began, I chose to remain positive and hopeful. Through Chivas' guided instruction my concerns were instantly blotted away!! I had so much fun and my painting came out amazing!! I couldn't even believe I created it. I proudly show it off to friends and family who still don't believe I created it either! The experience was true to its name. I painted with faith!! I left that day encouraged spiritually and empowered to pursue my dreams and ambitions even harder on my canvas of life. I highly recommend booking a session. I've attended many events there from conferences and meetings, to charity galas and even a wedding! My friends were the first to get married at the Alumni Center which seemed fitting since they met at the U. Like any good event space, it can be easily adaptable to fit your needs and simply provides a sleek and modern framework. It fits in great to the rest of refreshments UM's campus is seeing. They have a beautiful courtyard area, large multi-purpose room, alumni library, business center, conference room and more. It also houses Sebastian's Cafe (https://www.yelp.com/biz/sebastians-caf%C3%A9-coral-gables-2) which is a convenient food option if you're around the area. Of course, one of my favorite features is the Sebastian sculpture out front!
