At first I thought they had made my smoothie extra thick which I typically love. But, I was just having such trouble getting anything through the straw. Upon removing the lid I saw so many large chunks of ice inside. They didn't blend this smoothie well enough at all. A $20 blender from the grocery store could do a better job than that! Wow! Now what was good and a pleasant new surprise for me was the toast options they had. I enjoyed a bogo offer in app as a welcome back so I was able to try the avocado toast and the peanut butter toast. Both were delicious. The cashiers attitude when helping me definitely could have better. I hadn't realized at the time of ordering that I wasn't able to use both my welcome back offers simultaneously and she was a bit snarky about it. It's no problem to inform the customer, but losing the attitude makes for a much more pleasant experience for all involved. I will happily use my other offer tomorrow at a different location. Surely I won't return to this one. Between the employees attitude and the worst smoothie I've ever gotten from a Smoothie King I would not come to this location again. I struck out today. You must also bring your own bags. Items are a good price but I don't recognize any of the brand names. I will return or maybe try a different location as I feel like the time of the day might be the reason I had to get out of here. Inside the store, it is almost always disorganized because of the shoppers moving things around and not enough employees to clean up. They also hardly ever open a second checkout line unless there are around 20 people in line to check out. The staff is friendly but they always look like they are worn out from customer abuse. I shop here because it is convenient but I wish they had a few more locations in East Boynton Beach.

My tongue basically has two options, tastes good or tastes like Robitussin. It does not help that this drink substitutes sucralose for sugar. Sucralose is a god awful substitute for sugar for health purposes and i just used to pass off a drink as being healthy. Cane sugar is like the best ingredient one can put in a carbonated beverage. The standard a beverage company should follow is as follows: "Drink our product because it has cane sugar. To offset all the sugar we are putting in our drinks, supplement with fiber." Anything with sugar hits the liver directly (leading to non alcoholic cirrhosis). Fiber is what helps to slow down the absorption in healthier amounts.

Everybody was very kind, very knowledgeable, and eager to help. I'm not sure why but their credit card processor doesn't accept PNC Bank-but they do have an ATM so alls not lost. The products are pretty pricey, but if you're coming during a sale event, it is very worth it.
