I have passed the cafe many times and made it in yesterday for lunch. I was able to order from the self service kiosk and ate inside. The order came out quickly. The Hawaiian Healer smoothie has banana, coconut water, pineapple, and strawberry. The chicken pesto panini was loaded with mozzarella and pesto sauce and it came with a side of chips. Everything was delicious and fresh! The staff was friendly and the place is clean. They sell healthy foods and supplements as well. Cool, no problem... except there's literally no "order now" button or online ordering section anywhere on their website. The person on the phone insisted she could see the button on her end. Walked in less than 5 minutes later (place was practically empty except one other customer) and asked her to show me on her phone. Suddenly she couldn't find it either and got noticeably flustered. Felt like a straight-up lie to avoid taking phone orders. Ordered an açaí bowl at the counter. Ingredients looked fresh and it was made to order, but it still took a solid 10 minutes for something that should've been fast in an empty shop. The bowl itself was good -- nice fruit, decent portion -- but the peanut butter drizzle was that super-sweet, processed squeeze-bottle stuff that tastes like candy more than actual peanut butter. Kind of defeats the "natural" vibe. Paid almost $14 after tax... felt steep for what it was. The space is small and honestly feels cluttered -- random shelves, mismatched furniture, layout is a little chaotic. Not the chill, Instagram-worthy health cafe vibe you might expect. Bottom line: the food is decent if you're already nearby and not in a rush, but the customer service mishap and pricing left a bad taste. I ordered smoothies of my 2 athletes between tournament games nearby, and they were big enough to keep them going. My daughter got an avail bowl, which was good. My tuna sandwich was okay, but for the price, it was smaller and on white break () instead of the sprouted bread listed on the menu. My roommate and I stopped in here for a açai bowl. I ordered the aloha bowl. I was excited because the bowl had peanut butter in it. We did not feel comfortable eating in the restaurant so we took our bowls home. By the time we got home both of our bowls were significantly melted. Unfortunately, I think that was because the açai was fresh and wasn't frozen. I think I prefer my bowl more frozen than they do there's. The bowl was good but wasn't the best one I've ever had. Irresponsible and absurd use of disposable plastic: Honestly the juice was quite good and the employees were nice, but Natural Blends are either ignorant or just don't care that they are trashing the planet. Everything is served in single-use disposable Styrofoam or plastic. So maybe you don't care that plastic will not bio-degrade and is filling the ocean and is already in our water and food, but maybe you will care to know that plastic also leaches hormone disrupting chemicals into your food. This is proven. It's unhealthy in many ways and while it may be cheap to use, it is irresponsible. If I'm going to pay nearly $8 for a fresh vegetable juice, I would hope that it could be served in paper or glass or stainless steel. I refuse single-use plastic. When Natural Blends chooses to ditch the single-use plastic I would gladly return. read more

Seeing how everyone seems to be on a acai bowl kick lately I thought I'd jump on the bandwagon and give it a try. After a bit of research I came across Natural Blends Smoothies. Convently located next to a Youfit gym Natural Blends offers a wide variety of acai bowls, smoothies and sandwiches. On my fist time there I went with "The Original" which is a classic and seems to be the most popular bowl there. It contains strawberries, blueberries, bananas, granola, honey and of course acai. Price tag on this bowl is $9 dollars which I originally thought was pretty steep. Fortunately after receiving my bowl I thought it was worth the price tag. It was very stacked, large and filling. Since my first visit I've been in a few times and really enjoy the place. The counter girls are very sweet and everything seems to be made with high quality ingredients. This was a disaster on so many levels. I was out and about running errands and needed some thing healthy so I stopped by. I figured I would grab a sandwich and a smoothie and head on my way. The entire café was manned by two people which didn't seem like a big deal until One guy was not trained and the other guy was doing everything. The smoothie was OK. For seven dollars I felt like it was decent. Not a ton of flavor and nothing I couldn't make in my own kitchen. Really the food is what messed it up. First off I didn't even get the sandwich that I ordered. I ordered an avocado melt and I got a turkey wrap? But let's hypothetically say that I ordered this turkey wrap. It is warmed deli meat with ice cold vegetables on it. Such a bad combination. There was also strange black crusty burnt food items in it. Lastly the menu item says that it comes with chips. They also have a great selection of proteins,protein bars, pre-workouts, protein peanut butters and protein pancake mixes just to name a few. Nice and clean environment. The staff are friendly and professional. I was given many suggestions and recommendations of popular items to try. Landed on a smoothie called water berry it's delicious! Added the premium blend for only 1.50$! This place is way better than jamba or tropical smoothie! The fruit was 100% real and nothing funny was added. They also have better size options giving you three to choose from small medium or large. Thoroughly enjoyed this place, definitely check it out if you are into healthy! My go-to spot, they have great smoothies, açaí bowls and sandwiches. Their açaí bowls are delicious and can't go wrong with my favorite smoothies (PBJ, Green Goddess). The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. They also sell workout supplements and workout gears, as well as healthy snacks, very convenient since it's next to a cross fit. They have a good reward program, just ask for the card and every time you visit the card gets marked and when you collect 10 you get a free smoothie.
